Castle Hill Private Day Nursery

Highly recommend.

My son has been at Castle Hill Private Day Nursery since he was 13 months old. He's now 27 months and is so happy at this nursery. The deputy manager is incredible at her job and absolutely always has the children's individual needs at the forefront. Even during Covid (summer 2021), she facilitated a settling-in process that allowed me to be present for a couple of short sessions - which immediately put my son at ease. We previously had to leave another local nursery after just one week due to a strict drop-off at the door Covid policy (which he found incredibly upsetting). The care for children was not compromised at Castle Hill during the pandemic and their mental health was safeguarded. During our time so far, we've had no serious issues and anything minor had been seen to immediately - which has been very reassuring as a parent. My son runs in each week - never a single tear. He regularly mentions staff by name at home and sings songs that he's learnt during his time there. Thank you, Castle Hill!

He loves it that much he asks if he can go at the weekends as well! When we drop him off now we don’t get a second look most of the time, he’s so thrilled to get there and see all his friends and all of the nursery staff. If you’re reading this and debating where to send your child I can wholeheartedly recommend this nursery, the level of care is unrivalled and your child will love it!

My son attends Castle Hill nursery, and I can safely say that sending him there was one of the easiest decisions I've made. My wife and I had to return to work whilst our baby was around 9 months old, and I've never felt an ounce of worry about leaving him with the staff. They are always welcoming, approachable and professional. Their menu for the children is healthy and varied, the playrooms are well equipped, and the location is great for pick-ups and drop-offs. We get a detailed breakdown of his days with them, and we are always kept in the loop if he ever shows any kind of illness. Long story short, 10/10 from us and absolutely recommend Castle Hill nursery.

It’s just an amazing nursery, they are very patient and extremely helpful. Me and my partner were struggling with potty training but with the help of the nursery staff it became so much easier. My child loves the gold star/stickers he gets for each potty training day and can’t wait to come home and tell me all about it. Also, my child is so much more outgoing and a social butterfly because of the nursery.

The Deputy Manager and the girls are amazing with our daughter as they were with my other daughters. She really loves every visit and they are always happy to help and very flexible when it comes to changing things to work around our lives.

From the first moment we visited Castle Hill Day Nursery all the staff there were incredibly attentive to our baby, made him feel comfortable straight away took him to have a little play and a wonder about. They clearly explained all the procedures, pricing (which is very reasonable!) and the environment overall made you feel like at home. The nursery ladies are incredible with our little one every single day, they create a safe and fun environment and are fantastic with all the activities, arts and crafts, baking, playing and everything else and we can see how it helps our baby develop. Castle Hill Day Nursery is all you can wish for your little one and more! I couldn't recommend it enough!

I can not thank the Deputy Manager and all the amazing staff at Castle Hill Day Nursery. My daughter started in September 2021 and it's amazing to see how far she has come. She always looked forward to going, telling us she loves nursery day. We had issues with trying to get her potty trained, and thanks to the staff, she now uses the toilet regularly. Her speech has improved dramatically and she is no longer that shy little girl anymore. I am sad to see her leave, but I know she will be ok in primary school thanks to all the hard work they put in. Not only my child, but others I have spoken to also have nothing but praise for them. So, thank you all and I can't wait for my little boy to start with you in January.

My son has had the most amazing time at nursery. He has come on leaps and bounds and he loves every minute. He can’t wait to tell us about his day when he comes home. My son will be attending as he calls it ‘big school’ in September but we will continue to use Castle Hill Day Nursery for after school care as I know he will be happy, safe and well looked after.

Excellent, friendly staff who are always accommodating. Kids really enjoy it. Both kids have learnt from their time at the nursery and were upset to leave to progress to school. Staff are engaging, helpful and caring.

My daughter attends Castle Hill Private Day Nursery and I find the nursery really well organised. The staff are brilliant with the kids and really friendly. My daughter's speech came on a lot when she first started and she enjoys interacting with other children, she has friends at nursery and is always telling me what she’s done and who she’s played with when she comes home. I find they have a lot of activities for the kids and I couldn’t recommend a better nursery. I’m always updated on how she’s done in the day, what she’s eaten and I find that brilliant, even during Covid, I found the nursery managed it really well and we always had an email if someone had a case. I couldn’t recommend this nursery anymore if I tried, it’s amazing for my daughter and I’m glad she attends.

My child absolutely loves going to nursery. We drop him off and don't even get a look back. When we collect him he's always full of beans which shows us he's had a fabulous day. Since starting at Castle Hill Private Day Nursery, my child's confidence and speech have come on leaps and bounds. I couldn't thank them and praise them enough. Excellent team.

All of the staff at this nursery are wonderful. They are always cheerful and express warm and genuine affection for the children. Our son enjoys his time here and is thriving developmentally. An excellent, caring environment.

My child has attended Castle Hill day nursery since July and he is loving it. He started when he was 1 years old and did struggle a bit at first but with the support from the nursery staff my child now loves going to nursery and has come home with some wonderful artwork. I also get daily updates about what my child has eaten and done that day so I can share it with family members. Overall it’s a very home from home setting and a lovely outdoor area in which my child loves to explore in a very safe environment.

I would highly recommend Castle Hill Day Nursery, the staff are amazing.

The member of staff I mainly deal with has just been amazing and nothing seems a problem.
