Kids Planet Altofts

Kids planet Altofts is a fantastic nursery that is very welcoming by all staff. Every week children are given different experiences and due to his the Learning is fantastic for all children. This can be through song and dance as well as play and social interaction.

I'm very pleased with how fast the change has happened and look forward to the rest of his time here.

Having sent my daughter to Kids Planet Altofts there was no hesitation that the right thing to do was to send my son to the baby bungalow. He absolutely loves it, the staff are incredible and know him so well. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

My child has thrived at Kids Planet Altofts. all the staff genuinely care about each and every child and it shows with how comfortable my child is attending.

They regularly update the app which is very reassuring for parents, knowing what my child is eating and picture updates regularly.

I can not thank all the girls enough for the support and engagement they give my son, he really enjoys attending the nursery.

Lovely little setting at Altofts. My daughter was upset when she first started but the nursery staff made her feel welcome and helped her confidence grow. She now loves going to nursery. The staff always inform you what she has done throughout the day.

Very postive experience since my children have been at kids planet. They have created great bonds with staff and now look forward to nursery! We get great updates on the app and the kids are always seen smiling and playing. They are every helpful and accommodating to parents and child's needs

This nursery is the best nursery. I could have chosen for my child. They were so patient with him, given his separation anxiety, and the fact that he still wouldn't eat solids at the age of one, they are so accommodating, and they truly care for my child as if he was their own child, I get lots of updates. They serve nutritional food and they are so happy to speak to me at the end of the day, every day. Give me a rundown of what they say about him. I can really feel the love from the carers here for my son. They are truly a group of exceptional staff whom I am so happy to look after my child given I am someone who really struggled leaving my child at nursery. They have made me feel so reassured and the activities and the learning that they give at this nursery are also outstanding. My child has truly blossomed and his development has come along amazingly since starting nursery.

Wonderful, loving, and caring women. They took professional care of my child and help us every day. They have excellent knowledge of how to care for children. By receiving photos with descriptions of the activities, we know more about what our children are doing under their care.

I couldn't be happier with the care that everyone at Altofts provides for my little boy. He only attends one day a week and sometimes gets upset when I leave but all the staff are so lovely with him, they welcome him in with a big cuddle, send me pictures throughout the day and then tell me all that he has been doing when I pick him up. My little boy has formed a lovely relationship with the ladies that work there and I feel happy knowing that he is well looked after. Thank you so much for all that you do, it doesn't you noticed.

My Grandchild is extremely happy to go here dispite his communication difficulties. The staff spend extra time helping him with his communication. The one thing that stand out to me is when you go to pick him up, your not left waiting outside and often are invited into the room to get them yourself whilst still playing. Often nursery ask you to wait outside side. The staff are extremely caring and you can just tell what a lovely bond they have with the children. It isn't very often you here children crying.

Kids Planet Altofts is wonderful. From day one, the staff have built strong, loving routines with my children, and they get genuinely excited to see their key workers. Communication is excellent, I am always updated on meals, activities, nappy changes, and any injuries. My toddling daughter's little bumps are handled with care; staff speak to me in person immediately and upload detailed records to the parent portal. The nursery is safe and secure, with padlocked doors and thoughtful safeguarding. The outdoor provision is amazing, stimulating and fun. I also love the photos of my children engaging which are regularly uploaded. Both the Babies and Toddlers rooms adapt to my children's needs, and my son's speech has improved tremendously thanks to their support. The environment is calm, nurturing, and warm, and the staff are kind, professional, and flexible. I could not ask for a better nursery, my children are happy, safe, and thriving.

Overall, it's a brilliant experience. My son has additional needs and the staff have been consistently supportive. I wouldn't hesitate to go to them for advice or any concerns. The only downside has been the number of staff who have left, though I understand this isn't always avoidable. The lady who works directly with my son is fantastic: approachable, kind, and genuinely caring.

All the girls who work at the nursery are absolutely amazing. They are so welcoming, kind and genuinely care about the children. My twins love going every single day and are always so excited to see the staff. The girls make the nursery feel like a safe, happy environment and I can see how much my little ones have grown in confidence since starting. I couldn't ask for better people to look after my children - they truly go above and beyond.

My child has attended the baby bungalow since August 25 this year. as a very anxious parent the staff have always tried there best to give me all the reassurance I needed to keep my mind as calm as possible, all the staff are lovely and you can see the genuine care from them towards the children. With lots of different indoor and outdoor activities and lovely cooked meals! It didn't take them long to understand my child and his needs and what he likes and dislikes with plenty of pictures and updates throughout the day and my child is always happy and smiling to be at the nursery with the staff and his little baby friends! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a safe , caring nursery environment for there little one!

One of the best nurseries I have sent my children to. My daughter is two years old she can't wait to go to the nursery in the afternoon. She loves it there. The staff are so nice and always ready to help. I could not compliment the staff enough at the Altofts Kids Planet Nursery. My daughter also loves the meals at the nursery. The whole nursery is perfect. I will definitely be sending my youngest daughter to this nursery too.

Great setting, the kids love there time there. Lots of feedback from the staff and useful handovers at the end of the day. My daughter always comes home filthy and tired which to my mind shows she's had an absolute awesome time.

The communication from nursery is excellent and gives a sense of peace of mind for us parents.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My child started here after attending another nursery. The staff at Altofts couldn't have been more helpful. They immediately put us at ease and we instantly felt at home. Every day at pick up my child he has the biggest smile on his face and cannot wait to tell us about their day. The staff are absolutely incredible and also keep us informed on my child's day. Nothing this too much for them. I wish I had made the move for my child sooner.

My child moved to this setting in September 2024 after previously attending one of the larger settings in the group of nurseries. This setting is smaller and more intimate, which has helped my child's confidence massively, all of the staff are so lovely and attentive and you can see they work hard to build great relationships with the children. This shows with how comfortable my child is when I drop him off and when I come to collect him and see him enjoying playing with his friends or sat in the reading corner reading a book with a member of staff. They always give a detailed handover of how your child has been through the day, what they have been up to and how they have eaten, as well as updating the app throughout the day too. The nursery facilities and outside space are great and always really clean. There is always lovely homemade meals served at meal times and healthy snacks offered throughout the day. My child loves this nursery setting and I'm very happy that we made the move.
