Partou Magic Garden Day Nursery & Pre-school

I can't thank Magic Garden enough for the support they have given my daughter for her special educational needs. They are amazing.

I've had a great experience with this nursery, so friendly and polite to all. They have always understood my child's needs and listen to my requests. It's also nice to have a quick conversation in the mornings and afternoons, sets the day right.

I am very satisfied. My daughters love all the staff and have made lovely friends.

My son is very happy and excited to come to nursery every day. He likes the food and the environment. The staff does an amazing job.

Friendly staff who are unreserved in helping with babies development. I'm really enjoying the different themed weeks. Looking forward to the activity board and being able to see pictures of their days.

My daughter has settled in so well at this nursery. She loves attending and is having a great time when I come to pick her up. This is down to how much time and effort the staff put into caring for her - they are fantastic! My daughter loves the food and has made lots of friends. There are increasingly interesting activities for her to engage with, including Spanish lessons, which is great. One thing to work on is communication with parents to ensure we know what our children have done during the day - I know this is something the manager is working on! Overall they do a great job. Great staff and environment. All staff go above and beyond. Events organised for parents, really great. My child has sown lots of development.

My son has been coming since January and loves his time at nursery. The team are so lovely and caring. The activities carried out are amazing and so varied. The food is also very varied and he tries so much more than he does at home.

My son loves coming to Magic Garden Nursery, he's ben coming since he was nine months old. I've never had any problems or issues. I would definitely recommend Magic Garden Nursery. Amazing professional, friendly staff.

Our daughter loves going to the nursery each day and playing with her friends. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and teach new things each week.

It’s been quite up and down at this nursery for the twelve months our little one has been there. The source of the issues has been the management for the most part. Either it’s not there or not adequate but the new manager is clearly making improvements. However certain things have not improved - there is still a shortage of staff (an industry issue but looks as though they struggle to attract and keep hold of good staff). The meals have gone downhill, in particular for teatime - at over £1k a month I don’t send my child to nursery to eat beans on toast multiple times a week. In the time we’ve been there, there have been no assessments or updates on development, and updates on their app are few and far between. The admin/management team doesn’t respond to emails or even acknowledge them - even when issues around health and welfare have been raised. The team and staff looking after the children are great and try their best to give them and their parents the best experience but they’re clearly stretched.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year and has come on in leaps and bounds. I've found the staff to be helpful and pro-active when it comes to the education and development of my daughter, who loves attending, and the girls who look after her are lovely to deal with. I've found nursery has been very accommodating to any requests and quick to deal with any questions we may have had.
