Castle Hill Private Day Nursery

A fantastic nursery. We knew as soon as we looked around that Castle Hill Private Day Nursery was the one for our family. Our child has attended for the past 18 months. We adore all the staff, they are so welcoming & friendly and very attentive to specific requirements. We are so grateful for their flexibility and accommodating our needs whilst maintaining an approachable relationship. Our child's confidence and development has really come on which is credit to the team and their lovely routines that include so many fun and educational activities. The variation of meals provide is incredible. We will be sad when our child has to leave this outstanding nursery. Thank you for all you do on a daily basis.

I really like is how down to earth the environment is. The children clearly have a great time and get to enjoy a wide range of activities. Drop-off and pick-up is always smooth and stress-free, which we really value.

I love the little insights we get at the end of the day into what our child has been doing and getting the occasional photo sent over is lovely.

Most importantly, I have complete trust in the team and really value the care they provide. They do a brilliant job.

Castle Hill are wonderful with our daughter. She's been going there for almost a year and settled in so quickly. It's a lovely family-friendly atmosphere. The staff are kind and warm and our daughter is always happy to be dropped off and has a lovely time. The manager had always been helpful and professional, as well as being flexible when we've asked for something. I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

My little girl was very anxious and nervous around new people. I was worried about how she would be with starting Nursey. All staff have been welcoming and excellent in accommodating my daughter's needs. They have made this transaction of going into Nursey smooth and stress-free. I couldn't recommend them enough!

My daughter started at Castle Hill in April 2024 and absolutely loves it. The staff were brilliant at helping her settle in and she will happily go to any of them which really put my mind at ease leaving her for the first time. It's got a lovely homely feel and the manager is always on hand to help with any questions. Would highly recommend this nursery.

Castle Hill Day Nursery is like a second home for my son, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, it’s like dropping him off with family every morning. The staff are not just professionals; they’re genuine, caring individuals who go above and beyond to ensure every child feels loved and supported. The facilities are fantastic, with tons of fun activities that keep my little one entertained and learning all day long.

Absolutely blown away by the amount of care my daughter receives at Castle Hill Day Nursery with the manager and the team. She has so much fun and regularly brings home artwork to show us. The nursery is affordable for all that you get and my daughter loves it there. The staff are always smiling and playing with the children. What more could you want?

All the staff are fantastic! It’s always smiles and hugs and my girl is excited to go every time. Lovely daily updates in the book and photos too, you can tell all the staff care about the children.

My daughter has been attending Castle Hill Nursery for over a year now and absolutely loves it, to the point most days she doesn’t want to leave! She has learned and progressed so much since joining and every single staff member is amazing, they are so kind and caring and I know my daughter is in the safest hands there. I would recommend the nursery to anyone.

My daughter has attended Castle Hill from a baby right the way through to preschool. My daughter adores the staff and has developed such a lovely relationship with each of them. The most important thing for me is that she is happy whilst myself and her dad are at work and she most certainly is at Castle Hill! I 100% recommend this nursery. A caring, happy setting where staff communicate with us well and where my child has flourished and has been prepared so well for her next transition into reception.

The manager does a great job and is always so helpful and accommodating. My daughter always talks about her day and all the activities they have been doing. She loves to tell me that she eats all her meals at nursery as she prefers the meals there rather than at home! It's great to know that my babies are in such safe hands, so we are very grateful to have you on our doorstep.

We are so impressed with the welcome our daughter has received from all of the friendly, caring staff at Castle Hill Private Day Nursery. She settled very quickly into her new routine which took away all my anxiety about going back to work full-time. Communication is excellent and we love hearing about her day: she enjoys a huge variety of activities, crafts and games and all her meals! We would highly recommend to any parent.

My son has been at Castle Hill Private Day Nursery since he was 13 months old. He's now 27 months and is so happy at this nursery. The deputy manager is incredible at her job and absolutely always has the children's individual needs at the forefront. Even during Covid (summer 2021), she facilitated a settling-in process that allowed me to be present for a couple of short sessions - which immediately put my son at ease. We previously had to leave another local nursery after just one week due to a strict drop-off at the door Covid policy (which he found incredibly upsetting). The care for children was not compromised at Castle Hill during the pandemic and their mental health was safeguarded. During our time so far, we've had no serious issues and anything minor had been seen to immediately - which has been very reassuring as a parent. My son runs in each week - never a single tear. He regularly mentions staff by name at home and sings songs that he's learnt during his time there. Thank you, Castle Hill!

He loves it that much he asks if he can go at the weekends as well! When we drop him off now we don’t get a second look most of the time, he’s so thrilled to get there and see all his friends and all of the nursery staff. If you’re reading this and debating where to send your child I can wholeheartedly recommend this nursery, the level of care is unrivalled and your child will love it!

My son attends Castle Hill nursery, and I can safely say that sending him there was one of the easiest decisions I've made. My wife and I had to return to work whilst our baby was around 9 months old, and I've never felt an ounce of worry about leaving him with the staff. They are always welcoming, approachable and professional. Their menu for the children is healthy and varied, the playrooms are well equipped, and the location is great for pick-ups and drop-offs. We get a detailed breakdown of his days with them, and we are always kept in the loop if he ever shows any kind of illness. Long story short, 10/10 from us and absolutely recommend Castle Hill nursery.
