Busy Bears Day Nursery

My son has attended Busy Bears for a while now. Our experiences with the nursery from day one has been exceptional. When we were first shown around the nursery we were extremely impressed with the information that was given to myself and my wife and we decided almost immediately that we would enrol our son. The care and support my child and us as parents were given was excellent. Everyone goes above and beyond, you can see the dedication the whole nursery team has to their individual roles.

What we liked about the nursery also was the flexibility it had around our contracted sessions as I work on a rota and am required to change sessions from time to time.

The range of activities and learning opportunities my son experiences is excellent.

We would definitely recommend this nursery.

I can't tell you how happy I am to have my grandson here at this nursery. Having witnessed several other nurseries in the area I am delighted that my daughter chose this one for her two year old. I regularly pick my grandson up and every time I see him he is happy, playing and interacting with staff and his peers alike. The food looks and sounds wonderful and is, I presume, homemade from what I have seen. He eats everything put in front of him there. The staff are superb, professional yet friendly and warming. They even have time to add your child's activities and meals etc onto a parent app which you can view throughout the day so you needn't worry unduly.

The staff are amazing and will go over and above to help you. The nursery has been so flexible over the 2 years she has been there, allowing me to swap days when needed due to work commitments. The food is amazing and I love the app that captures her development, I can check what she is eating and what she is up to during the day. Nothing is ever a problem for the staff and they are always at the end of the phone if you are worried (I am one of those parents who worries none stop). I would HIGHLY recommend Busy Bears to everyone! Thank you to everyone at Busy Bears, without you, my daughter wouldn't be where she is at today with her development. We are going to miss you all lots.

My 3 grandchildren all attend Busy Bears and absolutely love the nursery. They have so much fun, wonderful experience and opportunities. Sometimes it can be difficult picking up all 3 children when they are all under 4 years old. The nursery staff are so helpful, even giving us a helping hand to the car when they can see we are struggling on occasions. Thank you to all of the staff for working so hard every day and for making the nursery such a special place. The nursery food is amazing! I can not recommend it highly enough.

My daughter has been going to Busy Bears Day Nursery since she was 9 months and in both rooms that she has been through all members of staff have been great with her. The new app is a godsend as I can see all the great activities she gets to do and the different meals given to her. I would highly recommend Busy Bears Day Nursery to anyone!

A wonderful safe environment.

My grandson has been attending the nursery for 8 months and I am thrilled with his development and what he is involved with. The nursery is very caring and I am always welcomed warmly when collecting him. The nursery is fantastic and all of the opportunities that they have on offer is exceptional. The girls within the room are amazing and know my grandson so well. I would not hesitate to recommend Busy Bears to anyone as it is truly amazing.

My child has been attending this nursery for just over two years and I have been happy with the level of care in all rooms. The girls in the rooms have a high level of care and attention to the children in their care.

Since being taken over, there has been some investment in technology; some more successful than others. There is an app that parents use which has replaced some of the feedback but I believe this is optional.

I chose this nursery based on recommendations and the staff and flexibility offered means I would recommend to other parents.

I was very happy with the care provided to my child while at Busy Bears Day Nursery, I went to work knowing he was in safe hands.

I was also pleased with the new experiences they gave him at each stage of development.

My children have attended Busy Bears since they were 9 months old. The nursery is fantastic and I feel my children have learned and developed so much. The staff are so friendly and welcoming towards the children and I feel comfortable leaving my children in their care. There is always lots going on for the children to do and I know they always have a great time. I couldn't ask for a better nursery for my children!

Busy Bears is an absolutely fantastic place to leave your little ones. Our little boy has been going to Busy Bears since he was very small, he's now three and I can safely say he has gained a huge advantage from the activities and development on offer in the setting.

All the staff are extremely friendly and good at their jobs, the new technology being implemented to make it easier and more convenient to see how your child has spent their day is brilliant.

I would not hesitate to recommend Busy Bears Nursery to anyone looking for somewhere to look after their little ones while they are at work or even for them to just gain some great experiences that are maybe not possible at home.

My daughter has attended Busy Bears since she was 9 months old and it is amazing how much she has developed over the past year and a half, the staff are brilliant and I really feel confident leaving my daughter in their care.

I always get lovely feedback about how her day has been and I am always jealous of the delicious sounding lunches and snacks she gets. I would 100% recommend this nursery to other parents.

The nursery is always a fun filled environment for my daughter to play, learn and feel safe. The staff are friendly and caring always welcoming her with a big smile! There is often something new going on to keep her interested and she sometimes doesn't even want to come home!

Having worked at and visited other nurseries this is by far one of the best and I feel reassured she is here.

This is the second time around I have used this nursery and I am extremely happy with the care they have given both of my children. However, this has been under the previous owner and my son has only been under the new management for a matter of months so I don't feel like I can comment too much.

Although, the friendly and helpful staff still remain which is one of the reasons I never looked for another nursery when I had my second child. From the minute you are greeted to the moment we pick our son up, I am sure he is well cared for and happy whilst at Busy Bees.

I have the confidence that when I leave my son he is cared for as if I was carrying out the care myself. We are sorry to leave Busy Bears behind but are grateful that the staff played a big part in preparing my son.

Outdoor facilities very good, own baby garden, often going for walks in the community.

Since my Daughter has started Bears she has developed so quickly. Everything about the Nursery is superb and the management set a great example for the staff. I am extremely happy with the services we receive. Thank you.
