My son has been attending this nursery since he was 1.5 years old. He is now enjoying and thriving from the activities and care he receives from the staff there. His key worker is particularly supportive and communicates regularly with me so I'm always in the loop about how he is doing. She has helped
me with his potty training and fussy eating. I couldn't be more happy with the customer service I receive from the nursery.

Our son loves coming to nursery. He’s almost 4 and has attended since he was 18 months old. The staff have been nothing short of fantastic, so warm and caring. They have supported us with really big milestones like potty training and they have been outstanding in all other aspects of his development.
The reports provided at the end of each term are really thorough and guide us to help shape his learning and development at home too. The updates on the app are great to keep up with what he’s had to eat and what activities he’s been doing during the day. We have been really impressed with the risk assessments and controls put in place during COVID-19. The nursery has shared these openly with parents to reassure us that infection prevention and control measures are firmly in place. They shared lots of materials during the National lockdown to help to keep us busy and support learning at home too. This is an outstanding nursery, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

My one-year-old son loves nursery! His face lights up when I drop him off each morning, and he starts laughing as I pass him over to the girls at the door. He’s definitely in safe hands with the lovely staff, and clearly knows that he’s in for a day of fun with friends.
The staff know him so well
(especially one staff member), even though he’s only been there for 6 weeks. I was so upset to leave him for the first time and wondered how he would cope, especially as a lot of his life has been lived in lockdown and he’d had little to no interaction with strangers. I needn’t have worried! The girls put lots of photos and information on the app to reassure me, and I could see that he was really enjoying himself. I love checking his updates on the app to see what he’s been up to and how much he’s eaten/slept etc.
So pleased we chose this nursery.

We got a good feeling about the nursery as soon as we walked in the door. Our little girl has been going since she was one for the last few months and absolutely loves it - the staff are all so friendly and loving, plus we feel completely happy and reassured with how they're dealing with COVID. The
different activities and stimulation she gets from the nursery have really helped our little girl grow into a confident toddler. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic nursery. I am able to keep updated with my little boys' development and his daily activities. The staff all seem very supportive of his development and always seem very engaging when speaking to me. His progress with his skills and communication have grown so much since he started

Absolutely fantastic. The girls who look after our baby go above and beyond, nothing is ever too much, and all of the staff are always happy to help. An extremely warm welcome every time you visit and an excellent reassuring approach to our baby’s return post lockdown. Health and hygiene are top-notch,
love and care are given effortlessly, and this really is an exciting nurturing trusted settled safe fun, home from home. Highly recommend this nursery to all and thank you to the lovely team for taking such good care of our precious baby girl.

Picking this nursery for our daughter's care was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. She has been there since she was around 10/11 months old (she's now 3) and we will be heartbroken when she has to leave next year. Every single member of staff we have come across are happy, friendly, welcoming
and take such pride in their role within the nursery and you can tell they have genuine care and connections with the children. The meals provided are fantastic (she eats better than me some days) and they sometimes even ask for parents' input on menu ideas which I think is fantastic. Communication between staff and parents is amazing and we have never had a single worry about our child being away from us. Our daughter is a chatty, friendly, headstrong little girl who is very in touch with her feelings and wants and knows how to express them properly and I feel the nursery are a massive factor of how she is as a person.

This is a fantastic nursery and my daughter absolutely loves going. The staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. The menu is outstanding and my little girl gets a variety of home-cooked meals which she loves. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has been going here since he was 6 months old and is now 2 and he absolutely loves it and the staff there.
The staff are fantastic and amazing with him, he runs in every day with a huge smile on his face. They go over and above in looking after him and he has learnt so much.
There is a real
family/personal feel about this nursery and it's a lot less corporate than some others we viewed.
I couldn't recommend this place enough and if I have a second baby we will be sending them here.

Great nursery. All the staff are so lovely and caring and my son has really grown attached to them. My son is currently potty training and all the staff are being great with him and helping him gain confidence to do it.

This is a friendly and welcoming nursery which worked around my son's needs and also myself with my working hours. My son still has separation 'cries' which the staff come to be approachable and always comfort to leave having updates is very comforting knowing what they have been up to. I am happy and
feel settled that my son comes to this nursery compared to a previous nursery.

My Grandson has been attending this nursery for 6 months now and he just loves coming he gets very excited and kicks his legs when we pull up to the door. The girls make us feel at ease when we drop him off. My daughter loves the App where she gets updates and photos of him throughout the day.

What a gem this nursery is. As like most parents we did our research, picked our top three nurseries and visited them before deciding on which one to trust with our one-and-a-half-year-old. This nursery exceeded them all in our opinion, so our boy started in January. On day one, he walked in with a
smile and cried only when I came to pick him up as he was having too much fun. The girls are great - he eats lots, has fun and gets his much-needed nap. I mean - what more could we want. Thank you all, especially the Toddlers ladies.

I can’t thank the nursery enough with how at ease me and my daughter have been made to feel. I was so nervous about how she would react to me leaving her, but seeing how happy she is and how welcome she is in 'babies' makes it such a big relief. Knowing that she’s going to be well looked after, having
adventures and lots of cuddles make it so much easier to go to work. We love how impressive the layout of the building is and that our daughter is not only going to be having fun every day but is also going to be learning and having all her needs met. Having visited numerous nurseries, the warmth and friendliness of all the staff at this nursery definitely make it the clear winner and we just knew it was the right fit for us.

I had initially planned to start my son in the nursery after he turned one but due to a change in my personal circumstances, I had to put him into the nursery at 9 months old. I was anxious about this and looked at a few nurseries and just didn't get when people said you'll know as soon as you find
the one, as they all seemed pretty similar. That was until I went to this nursery. I loved everything about it when I was shown around but what sold me was when I was told the older children did visits to a local nursing home to entertain the residents. My son has now been here 6 months and he absolutely loves it. The staff are brilliant. Everyone is so friendly and they were extremely reassuring when he first started and he settled very quickly. He now grins as he's going in and it is lovely to see him recognising all of the staff he spends time with. Their social media and app updates are so nice to receive throughout the day and give a great insight into what he's been up to.

Our little boy has been attending this nursery since October 2019 and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Although it took him a while to settle and is still sometimes unsettled at drop off time, the staff are always calming and reassuring, and they all know him (and his likes) so well.
The activities
look to be engaging and exciting for the children, and no 2 days are the same for them.
Although I have raised concerns in the past, these have been dealt with very professionally and with great empathy, and really made me feel heard.
We couldn’t find a better nursery for our little boy, and we’re so pleased that we chose this one.
