Plantos Nursery (Old St Mellons)

Great location if working in St Mellons Business Park and would recommend.

My daughter absolutely loves Plantos and all the staff. So much so, she runs in through the door every morning and never looks back! Communication with parents is frequent and informative and Plantos are usually very flexible with a request for a change of days.

Superb facility and value for money. My son just loves outdoor time and the outdoor space they have at Plantos Bach is amazing, he’s very happy there. He eats food there that he’d never eat at home. He attends other settings and this is our favourite for many reasons.

I’d recommend Plantos to anyone. The team know him by his name and he has grown fond of them very quickly.

Great nursery, the staff are fab. I love how consistent they are and the app is brilliant it provides you with all daily activities and meal times and what they have eaten, nappy changes etc. I love the pictures the most, it really puts my mind at ease when I’m not with my little one. Highly recommend Plantos!

My son has been attending Plantos since he was about 7 months old. He is now almost two and a half years old and he absolutely loves going there and has made lots of friends. He’s come along so well because of how well the staff teach and interact with him. Highly recommend.

Plantos and their staff are excellent!

Our daughter has attended the nursery since September, it is clear to see how much the staff and key workers care for her and the attention to detail they pay. I love having the updates and photos come through on the app at the end of the day. They are on the ball with key development skills and give us ways that we can help and support this too, the activities that she gets up too are also fantastic. The menu and the variety of food provided is also really well thought out! I would definitely recommend Plantos.

My daughter has just completed her first year at Plantos Nursery. The staff are so welcoming and it is easy to address any queries or questions about my daughter's day at nursery. I like the updates on the app as it provides a good insight into her day and the activities seem endless. Plantos is a fantastic nursery and I feel safe knowing my daughter is in great hands. She receives great support, her development is improving all of the time and it's clear she loves attending. This is her third nursery and it's definitely the happiest she has been. The girls are so attentive, and we love receiving our daily updates and photos. I would recommend Plantos to all.

Excellent nursery with welcoming and friendly staff. The outdoor space has been developed to a high standard. My child is in the baby room and that is lovely and age-appropriate. The staff are always super helpful and the communication is excellent from the nursery. Highly recommend.

My daughter had a great experience she is very happy with her teachers playing and having cool activities. All the Plantos team are excellent and very patient with the kids, always teaching them new things.

My daughter loves to attend Plantos Nursery. The environment is safe and secure, and I feel confident knowing she is in good hands. There are lots of activities to engage my daughter, including water and messy play; I love to see her photos at the end of the day. The staff are kind and welcoming and always on hand to answer any questions and deal with any concerns.

My son absolutely loves coming to Plantos, and he can't wait until he gets to come for an additional day! The staff are always so friendly and always have a smile on their face. The Eylog app allows me to see what my son has been doing and he is always doing a range of activities. I feel so relaxed and comfortable sending my son to Plantos and know he is in great hands for the day! Would definitely recommend Plantos to anyone!

The staff at Plantos Nursery couldn't be more helpful and kind, being very understanding in making sure my daughter settled in really well during the uncertain Covid times at what is her first nursery. She thinks of her carers there as her best friends and it is so wonderful to hear her describe all the things she has been doing throughout the day - particularly art activities, and outdoors on the play facilities at the site.

The app for parents that Plantos use to record things such as each child's learning journey, what food they have eaten during the day, and other useful news (such as times of nappy changes), is always updated in a timely manner, which is very helpful. As parents, we can certainly say that the professionalism and kindness of the staff at Plantos quickly alleviated any worries we had in placing our child in a nursery.

No issues at all. Friendly, interested staff. My son talks about the staff outside nursery. Great updates on the app to put my mind at rest. Love the creative things my son brings home from nursery. My son only attends half a day a week, but I’d have him there more if my circumstances were different

My son was not happy to go there. The facility was not bad but they do not offer proper education for the early ages.

My little man started at Plants in January 2021 at 10 months old. I was incredibly nervous as he was a lockdown baby so had little interaction with anyone but myself and his dad. This was the best decision I made. The staff are so friendly and were lovely even though I called multiple times a day in his first few weeks. I love getting my daily update on the app and photos of what he has been doing. My son loves it there and adores the ladies in his room. They genuinely care. Knowing that he is happy makes dropping him off much easier! The staff work with you to help keep the child's routine and do lots of different activities. There is great outside areas for the children to enjoy (I struggle getting him to leave these!). Thank you Plantos!
