My daughter loves going to nursery, and all the staff are brilliant with her. I like checking her progress and what she's doing on the parentzone app it's very reassuring. Would highly recommend.

My baby was around 8 months when he started child care in Kinder Haven Stickler Lane in July and the progress I have seen is impeccable. The nursery is outstanding and the staff are amazing, was very nervous when I started originally but the staff assured me and the app to keep up to date with everything
my child does put my mind to rest, my baby also does activities that even I was unable to do at home, and this made me really happy that he was learning new things. The nursery itself is very clean and always keeping me up to date with my child's progress and any future activities my child may possibly get involved in. The best thing about the nursery is the staff as they are extremely lovely and my baby is really excited to see them all the time. He has developed a really good relationship with the staff. They have always communicated about day to day progress when I pick my baby up. The only thing I would say is the morning breakfast should get extended for those running late.

Excellent nursery, my daughter always comes home happy and never cries when I leave her. All the staff are lovely and always say hello. My daughter always comes home clean and tidy. She always has lovely meals. They always keep in touch and keep me up to date throughout the day on what she is doing,
eating and sleeping. They have helped through new milestones and are always very friendly. My daughter loves attending this nursery and is always coming home with something new she has learnt.

I cannot recommend the staff enough. Every time I take my son to Kinder Haven, they always greet him with the biggest smiles and hugs and take him into the other room and play with him while I sneak out. They always update me on things he's learned, eaten and when he's been upset and also, what they've
been doing that day. The staff always include every child in the activities they do that day and are always switching up the activities which my little boy loves.

The girls at Kinder Haven Ltd @ Sticker Lane have been brilliant with my son. I was having some behaviour problems with him which I mentioned. When I came to collect him that had done me a sticker chart to take home and also one to keep in class and since then, his behaviour has improved immensely.
I will definitely recommend Kinder Haven Ltd @ Sticker Lane to family and friends.

My son enjoys going to nursery and I'm more than happy with letting my son attend this nursery. I haven't had any problems so far, his nappy is always fresh when he comes home. They always fill me in on how well he has done throughout the day and also how well he's eating.

Patient, understanding, caring and always willing to listen. They take time out to cater for individual children’s needs and always prepared to go that extra mile.


Activities are varied which keeps my little one entertained and they keep in mind each child’s personal likes and dislikes.


My

child has come on leaps and bounds since she started in September and now asks to go most days.


I would recommend this nursery to anybody who is thinking about enrolling their child.


Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and they have helped me with other issues such as sorting out funding as I am a full time student.

It’s really early on in my relationship with Kinder Haven Ltd @ Sticker Lane to give a huge amount in this commentary box, however whenever I pick up my child I get an explanation of how she’s been and I enjoy using the parent zone app whilst I’m at work. The staff always seem really hands on and are
always really happy and friendly. The nursery is very secure and I like the no shoes policy and the healthy menus.

My little boy loves attending Kinder Haven Ltd @ Sticker Lane the staff are fun and easy to approach.
The nursery is run professionally and I have never had a problem regarding my sons care. He is cared for to a high standard and has learnt so much through play and activities.
The nursery provides
the nicest meals imaginable to the children and my son looks forward to dinner times at nursery.
The nursery is secure and takes children's safety seriously. I feel my son is safe whilst at kinder haven and trust the nursery 100%.

Very good local nursery. My eldest boy (2 years) settled in very quickly, I think this was due to the connection he had to staff in his room and the facilities on offer. We had previously tried him at a different nursery and he hated it, he never seemed to settle, so I was really pleased he settled
in so nicely. He always does well with his dinner and is always excited to go see his friends at nursery. Overall we are very happy and so is he. My youngest boy of 17 months also attends and has done for around 4 months now again, he settled in rather quickly and enjoys his days at nursery. Staff in his room are very good with him and he always does well with his lunch.

The staff at the nursery is what makes it an excellent place for young children to start their early learning and development in a happy and fun environment. All three of my children attended their early years at this nursery since January 2008 through to July 2017 and made no complaints throughout
this time. They attended happy, and returned home happy and spoke often of the things they did with their little friends. They also formed a positive attachment with their Key Workers, who always went that extra mile to make their day pleasant and fun.

Outstanding nursery. I took my time choosing the perfect nursery for my little girl and this one came out on top.
On a morning she goes to the staff with no hesitation. The activities and wall displays are always so creative and well put together, they make me smile every time.
Management and staff
are always giving 100% and are always smiling and helpful no matter what. The outside space isn't huge but the equipment is immaculate inside and out. I have not seen a nursery as well put together or as immaculately clean as this one. I wouldn't have her anywhere else. Such a good team and beautifully presented nursery, I know she is always safe and well looked after!

Nursery Manager Becki is Level 4 qualified and has worked in the childcare industry for almost twenty years, becoming a Manager in 2011. She is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of the team, children, and parents, with the aim to give children the best possible start in life.
