Excellent changes made since under new management. My son currently attends and my daughter previously. I'm super happy with all staff who are always caring and compassionate towards my sons needs (i also see this in other children when dropping/collecting my son) They are flexible with changes I may require at times and have supported us as parents. My son has flourished with his development always trying new things, going out and exploring, which is wonderful to see via the nursery app and social media. Were always updated with his daily activities, diet and sleep schedule. The staff are approachable and always happy to help, providing a vital bridge between parent and child relationship which we feel is vital in our child's early years. Thank you to everyone.

Both of my daughters attend this nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. My eldest started when she was just 9 months old, and now at 3, she absolutely loves it. My youngest has recently started at 7 months, and she's already settling in so well. Since the new manager has taken over, the nursery has become an even more welcoming and nurturing environment. She is incredibly kind, approachable, and always willing to listen to any concerns. You can truly see the love and dedication she puts into making the nursery feel like a home from home. The open spaces for the children are absolutely impeccable - bright, clean, and designed perfectly for little ones to explore, learn, and grow. I always feel at ease knowing my girls are in such a safe, stimulating, and happy place. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring and professional setting!

I've genuinely seen my childs socialising skills and connecting with friends through play and activities greatly Improve being at this nursery,joining in with others with confidence, always happy to attend. Staff and managment are always very warm to welcome with love and hugs from the start to end of day with smiles

My little boy started at Victoria hospital nursery when he had just turned 2 and the support we have had from the staff from the start has been amazing! I am definitely a more anxious mummy and the staff are always super helpful with any concerns I have regarding his nursery day or his development. The preschool team have been amazing this year getting him ready for big school and I can't thank them enough for everything they do for him. The changes in the nursery since the manager has taken over have also been amazing we are really enjoying the home learning bags that are available also the story sacks have become a staple in our nursery routine. My youngest will also be starting this year and already the staff have helped me to feel less nervous about this. We honestly can't thank the Vic team enough

My son really enjoys it here, he has made so many friends and formed positive relationships with the staff, he thinks of them as staff and even calls some be "aunty". He gets to experience a variety of food and expand his pallet. He often enjoys trips to the zoo etc.

I am happy with the progress my daughter has made, especially since the new management has been on-site. She has thrived and loves nursery. They are always off on trips or doing fun activities and we love the home learning packs - this weekend's was baking, which my daughter loved. Lovely staff, it's clean and has had a much-needed update.

The nursery staff are amazing. Espeically 3 in particular can not help you enough, very welcoming and always answers queries. My son has been so supportive.

Kids Planet create a consistent experince that feels personalised for my daughter. The staff have been great from when my daughter joined and all through her development this far.

My daughter has been attending nursery since November 2022 and she is very happy there. They do lots of activities and staff are friendly and helpful. There is separate outside space for each age room which we struggled to find with other nurseries. Sections are also undercover which means they are not inside all day even with bad weather.

Very good and caring staff. My son loves to go to the nursery. They keep the children very busy with games and activities. Very high level of communication with the staff and proper handover. Thank you!

My son has been going here for 2 and a half years and has had a great time. He’s made some lovely friends and has had some great experiences. Some of the staff are exceptional at their job and go above and beyond to make sure my son is happy. They have helped through various milestones including potty training and getting rid of his dummy! He loves going in most mornings and on mornings he’s not feeling it, someone is always there to comfort him and ensure he feels ok. He has had dance lessons, Spanish lessons and they do various stay and plays for parents throughout the year which have been good to go to! They have an excellent outdoor space and go on regular little trips to places which my son has absolutely loved.

My child is always really happy to go in to nursery and likes exploring the new toys/scenarios that have been set up. Everyone knows his name and is always very friendly. They are always happy to have a chat and discuss what my child has been up to during the day! Would/and do recommend to friends.

I have had a great experience with Kids Planet Victoria Hospital. My son has been at this nursery since he was 6 months old and is now almost 3. He has a great bond with the staff and is always happy to go in. They do lots of great activities with him and take the children on frequent visits such as to the park or the zoo. He is happy at nursery which is really reassuring.

Trusting relationships developed with my child's key worker and is always happy to attend nursery. My child always comments on how much fun he has. Great variety of food offered at meal times which always seem tasty and nutritious. My only issue has been with toileting. I personally don't feel staff are fully engaged when it comes to toilet training. My child is fully trained at home including when we are out however will have regular accidents at the nursery both wet and soiled. When he soils himself at nursery his underwear gets thrown away without telling me which is also not acceptable. We can not afford to keep replacing underwear that staff will not simply rinse ready to be washed when returning home.

Kids Planet nursery has been very instrumental in helping our daughter achieve various skills. Our daughter is well-cared for and loves it there. All the teachers are amazing and are doing an absolutely fantastic job!

My boy absolutely loves coming into nursery, he has a huge smile on his face even just asking if he wants to go in. The staff are lovely some have been there for years who I know from my past children going and all the new Staff are just as lovely. He always seems happy with his food and snacks too. Since he has moved from another nursery he has really come out of himself and seems to be learning so much. They are always off out taking the children on little trips in the local area too. Fab nursery - 100% recommend.

My daughter loves going to nursery and is wriggling to jump out of the pram at the front door, which makes leaving her to go to work much easier. The app is great to see what they've eaten and been up to in the day and the activities are enriching and varied. Nursery days are very tiring! The staff are friendly and each room is like a little family. We love Kids Planet Nursery and my daughter leaves each day full of smiles! Thank you.

My son started at this nursery in 2019 and now my daughter has started over the past few weeks. I was extremely apprehensive about sending my son to nursery due to incidents elsewhere. Ever since he started they have been fantastic, supportive and invested in my children's progression. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. I feel as though it's home from home for my 2 children. They love going to nursery. Thank you for everything you do and have done. We appreciate it!
