Amazing staff, such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond to make sure children are settled and I couldn't thank them enough for taking such good care of my little boy. He absolutely loves nursery!

I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Kids Planet Whitwood are amazing; they look after my little boy with such good care. I was anxious at first to put him in a private nursery; however, the ladies and the management made me feel at ease, and now I wouldn't have my child go to any other nursery. The staff and ladies are always on hand to answer any questions I may have - thank you.

From seasoned parents, if you're looking for a local nursery this is definitely the best we've come across. We've got three children and the first two went to a different local nursery and I must say that Kids Planet Whitwood blows it out of the water in so many ways. The staff are brilliant with your youngsters, they provide more frequent updates, they seem to know your child's personality much more and I've arrived early for pick-up and seen some of the amazing activities they do with the children. It's clean and incredibly professional. They've recently launched a new programme to provide free nappies, milk and baby wipes too which is very helpful not just to help me remember but to save costs too. The rooms are really well set up and new - with really good activities, games and interactive things for the kids to do and these often change.

The staff in the baby room are excellent with my son and helped him settle in well. He eats all of his food, and it is different every day/week. The past month, we have not had updates on nappies/naps due to the nursery changing apps.

This is an outstanding nursery in a lovely purpose-designed building. The nursery nurses are all very loving and caring, making the extra effort to build relationships with the children. My daughter has gone since she was a year old during Covid, so has been in the baby room, playroom and now in the preschool room. I have never had any problems and have always had an immediate response from the management team if I have ever needed anything.

I can't recommend Hillside Childcare enough. Everyone there is simply amazing. Keep it up.

My daughter started at Hillside Childcare - Whitwood just after her first birthday. She loves going to nursery and only took a few weeks to settle. She has some allergies and I feel confident the nursery takes these seriously and keeps me updated in any cases of reactions and try and pin point what could have caused something.

I am very satisfied with the staff and keep doing great job.

My son is almost three and has been going to Whitwood since he was 11 months old, and he's loved it from day one and has made lots of lovely connections with the staff. They look after him and care for him, which makes us as parents more than happy to send him there. He has learned so much in his time there and can't wait for more.

My son has been going to Hillside Childcare - Whitwood for 19 months. He loves it. The staff are all amazing and he has made close bonds with them which is very reassuring for me. They are very accommodating with my shift work and I wouldn't want him to go anywhere else. I feel like he is in good hands when in their care and most importantly he is happy and comfortable there too. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been in the nursery for just over two months now and has settled in wonderfully. I can't thank the staff enough for how amazing they have been with helping my little girl to settle in at only 8 months old and being a first time mum I wasn't sure how she would be but I couldn't have asked for anything more. Her educators provide many amazing learning opportunities for her, I know she is well cared for and they are always there to offer support or give useful advice. When I drop my daughter off in the morning, I can see how much she adores the staff and even gets upset when it's time to go home! Thank you for making my little girl feel so settled and making us as first time parents feel so at ease.

Fantastic nursery and staff! We have attended here since 2019 and our daughter has really developed her skills after attending here as a home from home care service is provided. All staff really care about the children and the thought and care taken in the settings and activities provided are fantastic!

The new space and facilities at the new setting are so lovely, open and warm. I can wait for my daughter to transition over, I know she will love it.

Fantastic nursery and brilliant staff, my son went to Hillside Private Day Nursery - Whitwood and the improvement in his social skills and overall learning was superb. My daughter now attends and I feel confident in her adapting in her learning and social skills. Hillside at Whitwood are relocating just down the road. I viewed this yesterday and it is breathtaking! I can't wait to see my daughter adapt to the stunning new location.

On top of that, you can see the investment they have made in the business looking at the new site that they move to next week. My son can't wait.

When it is my little girl's turn to leave Hillside I will be gutted and no doubt she will be. The staff care and this shines through the bonds created with the children.

Since my little girl started at Hillside Private Day Nursery - Whitwood in September 2022. She's come on amazing speech is so amazing and seeing the difference in her as well everyone is so kind and understanding to everything.

My son has been at Hillside since he was 11 months old and in the baby room. He has come on so much since he started at Hillside. The staff in the baby room were so caring and tentative with him they gave him the best start and me the piece of mind that he was safe and happy whilst I'm at work. Now he has moved to the playroom, they are great at creating child led activities that cater to the children's interests and help them build great relationships. He always looks forward to nursery and loves telling us about everything he has done each day. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work! We can't wait to move to the new building and see how he thrives even more.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was a baby. She is now 4 and is in her final months before school. The nursery is a fantastic place and every single person that works there is brilliant with parents and the kids. My daughter loves it and talks loads after every day of the activities she has been up to.
