Located on Woodlands Road East, Kids Planet Ashbourne House is a spacious nursery offering an engaging environment for children.

Set over three floors, the setting offers baby and toddler rooms on the ground floor, a nursery room on the first floor, and a pre-school room on the second floor. Outside, there is a spacious garden and the local library and park are only a short distance away, offering enjoyable outings for children.

The nursery offers a wide range of activities for children up to the age of 11 throughout the rooms.

Children can enjoy regular trips within the community to local nursing homes where the children will sing songs and put a smile on their faces. They also enjoy regular trips to the beach, community gardens and the local zoo.

Children also benefit from safe meals which are prepared by the team in the purpose-built kitchen.
                                                        
The nursery offers childcare offer for Wales 30 hours funding and also has Flying Start sessions available in the AM and PM.

Mine and my child's experience of Ashbourne House has been one of overwhelming positivity. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The work that they have done with my child has certainly seen their development accelerate and has aided in the building of confidence and other skills which have aided
in putting the foundations in place for them. Facilities always appear clean, my child always appears to eat well and comes home appearing to have had a good day. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do.

Fantastic staff the 2 managers are lovely very helpful and the girls in the rooms make my grandchild's days fun she loves going to nursery. She talks about the aunties all the time even when there. The aunties are always happy are caring towards all the children. When I go pick her up she is always
taking me round the garden and the room to show me what she has played with throughout the day. So happy that she enjoys her time spent there couldn't wish for a nicer caring place for her. Thank you to everyone and keep up all your hard work you are all amazing at what you do.

Overall I am happy with the standards and structure of the nursery and the updates I'm receiving week in week out are great.
I have expressed recent concerns regarding the food situation and I am happy that it has been addressed, however, I am becoming slightly concerned that week after week you are
attempting to feed my child vegetable casserole. I appreciate the amount of children you have to cater for and the limited supply you may get when it comes to food, but we are discovering that my child is not eating this, so I would appreciate if you could try an alternative sustainable meal as a replacement as we are finding ourselves having to give him more food after nursery.
This is in no way a complaint, more of a viewpoint and polite request that maybe we try giving him alternatives to veg casserole.
Other than this, I am fully happy with your nursery.

I am so happy that our child has been able to learn and grow at this nursery. The staff are all brilliant, they really do look after your child and go above and beyond for them. I can drop my child off and not worry about her as I know she is in the best hands. She has so much fun there and is always
excited to go. There are always activities going on and little trips out that my daughter loves talking about. She has made some lovely friends and there is such a friendly atmosphere when you are there. I couldn't fault anything and I am so glad we picked this nursery. It's a fantastic environment, the staff really do make the experience the best it can be for the children.

My little boy has come on leaps and bounds since attending Ashbourne House, he is so comfortable there and looks forward to going every day. All the staff and management are amazing! Such a lovely setting and I cannot thank them enough for the care they provide for my son.

My daughter has been going to Springfield nursery for 2 years now and she absolutely loves it, the staff are so helpful and very experienced.

I have sent both of my children to Springfield Ashbourne House. The staff are friendly and personable. Both of my girls seem to have progressed in terms of speech, fine and gross motor skills and they have been helpful in potty training previously too. My daughters always looked forward to going and
we are updated with photos daily. Queries are answered promptly via email or phone. No issues in my personal experience and have and will recommend it to friends. Thank you for making it much easier for full-time working parents. Your flexibility is unmatched.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

My name is Rebecca, I am the manager at Ashbourne House. I started working for the company in 2017 at the Llandudno site as an after-school assistant, moving onto a nursery nurse and quickly into a supervisor role. I then moved to Ashbourne House as nursery room supervisor and have worked my way up to the position I am now. I have my level 3 CCLD and level 3 teaching and learning. I am currently working on my level 4 leadership and management. I enjoy all aspects of my role, but I most enjoy seeing all the children develop and grow
