The staff have been outstanding. My child enjoys going to the nursery. I've had no problems with the nursery's other staff. My child has made lots of progress at the nursery. Activities are brilliant, staff are amazing. Couldn't fault the nursery.

The staff are so friendly they keep you up to date with everything they give you advice if you need it it's the perfect nursery.

My first child had attended this nursery she loved it now my second child is also attending. He races me out every morning just to go nursery always talking about how much he loves it. The staff are lovely I honestly couldn't thank them enough for all their hard work they really are the best!

Amazing job by the assistant manager who is taking over whilst the manager is on maternity leave. She's such a lovely lady and a credit to Kids Planet Hall Lane.

My little brother goes here and he is getting so clever every day. He loves food at nursery because he won't eat with us now. He tries to do pictures for us now and likes to try playing games. I think he really loves it at Nursery and he will be sad when he has to go to school.

My autistic son who is non-verbal and has ADHD was physically abused on multiple occasions in Kids Planet. The nursery manager waited until the last day of the term to inform us, but she said there was only one female staff member who carried the abuse. It was a lie. West Yorkshire police told us it were two females. The nursery manager told us the horrendous details of the abuse in person but later on, Kids Planet's child protection officer phoned us and gave a milder/toned down version. We still contacted the police, but the police could only carry out the investigation based on the CCTV footage the nursery provided. The nursery chose to provide only six clips containing the abuse, so we don't know what information they withheld from the police and LADO. Kids Planet's management lied that the nursery had been cleared of any wrongdoing by Ofsted. Police informed us Kids Planet never contacted Ofsted.

Both my children have attended since being 10/11 months old. Staff were fantastic with getting them settled in and were helpful with storing milk and comforting them as they were breastfed as babies which was amazing. They've both built strong bonds with all the staff and can see throughout the day they are settled and happy with updates on the app. Been amazing helping both children's speech come along as both have been a little bit late in talking. Love that there's a large outdoor area for them to play in as well. Fantastic nursery, couldn't recommend enough.

My kid loves to be at the nursery. The staff are friendly and loving. I am happy he is in good hands, who help him learn and explore. I don't have to worry at all. He likes the storytime, activities, outings, messy play and sensory room.

Kids Planet Hall Lane are absolutely amazing! I am so glad I chose this nursery for a second time (my first child attended a few years ago). They don’t miss a trick. My son had been getting some red marks around his mouth after eating and they called me after the first instance suggesting that we try to remove dairy from his diet to see if this was the problem. I was so impressed with now quickly they acted, providing a full new menu and putting the needs of my son first. Whenever you enter the room for the day, they always ask how your child has been and you can tell them without any warning that you want a change in routine and they’ll do this for you. They work so closely with parents and I find this really reassuring. I could go on forever. But to summarise, I am so relaxed leaving my son with them. The staff are caring, attentive, fun and my son has come on leaps and bounds since joining them in January 2024. I would recommend them to anybody! 5 stars all round! Thank you.

I would really recommend this nursery my little girl has just started and she really enjoys it, it has helped her reach many milestones in such a short time. The room is always clean and tidy and the staff are amazing with the children. They work so hard to reach milestones for my daughter to be able to grow and develop.

Great nursery have sent both my children and my now 20 month old loves going into nursery which makes me feel confident that she is in the right place. The staff are lovely and friendly and it’s nice to get updates of what your child is doing on the parents app.

Kids Planet Hall Lane is a fantastic nursery, the staff are friendly and caring, the nursery has a lot of resources and good food for the children. My mind is always at peace when my daughter is there.

Excellent nursery, with very friendly knowledgeable staff who know every child inside out. Give great updates throughout the day as to what your child is up to. Fun activities. Teach independence from a young age. Always happy to help with any extra sessions. Highly recommended.

The staff at the nursery play a huge part in our little girl's life at the moment and we can see how hard they have and are continuing to work.

Kids always come out happy and have always done really good activities. The nursery goes out of their way to settle in children and kids are allowed to explore and be themselves, the takeover has been really good and I am seeing some positive changes. The only thing I am not overly keen on is the menu but it is healthy and massive variety but some days I think it's not very kid friendly.

My son started going to this nursery in April 2022. He has really shown good development. The teachers are extremely professional and caring in terms of taking care of each child. In my opinion, the best nursery in the area.

My little girl started here in late 2021 and it was the best decision we have made. My child has grown within herself by becoming more confident, trying lots of new foods and has learnt so much since starting. I regret not sending her here when I returned to work after maternity. The staff are all wonderful and will always let you know about any problems your child is having or answer any questions you may have. You can tell they are all very passionate about their job and the care they have for the children. The site is very secure and takes pride in safeguarding. My second little girl will 100% be attending this site when I return to work - I cannot fault the staff at all.

My son has made such amazing progress with everything from speech to playing with other children and part of that credit should go to his nursery staff. He’s excited to see them every time he goes and he talks about them and his friends nonstop at home. Kids Planet have made me feel very comfortable in leaving him without me for the time he’s gone and I’m never worried about him because I know he’s well looked after and having a great time.

Incredible nursery with incredible staff. My child always comes home happy and doesn't want to leave! She has excelled so much since coming to this nursery and I believe they have done a great job getting her ready to start her school journey. The nursery manager is so helpful and polite and always on hand to answer any questions and the practitioners in the rooms are brilliant, three members especially.

Best place ever with very loving and supportive staff. You don't miss out on anything as the staff keep you updated on everything regarding your child. This is a place where you don't have to worry if your child is in good hands. Brilliant place and staff.
