Kids 1st Ingleby Barwick

My grandson has come on leaps and bounds since coming to Busy Bees last June. He can’t wait to come through the doors on a morning. All the staff know all the children’s name. Fab place.

Both my boys attended Busy Bees from 9 months old and have loved every minute. The oldest has now transitioned to school nursery now but did it with minimum fuss due to the fantastic foundations Busy Bees laid. My youngest who is 20 months loves going to nursery, he recently had surgery and the love and support from all the staff has been lovely. He's now back at nursery and the care plan and help with his development delay has been a massive comfort and support. I looked at many nurseries and this is the only one that I felt comfortable leaving my children at and have never regretted it 3 and a half years later.

The nursery is well maintained with lots of indoor and outdoor space. Staff are all lovely and friendly taking time to get to know my daughter even if they are based in a different room. They always have time to check how she is or ask what she has been up to. Occasionally the menu is a bit too “fancy” and so my daughter doesn’t enjoy as much as she would but they always try and offer alternatives which is great and gain our feedback on the menu.

We knew this was the right nursery for my little boy as soon as we stepped in, we’d looked around a few others and this was the most welcoming, it feels like a little family. My little boy has only been going a little while and only goes 1 day a week so is still settling in properly but he talks about the staff and the fun things he has done when he is not there, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this nursery to anyone.

The best thing about the nursery is their dedicated staff. Right from the nursery manager who greets you with her cheerful smile to the support staff that both my sons adore. It’s like a big family, the teachers would greet every child by their name, and they somehow know how to engage with the children under their care.

Food served is excellent and nutritious, most times the kids themselves have a part in helping to prepare some baked goods.

The nursery is clean and safe, giving me a peace of mind. Love Busy Bees Ingleby Barwick!

They have such fun-packed days and enjoy so many activities.

The staff are fantastic and the setting is perfect.

They communicate really well with parents and we couldn’t wish for a better Nursery.

Since my daughter joined the nursery at the end of March all staff have been fantastic and friendly. Love the little updates I receive showing what my daughter has been up to.

My son joined this nursery after his previous one suddenly closed. Throughout the whole process of looking and picking a new nursery Busy Bees at Ingleby Barwick were very understanding, welcoming, warm, happy, approachable and went above and beyond to ensure not only that our child's welfare, safety, happiness and development was at the heart of their services but also the comfort of us parents in leaving them in a new environment.

I cannot thank them enough, as our child has settled in very quickly and is growing into a very happy, cheeky, sociable child. After the past turmoil, it's a pleasure to see from a parents perspective. One that can only be achieved with great staff with a passion for providing high-quality nursery care. Keeping the children at the heart!

We are so pleased we chose Busy Bees at Ingleby Barwick for our daughter. She loves it there and all the staff. Staff are friendly and professional and always listen to us. The building itself is clean and spacious with lots for the children to do.

Busy Bees at Ingleby Barwick is such a friendly nursery. I trust all the staff completely and love how caring they are towards my children.

Fabulously friendly, caring and genuinely cheery and helpful staff. Staff go out of their way to connect to both your child and yourself as well as taking pride in telling you what your child has been up to during the hours that they are in their care. Catering to all children’s personalities the staff are continuously looking for new ways to ensure children are given the chance the explore, learn and experiment.

Welcoming, clean and fun environment.

My daughter joined Busy Bees in October, I joined this nursery as 7 years prior, our eldest daughter was cared for by the assistant and nursery manager. I knew I wanted my youngest to be with the same caring natured ladies. Busy Bees has brilliant facilities and is exceptionally clean. The level of care is 5*. I cannot recommend them enough. I am so confident leaving my little girl with all of the staff in Ingleby.

My son has started coming at the end of 2017 for just two mornings a week. He settled in straight away which was a huge relief. This was down to very friendly and welcoming staff, especially my son's key worker. The centre is always clean and tidy and my son always seems to have a healthy breakfast, lunch and snack. Since my son joined he hasn't actually had any time to play outside which we were told he would as often as possible (this recently got re-done so that stopped play for a few weeks) but since then, still not outdoor play which my son would love no matter the weather.

Fantastic nursery with very approachable and friendly staff. It's a very clean nursery and as a parent, I always feel well informed of how my child's day has gone. I really like that when I collect my child from the nursery, that the staff in his room let me know how he has eaten and what activities he has been doing that day. I am also very impressed with the food that my child eats when he's at Busy Bees. It's all really nutritional and changes often so there's plenty of variety and different meals for him to explore. The management team are also fantastic and if ever there's a problem or an issue arises they are always there to help and very approachable.

She's truly been given a great start to life and a great basis for her future learning - we can't thank the team there enough.

We could not be happier with Busy Bees at Ingleby Barwick. Both of my children have been extremely happy there and we have strongly felt that the staff genuinely care for the children. I have always felt that my children are completely safe and happy there. The staff are lovely, understanding and accommodating. The premises are also spotless, with a lovely outdoor play area and plenty of activities inside and outside. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to others.
