Darling Buds Nursery

I would highly recommend this nursery. Staff are excellent and each one of them is caring and kind. My son has thrived here and is learning and growing so well. He loves going to nursery and enjoys all of the activities designed to develop all of the children's skills. The food is freshly cooked every day, provides a range of cuisine, has lots of veg and the 5 star food hygiene rating sealed the deal for me in deciding to send my son to Darling Buds Nursery. A great place to nurture my child in all aspects!

Very good nursery and good staff. My 3 year old girl loved going there. Highly recommended and it’s only 5 minutse by car to get to the centre of Cardiff and you can also walk to go to town.

I can’t recommend Darling Buds Nursery highly enough. My little boy started in Buttercups when he was 8 months old and I was constantly reassured and updated by his key workers as to how he was settling in with his new friends. The thing that I love the most is how much this nursery focuses (time and money) on the child. Every time I visit, the children are happy and I always think to myself that’s something you can’t fake!

The quality of care is second to none.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 8 months old. The staff have been fantastic with him as he had various food allergies and have accommodated his needs and they are also fully trained to deal with him having an allergic reaction. Since he has attended the nursery to date, he has learnt so much from the staff and mixing with the other children.

I would highly recommend this nursery to parents who were nervous about leaving their child as they made me feel so comfortable and keep me updated with my son's progress every day. The nursery also provides nutritious home cooked food which my son loves. The nursery is also very secure and will not let anyone in who they do not know.

My 2-year-old son has been going to this nursery since before his first birthday. He love's it and the staff and equipment are first class. I couldn't praise the place enough.

Darling Buds is a truly fantastic nursery, my children love attending and have come on leaps and bounds, they are confident and chatty little boys. The staff at the nursery genuinely care about my boys as the boys do them. We would recommend the nursery to anyone.

My 14-month-old son has been going to Darling Buds since June and he really loves it. The staff there are so lovely and write feedback in the communication book about what he’s been up to that day. There was a settling in period to ensure he was at ease with being in a new place. He is picked up at the end of the day having been well fed, clean and generally seems very happy (and tired).

The caretakers are very friendly and courteous. My daughter has been going to the nursery for last 1 year and 4 months and she feels very comfortable there. She is growing to be independent, which is essential for me as I am a working mother. She keeps mentioning new activities they do there every day. I feel they provide the children with a healthy and proactive environment according to their age groups and their individual capabilities.

Both my children have attended Darling Buds and both love/have loved it there! The girls are all friendly and welcoming and show so much care towards the children I absolutely cannot fault the nursery at all! The building is always clean, tidy and well presented and they have a lovely garden area for outdoor fun.

My child loves attending Darling Buds since she started at age 1 and is always happy and eager to go in the morning. The staff are so lovely and take time out to tell you about her day and how she is developing. The service they provide is beyond our expectations and I am glad we chose the best nursery for our little girl. She has grown and developed so well with the help of the nursery.

We sent our son to Darling Buds at 18 months, initially for two afternoons a week, and kept him there until the age of 3, with most of his last six months being full-time. We cannot thank staff enough for their care and attentiveness. They contributed tremendously to his social development (he is an only child) and in other aspects of his early years such as potty training, getting rid of the dummy, developing a taste for a wide range of food and in his speech, which really began to flourish. As parents, we felt very secure in leaving our only child with Darling Buds.
