Our son has been attending here since 9 months old, and he absolutely loves going in every day. The staff are absolutely fantastic and the weekly activities planned out are just amazing (no chance would I think to do these things at home!). Daily pictures and reports mean I feel safe handing my son
over, and there's no doubt our second baby will be also attending in the next 12 months.
The staff are so kind and genuinely care, it's a genuine home-from-home experience!

I have nothing but positive comments about the staff and setting. My daughter is struggling with toileting, and the staff have been so supportive towards me and my daughter.
My daughter loves the days that she's in after school club.
They do great activities in the school holidays, so the children
are never bored.

My daughter loves coming to nursery, she has learnt so much and has been well prepared by all staff for her school adventure. They cover a huge range of educational topics and the children have an abundance of activities to help them learn and develop. The transition through the stages is well planned
so children have time to adjust to any changes and everyone is friendly, approachable and professional.

Kids Planet Denbigh is just wonderful. My daughter now 3, has been attending since 10 months old, and my son is 16 months and attended the past 5 months. The staff are amazing, and it's comforting to see how much they care. I really love the updates, and the wrap-around service to the local schools
is just great. The activities they do each day are thoughtful and well thought out, my children have come on so much since attending.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for almost two years and I have nothing but good things to say about it. As she has moved up the rooms, the staff have consistently been caring, kind and creative with the activities. She is currently in the rising 3's room and is always excited to go to nursery.
She loves the staff and still speaks about them at the weekend. They put so much effort into the crafts, making things I will keep forever (the 2025 calendar with crafts on each month was definitely a highlight). Lastly, the management team are very efficient and helpful when answering queries. I highly recommend this nursery and feel lucky we have a nursery like this so local.

Absolutely love it here, since our first visit to Kids Planet Denbigh. As a new mum, I knew little about the service but the staff were so warm and friendly and full of advice and detail about the service that my anxiety faded away and am more than happy to have my little one attend and definitely on
a more permanent basis.
The drop-in sessions are wonderful and different themes each week add to my little one's development and enjoyment.
Thank you all so much for being so approachable, helpful and full of advice, help and support. They really do put the little ones first.

Fantastic, friendly and supportive nursery. My daughter is in the pre school room.
All the staff are amazing and give the highest care to all the children.
Love that they speak Welsh and English, are encouraged to use Makaton singing.
I'd highly recommend this nursery.

As a parent I feel confident sending my son here, it's a safe and nurturing environment. There is always a breadth of activities every week in both Welsh and English. We love receiving daily updates, especially photos of him in the setting. I highly recommend the staff are always welcoming and professional.

Kids Planet Day Nursery is excellent I have only positive comments to make. My daughter has been attending the nursery for some time and her development has come on leaps and bounds. The nursery setting allows her to socialise and interact with others. In general, the setting is well-designed and has
a wide variety of activities, I particularly like the themed weeks the nursery engages in, which allows the children to learn and experience many new things. The app is brilliant and provides photo updates throughout the day and a full detailed report which informs me how long they have slept, what they have eaten and who has been caring for my child. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough, all the staff are warm, welcoming and approachable.
My daughter always goes to nursery with the biggest smile on her face.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet aka Snuggles since she was just 4 months old. She loves every minute of being there. My daughter attended this nursery prior to the changeover from Snuggles to Kids Planet and the nursery was exceptional then and continues to be with the new change. My son is wonderfully cared for, he has a brilliant time whilst there with all the wonderful activities the hard-working staff arrange
for the children. I am provided with photo updates of my son's day and he is always so happy! I have always felt my children are looked after and cared for by the staff as one of their own and really do have the children's welfare at heart. I couldn't ask for a better childcare facility for my son and would definitely recommend this nursery to any parents or guardians within the area. Thank you to the wonderful hard-working staff.

The staff go above and beyond to plan and prepare stimulating and sensory activities for babies/toddlers, which has contributed to the development of my 26-week premature baby into a confident and happy little girl. The staff have worked with us and listened to the recommendations we get from consultants,
physios etc to put things into practice. In addition, they work alongside the physio during visits to maximise little ones development. Staff treat each child as a unique individual, and have focused on my baby's strengths, even when she's way behind her peers. Some of the staff working here have been there since my (now) teenager was there as a baby! I would not let my children go to daycare anywhere else! This nursery is absolute gold; highly recommend!

My daughter has been at this nursery for over a year now and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. She absolutely loves it there, her days are jam-packed with activities and fun and she has amazing relationships with the staff, who are all wonderful, hard-working, and caring. Communication
is excellent via the app, email, and phone. I'm also really excited for my twin boys to start very soon, have no worries about them settling in and feel very comfortable and confident that they will come on leaps and bounds as my daughter has. I would highly recommend this nursery!

My son has been coming to the nursery since last year. It's amazing to see everyday the wonderful activities they do with him. Such an amazing, friendly nursery. Our son is in the baby room and we feel that the staff there go above and beyond for him, are so kind and caring, and have really made such an effort to get to know him and follow the lead with his interests. We are so pleased with his care. The staff are just fantastic!
The environment is stimulating and we feel so comfortable dropping him off in the mornings knowing that he will be cared for. We receive pictures and updates throughout the day and he always looks so happy! Thank you.

My son has been with the nursery for almost 6 months now and every single time I've had updates through the app he looks so happy! And he's always in such a good mood when I pick him up as well! His development has come on so well and he's so confident which I strongly believe is down to the nursery's
dedication to encourage children to explore their skills. He's always given nutrition foods which he always seems to finish and enjoy. I'd highly recommend for all friends and family to enrol their kids to this nursery. Never had any trouble or hassle and the staff are so kind and compassionate.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

My parents established Snuggles Day Nursery (now Kids Planet) when I was just 3 years old on the 16th July 2001 and have been apart of the setting ever since.
Once I turned 16 I left school and gained my childcare qualifications through the setting I completed my Level 2 and 3 Childcare qualifications, I then went off on maternity in 2018 and had my gorgeous little boy after 4 months into my maternity leave a management position became available which cut my maternity journey short but this was definitely an opportunity I couldn’t turn down as it was a role I was very passionate for! I then grew my career and completing my L5 Leadership and Management and became a Managing Director of Snuggles Day Nursery for 6 rewarding years. On the 1st July 2024, we were acquired by Kids Planet and have remained as the manager and hopefully grow further within the company ??


Working with children is more than just a job, its our chance to make a real difference! I have always been passionate for working with children and believe that early childhood is a crucial stage in their development and having the opportunity to be apart of their growth and provide a safe and nurturing environment is incredibly rewarding.
