Tiddlywinks Easingwold

After a few concerns about his development, the staff were more than happy to chat to me and give me some reassurance and after over a week of sleepless nights and anxiety, I came away and felt like a weight had been lifted. They listened to me and genuinely wanted to help and offered me the help and support I desperately needed.

From the moment we got in touch with the nursery, they have gone above and beyond for our boy. His confidence has grown and his speech is coming on so much with the support from them! There's no one else we would trust to look after him.

My children have been attending Tiddlywinks for years and it has been an amazing experience for them so far. They really look forward to going. They have thrived so much since attending. The staff are all amazing, they work so hard to ensure the kids are developing and really having fun. The nursery does a different range of activities every single day which is fantastic. Overall it is a fabulous nursery and would highly recommend it.

I highly recommend Tiddlywinks, whether your child only goes one day a week or every day, they are cared for and made to feel special by the whole Tiddlywinks team!

Tiddlywinks has become his second home. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the staff and the opportunity for my son to attend this nursery.

I currently have my second child attending Tiddlywinks (my son attended from 10 months until 4 years). It is an excellent nursery. The staff are both knowledgeable and caring. My daughter started in May and has settled so well always happy to go in and comes out with smiles. They go above and beyond I wouldn't want to send my children anywhere else.

Both our children have attended Tiddlywinks Easingwold. Throughout the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the extensive range of creative activities, the highly qualified and personable staff have just excelled for us and our children. Could not recommend it more!

The team, facilities and environment at Tiddlywinks are truly outstanding - and we don't need Ofsted to tell us that, even though they did! My daughter joined the baby room when she was 10 months old and has bonded really well with the team, who are always doing really interesting, fun and diverse activities with her. She often comes home with lovely pictures and crafts she's made and even biscuits she's baked, at 18 months old, that's impressive! They have a very well planned and organised schedule throughout the year and introduce the babies to all sorts of materials, themes and concepts that relate to whatever time of year it is. The Christmas build up was amazing, we got beautiful photos staged for free that were ideal for our Christmas cards and she brought home some lovely homemade things, including a gold pine cone, bauble, 2024 calendar and she also got a really lovely present from them to open. I feel that they go above and beyond in everything that they do.

Our son is always coming home with a big smile on his face. It says it all!

-- Understand the outdoor education aspect but sometimes it seems a little over the top. Great to be outdoors but I think on more cold/wet days they could be inside a little more when they’re so small! Kitting them up in the morning also makes it difficult to get out of the house.

Wonderful nursery, we know that our son is well taken care of at Tiddlywinks and we're very happy we chose to send him here. The staff and the facilities are great and our son has developed hugely. Would have no hesitation in recommending Tiddlywinks.

Our daughter started at Tiddlywinks back in early 2020 (during the height of Covid). Our daughter loved her time at the nursery. I'd always regarded a nursery as something of a "play group" for toddlers but it proved to be much more than that. She really developed during her time at the nursery and had no trouble moving up to primary school, she was more than ready for the move. This is a great credit to Tiddlywinks (and her parents of course!). I would have no hesitation in recommending Tiddlywinks to other parents. Fortunately, we've been able to continue the relationship as Tiddlywinks runs the out-of-school club at my daughter's primary school.

I would just like to congratulate everyone at Tiddlywinks in Easingwold. The nativity this year was such a lovely experience as always. My son enjoyed every minute and I was so proud to see how confident and happy he was standing up there with all of his friends.

A big well done and thank you to all of team Tiddlywinks for everything you do for our little minis. I feel very lucky to have been able to get Stevie into such a positive and happy nursery.

My son loves attending Tiddlywinks. As a parent, I get so excited to see and hear all about their day on the app. I have been so impressed by the activities, food and learning. My son has taken a real liking to science and experiments due to the resources available to him whilst at nursery. I've also already noticed a big difference in his independent play, sense of imagination and speech.

I was quite apprehensive about sending my daughter to nursery at only nine months of age, but I honestly couldn’t be happier with Tiddlywinks! The staff in the baby room are wonderful and I feel completely at ease leaving her there, knowing she will be really well cared for and fully enjoy her time there. My daughter absolutely loves being outside and we love that so much of the children’s nursery experience at Tiddlywinks involves them enjoying the outdoors. We have also seen a big change in her development just in the last couple of months of her attending nursery and we can tell she absolutely loves her time there as she comes home full of smiles and laughter each day that she is there. We also love the daily reports and photos. We couldn’t be happier with the nursery and the dedication of such wonderful staff. It’s made returning to work so much easier for me knowing she is in such great hands. Tiddlywinks really is becoming her second family. Thank you Tiddlywinks!

Our daughter started in the baby room at the start of 2023 and we’ve been really happy with Tiddlywinks. The staff are a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, caring and engaged. Our daughter has settled in well and seems to really enjoy her nursery days. It makes life much easier handing her over to people who she is happy to go to and comfortable with. They do loads of very sweet activities and spend a lot of time outside, which is great.

"Outstanding in all areas" truly does describe Tiddlywinks Easingwold. The setting, activities, thoughtful and educational environment is all brought to life by the wonderfully nurturing and caring team. They always go above and beyond and have a real passion for children and childcare - they are exceptional and I am so happy my son has spent the last 2 years with such beautiful people - not long until he sets off for school and I know we'll both miss Tiddlywinks massively!

My little boy loves this nursery and so do we. We relocated to the area in November 2022 and knew straight away this was the nursery we wanted to send him to. They were so lovely on the phone with us arranging a viewing and we absolutely love the forest nursery style. We get daily updates of what he’s been up to along with learning targets and milestones. He’s come on leaps and bound since attending here and talks about the staff all the time. He loves them. He comes home absolutely shattered so we know he’s had lots of fun. He’s fit in straight away and sending him here was the best decision we made. We’re due another little one soon and have no doubts that they will also attend.

All the staff are so friendly and caring and clearly love their jobs. The atmosphere is so welcoming and my son settled in straight away after moving from a different nursery. The outdoor space is fantastic and such a fabulous aspect of the nursery. The food they are given is also great and my son has developed from being a very fussy eater to eating almost anything he is given which has made our lives a lot easier. He is learning so much and I am often taken aback by how much he has been taught and learnt.
