Kids Planet Dudley Hill

My son had a great experience at this nursery. He learned so much during his time there and was always happy to attend. The staff are kind, supportive, and truly care about the children. I always felt reassured knowing he was in good hands.

My daughter has attended Kids Planet at Dudley Hill since 2023 and has consistently enjoyed her time there. All staff are constantly engaged with my child's wellbeing and education. It is a delight to entrust my daughter's first steps in education with the team at Dudley Hill.

My children started in September and they have settled in really well. All staff are welcoming and take great care of my children and keep me updated with everything that they have done throughout the day and how they have settled in.

Overall it is a wonderful nursery and my child enjoys his time there! Any issues are discussed and resolved quickly. The staff are approachable and friendly. Nursery is bright and clean at all times. Making it a safe environment for the children.

Lovely place to send my son. Staff are lovely and if I ever need anything I can ring and staff will go above and beyond for you. My son enjoys it so much the girls who look after him are so loving with him and couldn't do anything to make me happier about leaving him there. Thank you.

My child started on September 24 in the baby/toddler room, he loves it there and the staff make you feel really welcome. My little boy is really happy there. They update you with pictures so you can keep updated with what your child is doing.

We have noticed a big difference in our son since joining this nursery. He comes home singing songs and tidies up his toys after playing with them. He has developed lots of new skills since he started at the nursery. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful and the app allows us to track what our son has been doing that day, what he's eaten and they even upload pictures of his activities. The staff always give this information when I go pick up my son. I would highly recommend Kids Planet nursery.

My child has come on leaps and bounds since starting a year ago. The staff are always very friendly and helpful when needing advice. Being able to see updates and pictures throughout the day always gives me lots of reassurance and the food must be amazing because they always eat it all.

Absolutely amazing nursery. My daughter loves it here. The staff are supportive, friendly and caring and above all very reassuring. This is particularly helpful when children start their journey. Feedback is given daily and food is absolutely delicious.

Always go above and beyond for both parents and children, would highly recommend any child to come here, my daughter has made so many friends here and is excited every day that she attends, the bonds they create with the children are phenomenal.

My child has settled so well. So welcoming and understanding towards the children and parents! And are very interactive with the children, constantly entertaining, playing and reading, getting all children to interact together too! Highly recommend.

All the staff are brilliant always smiling and happy and caring about everything! I couldn't ask for a better place for my daughter and son. I am upset my son has to move in September and go to school nursery. They are brilliant here and I would recommend it to everyone and anyone!

I am really happy after seeing growth in my daughter's skills. Her playing habits and eating everything improving day by day. I really like the staff who provide wonderful care to my daughter and greetings nicely.

They are very informative in feedback. They make my child feel good about wanting to go to nursery. And apprised us of what to do next with him and what he needs to learn next. Staff are amazing, always smiling.

I couldn’t recommend a more relaxing setting for your children to settle in at. 5star rating for not only the childcare but also the food, friendliness and so much more.

Both my children attend here, my daughter being the longest, she absolutely loves it. There hasn’t been a day in the last 2 years where she’s not come home happy and excited about being at nursery. The staff are all hardworking, friendly and very supportive for both parents and children. Outstanding work.

Very good kindergarten. We also take our youngest child to this kindergarten. The teachers are very attentive. My only wish was that the electronic program for parents could be translated and written in other languages.
