Summerfield Nursery

My child has attended Summerfield Nursery now for a number of months and I am super happy with the progress my little one has made since she started. I know she has settled in perfectly as sometimes she doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day! I’m always surprised at how jam-packed the days are with different and exciting activities and I really appreciate how keen and in-tune our key worker and the other nursery teachers are with my little one's current interests. I highly praise Summerfield Nursery to everyone I know and I think the nursery and all the teachers have absolutely exceeded my expectations. Fantastic nursery.

The staff are all great with my daughter; she's happy to go to any of them and knows all their names. She gets taken out to the beach, garden centre etc. And has sports sessions with an outside agency. The outside space was a big selling point for us, with loads of space for the children to play.

My child loves going to nursery and enjoys a wide variety of activities and experiences. Lots of trips out around the community, which she comes home to tell us about. Communication from staff is great, plenty of information about what they've been doing. Evening and weekend activities for families to join in with are definitely going above and beyond what I would expect, so although I can't often attend, I do appreciate the effort made.

We had a fab day at the Easter fun day! Superb nursery and very warming and nurturing staff. Provision is constantly changed and adapted to meet the needs of the children. My little one absolutely loves coming here! The staff have brought the best out in him. Thank you for all you do.

My daughter has just started at the nursery! I couldn’t recommend it enough. I was so nervous for my daughter with some additional needs to start anywhere. Summerfield staff have been wonderful, patient, kind informative and above all lovely with my daughter. I know after only 1 week she’s in the best hands and receiving a wonderful nursery experience. They take care in understanding individual children and give every child an opportunity to learn and grow in a beautiful nursery environment.

I was really anxious about sending my son to nursery from such a young age. However, all the staff at Summerfield Nursery have been amazing. I know I can leave him in their care and not worry whilst I work. My son has made some amazing friendships with not only the children but all the staff too. My son really enjoys all the extracurricular activities that the nursery offer. As a busy working parent I don't have to worry that my child is missing out on fun experiences outside of the nursery and home environment.

We have had two children at Summerfield Nursery. Our second is currently there. They have both enjoyed their time there and number 2 continues to do so. Friendly, hardworking staff, good variety of resources and activities and lovely new outdoor area to name but a few of the pros. Definitely go and have a look around if you are looking for a nursery.

My daughter recently started here but we feel the whole process from looking around to her being settled was so smooth, the staff are all so lovely and very reassuring and my daughter loves coming and settling really quickly. She loves her trips out in the minibus and has come on lots in such a short space of time.

They have helped my child settle in from day one, very well and are very flexible with us! We Would 100% recommend this nursery.

Staff are really lovely and take time to talk about their day and what they have been up to. A cosy and homely environment with lovely, spacious outdoor areas. Lots of extra activities to organise each week within the nursery and trips out on the bus in the local area which my little girl loves. My little one is very happy here and always looks forward to going.

My daughter will be sad to leave in September but they have more than prepared her for the transition to primary school.

Our children’s happiness is always our key consideration when considering child care and the fact that he has felt so comfortable so quickly clearly demonstrates that Summerfield and all of the staff provide an excellent safe, supportive environment to enable our children to learn and grow.

This nursery is fully committed to their children and I love to see the regular updates to the online portal that the nursery provides, and the staff are always informative when I ask how my child is doing. The nursery also has many events during seasonal times which I also feel allows myself as a father to be more involved in the development of my child. Thank You to all the staff.

Really good nursery and the staff are amazing. If you ever have a problem, it is sorted out promptly! I wouldn’t pick any other nursery for my little girl to go to! Thank you so much, Summerfield. My little girl loves coming to nursery.

They plan lots of activities for each day, and the children learn so much from their curriculum.

Fabulous nursery, my daughter loves going, she has additional needs and diagnosed with ASD, they've got to know her really well and have a great understanding of her needs. My daughter has a great relationship with her keyworker and always runs into nursery happy and excited.

My daughter and son have both attended Summerfield Nursery since being 10 months old. My daughter is now at school but still attends the holiday club. The staff are all fantastic and so caring. They are always out and about on trips and there are lots of events that parents are invited to which we love. Fab nursery, fab staff and my kids have a fab time!

I wouldn’t choose any other nursery!

My little one, although she only goes one day a week, soon settled and now runs into nursery without looking back. She has come on so much in the short time she has been there, and I look forward to her future years here too. I really would recommend Summerfield Nursery. They have been very accommodating and have quick responses if I have needed to get in touch.

They have been very willing to help us with anything needed, and our little one now loves his days at nursery.
