Singleton Day Nursery

I've been really pleased with how the staff have looked after my son. For helping with practical things like speech and potty training and for their care for him.

The staff have played an important role in both my children's lives and feel like an extension to our family.

They have taken care of my little girl for last 6 months. The only thing I can say is that my princess is happy to go there every day and I can see this in her eyes. All the staff is so kind, happy and nice. I would recommend them.

My granddaughter really enjoyed the playscheme at Singleton Day Nursery. The staff are always welcoming and very helpful. Any worries or concerns we had about leaving my granddaughter were dealt with and her daily care routine there is amazing.

I think that the nursery is brilliant and really helps my two-year-old with everything. My daughter is a very fussy eater but they have helped her to discover foods and enjoy them.

My child has come along so well since attending and all the girls are so friendly and helpful. There are so many activities and toys for my child and it's a pleasure to come to the nursery.

Excellent level of care provided at all times in a safe, fun environment. Staff are all excellent and very competent. Lots of information is always provided. My son enjoys going to nursery and benefits greatly from a social environment and learning through play.

My son attends the play scheme in the school holidays being 11 years old still a little young to stay at home and gets fed up of staying with family. At Singleton, there are always plenty of activities going on to keep him amused with cinema trips outside activities and fun all day.

It's evident that my daughter is learning new social skills and gaining confidence with each passing week.

My daughter enjoys coming to her nursery and enjoys the different experiences offered. Staff are all friendly and caring and I feel my daughter is always well looked after. The choice of meals is good and facilities are excellent and child-friendly.

Staff have been very caring of my son since he started attending at the age of 9 months. He settled in very quickly and after a few weeks he was happy to go to the nursery and I could leave him with a smile. Staff will let me know if he's not well or tell me what he enjoyed doing when I pick him up. He also seems to love the food at the nursery. He'll even eat all his vegetables! My work commitment means I sometimes have to change the days he goes in but the nursery has been very accommodating and I really appreciate that.

Lovely nursery with good facilities and friendly staff upholding high standards of childcare. I love the arts and crafts the children bring home for occasions, such as cards and decorations for Christmas and Easter.

The baby section is wonderful, all staff are caring and considerate. My daughter loves to go to nursery and I feel she is safe and well cared for. The activities provided are exciting and have helped to enhance her development. There is always a wide range of activities available daily and the daily routine is varied and well organised. The menu has lots of different choices that my daughter loves. She has formed great bonds with the baby staff and is always happy when I pick her up.

I have nothing but good reviews about the nursery. The staff are all lovely and I get on well with them all.

They always make me feel welcome and I always know I am leaving my son in very safe hands.

All the staff at the nursery are friendly and approachable. They have built and excellent rapport with my daughter and have helped with potty training by taking our needs into consideration. My daughter is offered plenty of nutritious food to eat. She is also kept entertained by a range of activities such as crafts, music and outdoor play. I have no concerns regarding the care she receives as I have seen her develop vocabulary and numerical skills due to learning through play. When she started nursery, she was shy and clingy to only family members, now she has developed social skills with adults and children. The nursery have been excellent at accommodating our needs as I don't work set shifts so the days she attends change weekly and this has never been a problem. Some weeks she's in for 2 days and some for 4 days. I wouldn't be able to work if it wasn't for the flexibility which they offer.

The best thing we ever did for our son was to put him into this nursery. He's learned so much whilst being at Singleton and we feel he will be much more equipped for school with the stepping stone the nursery has provided. The staff work really hard and care a great deal about the children. I would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to anyone.
