Set in detached premises in a quiet, leafy residential area of Huddersfield, Bradley House Nursery is spread over two floors, the ground floor accommodating babies and toddlers and the lower ground floor accommodating children aged between two and four years.
Both floors offer a wide range of learning experiences and outside they have a large garden space with plenty of opportunities for the children to investigate and explore. The setting is truly unique and has become a home away from home for the children.

An excellent nursery for both my boys - my oldest started here at 13 months, and my youngest started at 9 months - they both settled within 3 months or so and really enjoy attending. They have a strong relationship with their key workers and it's clear that they spend a good chunk of 1-1 time with their child in order to develop that bond. My oldest has some additional needs which we quickly identified and actioned with an IEP that is reviewed regularly. From a management and leadership perspective the nursery has gone from strength to strength, with the current manager being very approachable, friendly and excellent at her job. The food is brilliant - all made from scratch with minimal ultra processed foods. I have a selective eater and a great eater - both are accommodated for. The layout of the nursery is great with a small outdoor play area for the younger children and gates/locked doors pretty much everywhere to get in and out. Security and safeguarding is taken very seriously

Our daughter has been attending Bradley House Nursery since July 2023 when she was 9 months old. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our daughter always goes in with a smile on her face and leaves with an even bigger smile. The staff have been amazing in helping her settle in and have made the process so easy for us as first-time parents. Her development has come on leaps and bounds since attending and the activities and meals are always excellent and fun. You can tell the staff love their jobs and the children as they make everyday so much fun and keep the parents up to date with the goings on in their children's lives. I cannot thank and recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery, she gets so excited when we arrive. They have really helped with her development and she seems so content. I love the regular updates on the app and the friendly atmosphere in the baby room.

I have been part of the Bradley House family for 13 years, and it really does feel like a second home to me. During my time here, I have been fortunate enough to work in a variety of roles, from Room Leader to Deputy Manager, and I am now very proud to be the Nursery Manager as well as the SENCO.
I have always had a real passion for working with children and watching them grow, learn and discover the world around them. I love creating fun, exciting and challenging experiences that capture children’s imaginations and allow them to learn through play. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child try something new, overcome a challenge and become proud of what they have achieved. I want every child to feel happy, confident, supported and valued, while developing the resilience and independence they need as they grow.
I feel very lucky to have built so many wonderful relationships with children, families and colleagues over the years, and I love being part of their early years journey. Being able to watch children develop from their first days at nursery into confident, capable little people is one of the things I enjoy most about my role.
When I’m not at nursery, I love spending quality time with my family and enjoying local walks with my dog, Naala. I also have a real love for travelling and discovering new places and cultures. One of my favourite things about travelling is trying new cuisines and experiencing the different traditions and ways of life that make each place unique.
After 13 years at Bradley House, I still feel as passionate about early years as I did when I first started, and I feel incredibly proud to be part of a team that helps children to learn, grow and flourish.
