Kids Planet Wetherby

Can't fault this Nusery one bit my autistic son (who is not yet diagnosed) started in January 2026 and they've been amazing at caring for him and his needs. Would recommend this Nusery as the staff genuinely care about the children who they care for and as parents that's all we want for our children when they're not in our care.

I regularly pick up my Neice and I have seen such a vast improvement in the nursery in the last 8 months. The overall feel of the nursery is so happy, calm and positive. My Neice loves to go and doesn't want to leave. The team are so attentive and caring and really do know all the children it seems. If I have a child of my own I would wholeheartedly send them to Wetherby Kids planet

We have always been pleased with Kids Planet Wetherby since our daughter joined a year ago, but since the recent management and other changes to the nursery we could not be happier, these changes have really transformed the nursery for the better and my daughter is thriving because of it.

We are so grateful for the incredible staff there, four staff members to mention just a few are phenomenal and make it a great place.

Our youngest will be joining shortly into the baby room because of how pleased we are with it.

We are very happy with all the recent changes at Kids Planet. The new management have made such a positive impact. The range of activities offered including trips is brilliant. The routine within pre-school is definitely promoting independence and we can see this filtering through at home. Our 1-year-old has settled in really well in the baby room and this is down to the caring, friendly and approachable staff.

What a fabulous nursery. I cannot fault them. ALL staff are helpful, kind and I couldn't ask for a better team to look after my son. Their professionalism and time they take to share information on the app makes it all so much easier. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Fabulous nursery where our children thrive in the caring environment. So much opportunity to explore new things, undertake a variety of activities and excursions and really get the most out of being a kid, whilst preparing them for the move towards school life. Our children couldn't be happier, and we couldn't have more confidence in the staff and curriculum. So much experience and engagement from all team members. Highly recommend.

Now, both of my sons are thriving under the care of truly amazing leaders. There's a light, happy energy throughout the nursery, and it's clear that every staff member is perfectly placed in the rooms they work in. We are thoroughly happy with the whole team and feel very lucky to have found such a supportive, nurturing environment.

A fantastic environment that really supports children to develop independent skills, and introduces "school like' conditions in a thoughtful, sensible manner. The structure and thought behind the curriculum is excellent, and skills and confidence are built and developed in a really thoughtful (and fun) way.

The team is super passionate, and seem to genuinely love the children - developing really caring and genuine connections with both our children.

Every week, our kids seem to bring a new thing home that they've learnt from nursery - whether its an urge to bake, or paint, or a game they've played while visiting a care home.

We couldn't be happier - and both our children agree!

We had minor issue with the billing side. After many emails it went quiet and despite asking for confirmation everything was in place for funding we never heard back. The wetherby manager was great at helping with the communication but could have been much better from the billing department.

The manager is brilliant and always there for support and advice. Thank you for all of the hard work, effort, love and care you give the children. Keep up the good work!

My little one has been going to Kids Planet (Twinkles) since he was 10 months old and he seems very happy. There has been a lot of staff changes when Kids Planet took over, which was very unsettling for him, but generally that seems to be much better and settled. The one thing however I have given feedback about since Kids Planet took over is the app is not used how it should be. I’ve brought this up numerous times and I’ve been told it’s broken or not submitting correctly. He goes three full days a week and I’m lucky if I get one nappy update, let alone his sleep/ picture. If the app is finally fixed then I won’t sound like a broken record and will be generally happy with the nursery.

Granddaughter loves going to nursery, the staff are lovely and go out of their way to accommodate us. My granddaughter has built great relationships with all staff members, which makes it easier to leave her there.

Our child has been coming to Kids Planet since October 2022, after previously being with a childminder. She has absolutely thrived since being at Kids Planet and the transition to nursery was very easy. She never has a day when she does not want to go to nursery and always looks forward to going. The staff at Kids Planet have always been really fantastic, as well and genuinely caring for her. Every morning there are carefully set out and planned activities, which are set up before the children arrive. I would highly recommend Kids Planet.

Love the staff and facilities. Totally trust them and my baby is very happy there. The place always appears and smells clean. The staff always have time to chat and ask about my son and how he is doing. They all seem to genuinely care.

My kids are so happy here, they love the staff and activities. The office staff are friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions. We really appreciate the updates via the app, it's great to see how they are doing whilst I'm at work.

My daughter has absolutely thrived since starting at Twinkles Nursery Wetherby! She is so happy to see her key worker and all the staff in the baby room. I get regular updates on her day and some lovely pictures too! The food must be great because my daughter always eats it all, and the activities the staff set up look like so much fun!

My son has been at Twinkles Nursery Wetherby for the last eighteen months and absolutely loves it. He settled in straight away and the level of care he has received as he's progressed through the rooms has been excellent. Each of his key workers, as well as all of the other nursery staff have been kind, friendly and helped with my son's development and built his confidence. The facilities are great, the varied food menu is impressive and they are very thorough with their practices and policies, especially when navigating through the pandemic. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking in the area.

We are so pleased with the care given to our little boy while attending Twinkles Nursery Wetherby. I was very nervous about leaving him but the girls in baby starts are all so reassuring and lovely. My little boy settled in so well and loves attending nursery, I would definitely recommend Twinkles Nursery Wetherby to any of my friends and family needing childcare.

My daughters have both attended Twinkles Nursery Wetherby and have absolutely loved it. The staff genuinely care for and about the children and we have been made to feel part of a Twinkles Nursery Wetherby family. My younger daughter starts school in September and we will be very sad to say goodbye to the fantastic team.
