I couldn't ask for a better nursery. My son has come on so much since starting last year. Even though he has learning difficulties he now says and does so much more than I ever expected. The staff are so patient with him and include him in everything even when we know he may not take part. They give
advice and support every step of the way not only for him but for me aswell where needed and for that I will always be thankful. There is so much more I could say but the box wouldn't be big enough.

Amazing nursery! Very supportive and kind, my little boy absolutely loves going there and has excelled and come on in leaps and bounds! The babies and tots staff are extremely caring and friendly my little boy adores them!

My children love attending the nursery and really bond with the staff. My eldest will always come home and tell me about how much fun he has had and I don't have to worry about leaving my youngest while I work as he is always so happy to attend.

We are overall very happy with the care and environment provided by the nursery. Our child seems comfortable, well looked after, and we appreciate the effort the staff put into creating a positive and nurturing setting.


As our child is now over two years old, we would really value more detailed updates

on his development across different areas. It would be helpful to understand how he is progressing in key skills such as communication, social interaction, and early learning milestones. Regular feedback or examples of his activities and achievements would give us a clearer picture of his development.


We would also like some guidance on what we, as parents, can expect at this stage in terms of learning and skill development. For example, support with identifying objects, colours, animals, and everyday items, as well as early behavioural and practical skills such as potty training. It would be great to know how the nursery is supporting these areas and how we can reinforce them at home.

We also have a variety of resources available at nursery to support you and your child. Our lending library, home learning packs, and activity packs are great tools for home learning. We believe in maintaining strong communication with parents through the Famly app, our stay and play sessions, and dedicated contact time, where you can chat with your child's key worker about their progress at nursery.

As a first time mum, I was really anxious sending my 1 year old daughter to nursery when I went back to work. However 8 months later, I am extremely pleased with the care and service provided by kids planet Dudley hill, they've always been prompt responding to questions, gave me the reassurance I needed
and always encouraged to call if I needed that reassurance when she started. My daughter has been attending the nursery since September and I will also be increasing her hours as I can not fault the care they provide. As a mother it is really difficult finding the right place for your child and I am glad I followed through and now that my daughter is settled she has made so much progress in her development which is also down to the staff working alongside her.

My boy has been attending since September and he loves it. He loves the staff he loves playing with other children, he loves the food and has really settled in. The baby and tots room is cosy and colourful. They allow you to call anytime and check up, I have an app that shows me everything and the manager
is always reachable and happy to discuss or sort any issues i have. (She is always smiling :)
I am glad I chose them after visiting 6 others!

My daughter has been attending KP Dudley Hill for nearly 12 months, and I cannot thank the nursery and staff enough for the support, care and attention they give her. She will happily hold her arms out for the staff member to take her in a morning, and I feel comfortable as a working parent knowing
she is in good care and also given decent meals each day. She has learnt so much and built a great relationship with the baby & tots staff, so I can't thank them enough for putting me at ease knowing she is in good hands.

Ever since my son has been going to Kids planet nursery he has developed so many skills and his confidence has grown so much. The staff are amazing and supportive with learning. The food is also great as there is a variety of different kinds of food.

Our son has attended Kids Planet Dudley Hill for the last 18 months. He loves it there and has such a great relationship with the staff. He is clearly well cared for and has such a lovely time every day. He's had some issues with his development and everyone is working so hard to help him progress.

My 3 year old absolutely loves going here! My child has come up leaps and bounds since joining the nursery. Her speech developed a lot from speaking only words she became a chatterbox, coming up with new words and sentences. She has made good friends and developed her social and interaction skills. She enjoyed and would miss the rocking chair,
the friends and teachers. She has enjoyed various day to day activities like painting, sandbox the sensory room etc. The staff and team has been brilliant, professional and caring. They work well together to help your child develop and become more confident.

They did an amazing job with both my son and my daughter , the staff are beyond amazing couldn't fault them in any way. Both my children loved it there. From when both of my children both started there they were so welcoming towards my children and to me and made their experiences the best experience
they could have ever had at nursery. They both had so much fun and had lots of friends.

Such a lovely staffs, thanks to them my daughter who has autism,has managed to come a long with her speech interaction etc, they done far more for my daughter then the School shes is in now. They go far and beyond for children to provide the best care, educational help, sorting EHCPs out etc, I could
not find any fault with neither of the staffs, even the graduations they really put them self's out to make sure it is a perfect day for each children. So well done ladies keep up the good work. :)
