Kids Planet Denbigh

My daughter has settled so well in kids planet Denbigh. The staff have been excellent and are a credit to kids planet. I feel well informed about her day and messages are picked up quickly. I feel nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they are all so friendly. Thank you so much it makes going back ti work so much easier knowing she's in good hands

Our little one has settled really well at Kids Planet Denbigh! We feel that she is being her true chatty-self, which is a reflection on how responsive her allocated key worker has been. Settling-in sessions were a great opportunity to build relationships with the staff, and for our little one to adapt to the changes of childcare providers. The facilities and resources available are clean/fresh (not old/tired) of a good variety and offer a range of learning opportunities, the famly app is great and ensures open communication with us as parents, the pictures are great!

Lovely nursery and I felt very comfortable with my son going there. The staff are very attentive, warm, friendly and always updating you on your child's day. They spend alot of time outside which is great. You can see that they all work as a team and the children are very happy there.

The staff are so kind and genuinely care, it's a genuine home-from-home experience!

They do great activities in the school holidays, so the children are never bored.

My daughter loves coming to nursery, she has learnt so much and has been well prepared by all staff for her school adventure. They cover a huge range of educational topics and the children have an abundance of activities to help them learn and develop. The transition through the stages is well planned so children have time to adjust to any changes and everyone is friendly, approachable and professional.

Kids Planet Denbigh is just wonderful. My daughter now 3, has been attending since 10 months old, and my son is 16 months and attended the past 5 months. The staff are amazing, and it's comforting to see how much they care. I really love the updates, and the wrap-around service to the local schools is just great. The activities they do each day are thoughtful and well thought out, my children have come on so much since attending.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost two years and I have nothing but good things to say about it. As she has moved up the rooms, the staff have consistently been caring, kind and creative with the activities. She is currently in the rising 3's room and is always excited to go to nursery. She loves the staff and still speaks about them at the weekend. They put so much effort into the crafts, making things I will keep forever (the 2025 calendar with crafts on each month was definitely a highlight). Lastly, the management team are very efficient and helpful when answering queries. I highly recommend this nursery and feel lucky we have a nursery like this so local.

I'd highly recommend this nursery.

As a parent I feel confident sending my son here, it's a safe and nurturing environment. There is always a breadth of activities every week in both Welsh and English. We love receiving daily updates, especially photos of him in the setting. I highly recommend the staff are always welcoming and professional.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet aka Snuggles since she was just 4 months old. She loves every minute of being there. When we get daily updates on her progress, she is always happy and is progressing so well there. The staff are kind and accommodating and I appreciate all the hard work they do in looking after my daughter and making every learning week different.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year now and I cannot express enough how far she has come along. She thrives here with all the wonderful activities they do every day. She even comes home talking about the staff, and how fun it is to be there! Can't thank the staff enough for the contribution they have in her life.

My daughter attended this nursery prior to the changeover from Snuggles to Kids Planet and the nursery was exceptional then and continues to be with the new change. My son is wonderfully cared for, he has a brilliant time whilst there with all the wonderful activities the hard-working staff arrange for the children. I am provided with photo updates of my son's day and he is always so happy! I have always felt my children are looked after and cared for by the staff as one of their own and really do have the children's welfare at heart. I couldn't ask for a better childcare facility for my son and would definitely recommend this nursery to any parents or guardians within the area. Thank you to the wonderful hard-working staff.

The staff go above and beyond to plan and prepare stimulating and sensory activities for babies/toddlers, which has contributed to the development of my 26-week premature baby into a confident and happy little girl. The staff have worked with us and listened to the recommendations we get from consultants, physios etc to put things into practice. In addition, they work alongside the physio during visits to maximise little ones development. Staff treat each child as a unique individual, and have focused on my baby's strengths, even when she's way behind her peers. Some of the staff working here have been there since my (now) teenager was there as a baby! I would not let my children go to daycare anywhere else! This nursery is absolute gold; highly recommend!

My daughter has been at this nursery for over a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. She absolutely loves it there, her days are jam-packed with activities and fun and she has amazing relationships with the staff, who are all wonderful, hard-working, and caring. Communication is excellent via the app, email, and phone. I'm also really excited for my twin boys to start very soon, have no worries about them settling in and feel very comfortable and confident that they will come on leaps and bounds as my daughter has. I would highly recommend this nursery!

My son has been coming to the nursery since last year. It's amazing to see everyday the wonderful activities they do with him. The cheery faces greeting us at the door and the management team who are super helpful and very efficient! The whole setting honestly just makes working life a bit easier knowing your little one is enjoying his day in a safe environment! Can't fault them.

Such an amazing, friendly nursery. Our son is in the baby room and we feel that the staff there go above and beyond for him, are so kind and caring, and have really made such an effort to get to know him and follow the lead with his interests. We are so pleased with his care. The staff are just fantastic! The environment is stimulating and we feel so comfortable dropping him off in the mornings knowing that he will be cared for. We receive pictures and updates throughout the day and he always looks so happy! Thank you.
