Hollybank really is a 5 star nursery!

Our experience at Holly Bank has been spectacular. Sending our son there is one of the best decisions we've ever made for him. From the get go, all staff have been wonderful with him, and have also been extra supportive for us as parents. Our son struggled with weaning but the team in the baby room worked with us and now, he's doing brilliantly with his eating. Furthermore, every day he's there, we get great pictures and updates on how he's doing. His key worker is wonderful. We can see why Holly Bank is OFSTED Outstanding!!!

Myself and family are very happy at present with the nursery and its facilities for both my children. One attends preschool and the other attends the toddler room. The food smells amazing everytime we attend and the children's personalities have grown so much since attending

The setting is great, and they do a brilliant range of activities to keep the children engaged.

There is good communication and if issues are raised, they are dealt with fast and efficiently.

My son has attended Holly Bank Nursery for just over 2 years now, he loves going to nursery. The staff are great and are very helpful & understanding. Feedback is given every day and is detailed, staff are always welcoming and happy. My child has learnt so much and talks about his day at nursery and how involved he gets (helping a member of staff) in little jobs as it shows him good role model skills. This member of staff always puts in the extra effort to help him with his learning and knowledge. I would 100% recommend the nursery to others.

My son has been at Holly Bank Nursery since September 2021. He has always been well looked after and enjoys going to nursery. All the staff are always friendly and ensure the care of the children is excellent.

He’s had several key workers in his time and each of them has been so lovely, communicated with us brilliantly and helped him to progress and thrive!

They have supported us, as parents, to navigate each new stage of his development and we couldn’t be happier with the care he has received there. The staff are kind, caring and incredibly knowledgeable about the children and this is evident in his excitement to talk about the activities they take part in, the daily feedback we receive, as well as the app updates. We feel so lucky to have been able to get a place at Holly Bank.

My little boy is an extremely fussy eater, and I often struggle to get him to eat food other than his ‘safe’ foods. Since last month, he’s made huge progress and has started to eat more of a variety. This is all due to the support from the staff at Hollybank, their understanding of the situation and their persistence in making eating enjoyable for him. Thank you so much!

In summary, our experience with Holly Bank has been nothing short of exceptional. It's heartwarming to see our daughter thriving in such a loving and supportive environment.

The management/admin staff are also very helpful and accommodating of changes/extra days.

My little boy has just joined Holly Bank this week and we could not be more impressed with how amazing all the staff have been in helping him to settle in (especially one member of staff in particular!) We are sure he is going to have a wonderful time!

A really fantastic nursery. My daughter loves going and has developed so much since she started at Holly Bank, almost a year ago now. I always feel secure she is being well looked after and is having a lovely time. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about the children. They send updates during the day via their app and always give you a full run down at the end of the day so you know what your child has been doing. They are just lovely people and it's a great nursery.

The staff have been fantastic at supporting our little one who has advanced language but slower physical skills, allowing her to always go at her own pace and feel comfortable.

The staff were always helpful, supportive and just a really nice bunch of people. I could not ask for any better and I was always happy leaving my daughter in their care.

A fantastic nursery with excellent staff. The care and attention our children have had has been fantastic and they have loved every minute of their time at the nursery. We cannot speak highly enough of the provision and recommend to all.

The app that the nursery used allowed us as parents to access all information on his learning reports, how he was developing, any accidents that had occurred and pictures of his day.

Very pleased we picked Holly Bank Nursery, the team have showed a lot of care and are always happy to tell me about our little one's day details, they're all friendly and helpful and take on requests as well.

They do regular charity fundraising and seasonal events which keeps us parents engaged too.

Our baby has only been there a shortish time part time, yet we can already tell they care and know their individual needs and character.

The children do lots of different activities and explorations, including in the outdoor gardens and zones and we have taken home paintings, a biscuit (tasted sugar-free) and we enjoy reading the notes from each day at nursery and following the parent app.

If I email I always get a reply, we can phone in during the day to see how it's going. The security and safeguarding system is strong and reassuring too.

We can't wait to see what the next season's activities bring and how our baby develops with their support.
