Kiddiwinks Day Nursery (Blackburn) Ltd

Noah had a bit of a rushed start in to starting nursery and the start of his early years learning education. He has loved his time at Kiddiwinks's. Noah especially liked being outdoors with the forest school aspect. I took him swimming once when he was a baby and he really didn't really like it, however going swimming with nursery he really start to enjoyed this so we carried on and took him swimming once a week. It's a wonderful set up you've got here and you are all an asset to the early years learning year that the future child will encounter. Good luck to you all. We only had our daughter at the daycare for a short time, but we couldn't have been happier with her experience. She really enjoyed her time there and settled in so well. The staff were lovely, caring and welcoming, and it was clear she was happy and well looked after.

Although her stay was only short, we're so glad we chose this daycare and would definitely recommend it to other parents. Thank you to all the staff for making her time there so enjoyable!

We have been using the nursery for the last 4 years. All the staff have been excellent and all played a huge part in our childs life. They have helped him learn and grow into a confident little boy. We would recommend to anyone looking for childcare.

We were super nervous with settling in days and starting nursery - as we have a clingy baby, everyday got easier, the staff here was reassuring and made us feel very comfortable, two particular members of staff were very welcoming and answered all our questions to put us at ease: when visiting the nursery at the beginning, we instantly got the happy feeling when arriving and we knew we wanted our baby here. I'd 100% recommend Kids Planet to others. We see memories and all information on the parent portal throughout the day which is lovely to see our baby is loving the nursery.

I couldn’t recommend Kiddiwinks Day Nursery enough. It’s been the perfect nurturing and loving environment my little one needed. I’ve seen him grow and develop in such an amazing way as a result of the supportive and loving staff. They are all wonderful with him and I know he’s in safe hands when we go to work. It’s been perfect for us.

Very friendly staff. Always helpful and accommodating when booking extra hours. My son loves his teachers and is always happy to go to nursery. The parent app is great as it gives an insight into your child's daily activities. I can highly recommend Kiddiwinks.

My child currently attends and has done since 2020 roughly, the nursery is absolutely fantastic and always goes above and beyond for all the children and the parents. My daughter has grown so much while attending this nursery, thank you to all the staff at the nursery for everything you do

From visiting the nursery I knew this was a perfect nursery for my daughter. From the minute of walking in and being shown around the staff was so happy and welcoming. My daughter has been going to Kiddiwinks Day Nursery Blackburn since November 2021 and started in the baby room. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, approachable, always have big smiles and nothing is ever too big of an ask. From the baby room to the toddler room where she attends now the staff have all gone above and beyond for my little girl. She loves attending nursery, always comes home very happy, chatty and always telling me what she’s done throughout the day. My little girl is now in the toddler room and her learning and speech is fantastic. I can not thank the staff enough for being the helping hands of my little girl to grow and learn while I have to work. I can not recommend Kiddiwinks Day Nursery enough. The nursery is a fantastic size, the staff go above and beyond and the manager is so lovely. Thank you all for everything.

We love Kiddiwinks Day Nursery (Blackburn), my eldest went here when she was little, so I already knew this was the nursery for my youngest. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and caring. They keep us up to date with everything throughout the day. My little one absolutely loves going to nursery, she has come on in leaps and bounds.

I'd recommend this nursery to anyone, I'm yet to find a nursery that does everything that Kiddiwinks do with the children in their care. From country days (where children go in in the chosen counties colours and learn all about their culture, food, etc.) to forest school and swimming when they're in preschool. Never had an issue with any of the staff, they're always willing to help and advise if you ask for advice. Both my children have been to Kiddiwinks, one currently still there and they both love it, they both had/have a great relationship with their key workers. You also get to see what they get up to during the day, what they're eating, sleeping and what nappies they've had on an app that you can download to your phone.

My daughter started in the baby room in January and I can't recommend it enough, the staff are very approachable and welcoming for both me and my daughter. I was slightly apprehensive at leaving her but the staff have been brilliant. So far a good experience all round.

My son has been at the nursery for the last six months and always looks happy when I pick him up. The staff are helpful and the indoor and outdoor space is always clean and tidy with plenty for the kids to do. Communication has always been good and I follow their social media page to see what he's getting up to whilst I'm working. Overall happy with the nursery and staff.

My daughter has been going to Kiddiwinks nursery since she was 10 months old and thoroughly enjoys it. She always has a smile on her face. The facilities are excellent and clean, I have no problems with the staff as they always seem very attentive. She gets to go swimming and forest school. I am sure will miss the girls when she goes to school. I would highly recommend this nursery.

On first sight, the Nursery is extremely well equipped. You will only be shown the main building where very young children or children 5 years plus are placed. Ask to see the yellow room where your child will be moved to on turning 2 and a half. It's not very nice at all, the 1st time you see this room will be when you pick your child up early (before 4.30 ish). You will not be shown it unless you ask!

The outside play area is very nice. The toys for the younger children are not in a very clean state, neither are the play mats.

Meal portions are very small and our daughter was always hungry when she came home, the staff initially agreed to give our daughter fruit and yoghurt which we provided for her but later refused as they were too busy!

All in all our experience of this nursery was very poor and we moved our daughter after we found her forced to play alone in the dark while other children slept.

My daughter now the age of 4 has been attending Kiddiwinks Day Nursery (Blackburn) Ltd since she was 9month old. This is a fantastic nursery, staff are excellent and I trust them as a 2nd mother to my child while I earn pennies. My daughter is now reading, writing, drawing, swimming 10 meters and has become a confident little girl, she has really excelled at Kiddiwinks Day Nursery (Blackburn) Ltd.

The only downfall I had was once they get into the preschool room the communication wasn’t as good but I suppose I had better get used to it as when she goes to school, that will be the same. Forest school is really good, ballet classes and drama are a bonus too. Well done girls

More money motivated than child focused.
