Kids Planet Victoria Hospital

My son has been going here for 2 and a half years and has had a great time. He’s made some lovely friends and has had some great experiences. Some of the staff are exceptional at their job and go above and beyond to make sure my son is happy. They have helped through various milestones including potty training and getting rid of his dummy! He loves going in most mornings and on mornings he’s not feeling it, someone is always there to comfort him and ensure he feels ok. He has had dance lessons, Spanish lessons and they do various stay and plays for parents throughout the year which have been good to go to! They have an excellent outdoor space and go on regular little trips to places which my son has absolutely loved.

My child is always really happy to go in to nursery and likes exploring the new toys/scenarios that have been set up. Everyone knows his name and is always very friendly. They are always happy to have a chat and discuss what my child has been up to during the day! Would/and do recommend to friends.

I have had a great experience with Kids Planet Victoria Hospital. My son has been at this nursery since he was 6 months old and is now almost 3. He has a great bond with the staff and is always happy to go in. They do lots of great activities with him and take the children on frequent visits such as to the park or the zoo. He is happy at nursery which is really reassuring.

My only issue has been with toileting. I personally don't feel staff are fully engaged when it comes to toilet training. My child is fully trained at home including when we are out however will have regular accidents at the nursery both wet and soiled. When he soils himself at nursery his underwear gets thrown away without telling me which is also not acceptable. We can not afford to keep replacing underwear that staff will not simply rinse ready to be washed when returning home.

Kids Planet nursery has been very instrumental in helping our daughter achieve various skills. Our daughter is well-cared for and loves it there. All the teachers are amazing and are doing an absolutely fantastic job!

Fab nursery - 100% recommend.

My daughter loves going to nursery and is wriggling to jump out of the pram at the front door, which makes leaving her to go to work much easier. The app is great to see what they've eaten and been up to in the day and the activities are enriching and varied. Nursery days are very tiring! The staff are friendly and each room is like a little family. We love Kids Planet Nursery and my daughter leaves each day full of smiles! Thank you.

My son started at this nursery in 2019 and now my daughter has started over the past few weeks. I was extremely apprehensive about sending my son to nursery due to incidents elsewhere. Ever since he started they have been fantastic, supportive and invested in my children's progression. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. I feel as though it's home from home for my 2 children. They love going to nursery. Thank you for everything you do and have done. We appreciate it!

My daughter and I have always had such a positive experience with the nursery. I have loved it since she first started at 11 months and she is now nearly 3. Every member of staff we have encountered has been so friendly and are all genuinely lovely people. My daughter absolutely adores them and always speaks about her teachers and nursery at home. I love how busy they always are with the children they do lots of outdoor play, crafts and other activities. My daughter has learnt so much from nursery. I am also very happy with the food variety they have and it's a nice feeling to know your child has eaten nutritious meals when you collect them at the end of the day. I really cannot fault the nursery at all and feel lucky that my daughter gets to attend such a lovely place.

I cannot praise them enough for looking after our son and helping him develop into the cheeky young man he is today.

My son is currently with the nursery and his development since starting has been great. The staff are so attentive and helpful and the app is very reassuring and useful for all that they do. The manager and the team have been excellent at accommodating any requests or feedback I have given and even when I was in hospital he would arrive upset but would soon be back to his normal self due to relationships he has built there on his one day a week. I can only speak of the staff and facilities here and cannot make comment about the new owner Kids Planet as they have not long taken over and hopefully wont have much impact on the day to day running of things.
