The Willows is an amazing nursery who put the children who attend at the heart of what they do. You can tell that everyone, from the owner down, genuinely cares about what they do and the outcomes of the children they care for. We visited several nurseries and knew the Willows was different. Our
little boy has additional needs, to say they have been amazing in their support of him would be understating all the things they have done for him. With their support, he has achieved so much and the way they work with various professionals he is involved with to achieve the best outcomes is truly wonderful. He loves the nursery and it's staff and is clearly happy and content in their care. All the staff communicate clearly with parents, there are daily updates and periodic newsletters and parents evenings to ensure that there is clarity about what is happening at the nursery. It is a wonderful place and I would not hesitate in recommending the Willows.
