My son really enjoys his time at nursery. The staff are great and he as formed a close bond with all of them.

Busy Bees is a wonderful nursery which my son loves. All the staff are so welcoming and lovely. I highly recommend this nursery to family and friends.

I recently received my daughter's development summary and I was very happy with what they had observed. She is always in high spirits when I drop off and pick up. The girls at the nursery are lovely and nothing is ever too much to ask.

The care at Busy Bees Ripon is superb a lovely nursery and we are exceedingly happy. Admin has been difficult with endless incorrect invoices, though this is the fault of the poor software used for your finance rather than the staff (or as far as we know).

My daughter has recently started and has settled very well. She loves all the staff and has started to make lots of new friends. She enjoys all the messy activities and the outdoor play. The nursery has kept me involved with her development and took the time when she started to learn about her interests.

Fantastic nursery with fantastic staff. My son loves coming here. I feel happy going to work knowing he is being well looked after.

Kindercare was actually my 2nd choice of nursery for my daughter, however, I went ahead due to availability. My daughter was only 5 months old when starting but the staff have been fantastic in getting to know her and my family in order to find the best way to care for her. She is always excited to see the staff and loves all of the activities. Two ladies have especially made me feel happy during my transition back to work but my daughter really feels at home with all the staff including the manager who always gets a huge smile. Can't thank you all enough.

Absolutely outstanding. My son has been going for a long time and he loves it. He enjoys the outside and all the activities they do. He has made many friends and enjoys nursery every day. I cannot fault the nursery or staff and I am very grateful for everything they do for myself and my son.

I have always found the staff very helpful and caring.

Our grandson has always been happy to come here and is well cared for.

My daughter has been cared for by the room leader of Starters 1. The care she has received has been fantastic. My daughter's mother and I separated and the room leader has made sure I am kept informed of my daughter's development and made myself and my girlfriend very welcome at pick up time. My daughter's development has massively improved thanks to her room leader.

The girls who work here are brilliant with children. They are all very different and work in different ways with each child. My little boy has been here since 9 months old and sees it like a second home and is very comfortable and safe here. He likes the climbing area the best. One of the best things for me is this nursery does before and after school care and holiday clubs as there are few in the area and they are really flexible with times.

Communication could be improved slightly between home and staff regarding events going on and would be nice if they still had a communication book in the 2nd room.

My child has been very happy here, recently several key staff have left which has been unsettling. The staff looking after him are great and the manager is always available if I have any questions or concerns. My child loves being outside playing with the good range of toys and equipment, and the open day was great to watch how my child really likes being here.

Kindercare is an exceptional nursery, we have left our son here since he was 9 months old , he is now 6 and he loves it .

We trust all the staff and he always tells us of the fun he has, it has also made him be so confident and a happy boy.

I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

My son is extremely happy at this nursery, he has come on wonderfully since starting! I cannot recommend this setting enough. My son has allergies and is very well cared for with his food and safety regarding these.

The staff and management are all very friendly, I have no concerns or worries but if I did I would feel comfortable to talk to the manager knowing 100% that the problem would be solved.

I've used Kindercare for both of my children, and have always been really happy with them. My children have really enjoyed their time here and it gives me peace of mind to know that I'm leaving them somewhere I trust and know I can talk to any of the staff if I ever had an issue. I feel the level of care my children have had has always been very high and they are often trying to improve services. They've also been as flexible as possible when I have needed to change times and days of care. I view it as a lovely, friendly and relaxed place.

Brilliant nursery, my daughter loves it here. Always clean and tidy.

Very happy with the care for my child. Given plenty of attention and stimulation and new experiences.
