Little Green Rascals Day Nursery Flaxton is surrounded by acres of fields, paddocks, woodlands and farmland - the perfect location for an outdoor-focused ethos, centered around the importance of learning and playing in nature. The nursery offers exceptional care, enriched by unique learning opportunities for your child. One such experience is child-friendly cooking classes, helping to equip children with valuable skills and deeper knowledge of the cooking process.

Every day, the nursery cares for up to 60 children, each one benefiting from the unique approach that encourages exploration, curiosity, and a love for the great outdoors. With nature on the nursery's doorstep, the team aims to create meaningful experiences that inspire and educate children, helping them understand and respect their natural environment.

The nursery has three rooms, each with progression in age, which follow the areas of learning and development set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

My daughter loves going to this nursery. It has an excellent outdoor space in a beautiful countryside location. The indoor space is bright and clean with good resources. They have a chef who prepares very tasty smelling, fresh food! More than anything, what has stood out to us about this nursery is
the staff - all of them, without exception, have been dedicated, kind and clearly enjoy spending time with the children.
