The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have had incidents where my child has come home and told me teachers have been swearing, children are hitting her and nothing is being done about it. I tried contacting her and she decided not to respond to my emails. I would not recommend this place unless there's a recent Ofsted report.

My grandson has had a full-time place for 4 years at School House Nursery and it has been great, he loves it, staff are lovely and I have never had any complaints. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I use Busy Bears for both of my girls and they love it. I find them very nurturing and my kids are always excited to see them in the morning. I'm never afraid of asking questions or requesting things and always met with a positive outcome. I enjoy the sensory room and that they have a nice big garden at the back which the kids go out in in all weather!

Brilliant place, with amazing staff. I feel absolutely confident about my child spending their after-school time there until I collect them. The amazing thing is that they do the collection from school. Everyone is nice and welcoming and particularly good to children.

Great nursery. My son is absolutely happy to go there. The staff is amazing. My son has huge progress with his speaking and understanding. They treat everyone with respect and kindness. It is a clean and nice place for our little kids.

Amazing nursery, my daughter started in January. She loves going, she enjoys being there and doing different activities. Excellent management, friendly staff, good atmosphere for kids to encourage their learning and skills.

Very high standard, very respectful and inclusive from all the children nothing but excellent words for my little girl since starting there she has come on so much since starting there. They asked me for updates and anything that we could work on and vice versa. At Busy Bears, it is such a relaxing setting for my child and she loves going. The staff have gone above and beyond for my little girl which I am very grateful.

I am so happy that I send my son to this nursery. He's really, really come along and the staff definately help with some things that we try to do at home and encourage him. Staff also engage well with me and tell me what and where my child is up to. Can’t wait to send my youngest there soon.

This is the first time my baby is in the nursery so the place is nice, clean and comfortable. The carers are very friendly and they also have good activities, and the manager is a kind person so I love this nursery.

My son has been coming here since April and he has come on massively. He has become really close to the staff members and loves the outdoor facilities here. He’s a very fussy eater but the nursery manages to always make sure he is full and happy. I would recommend this nursery if you are looking for one that ticks all the boxes.

Great fully-trained, skilled staff. Lots of activities and events throughout. The team always informed in advance, also great handover on each day at pick ups. School House is a great starting place for my child. The key worker is brilliant, explaining about development on a regular basis, very professional and kind staff.
