My little girl has been here since 2021 and she has a great relationship with the staff and absolutely loves coming in. The staff really understand her needs and know her very well. My daughter will be genuinely sad to leave nursery when she starts school.

Friendly staff, always happy to help and my son is very happy and settled in Rising 3's, they also have a great outdoor space, couldn't be happier. The staff are always on board with any requests we have and always very reassuring.

The staff are all great with our son even though he can be hard work. No complaints. It costs a lot but every nursery does. We had to alter hours and they (Kids Planet) found us another nursery quickly.

So far our little boy has had a brilliant experience at Kids Planet Norbreck and he is learning so much. Not only is he learning key skills but he is also learning how to communicate with others. His speech is coming on so well and he loves the variety of food that he gets for his lunch and tea. He has really close relationships with his key workers and he has made so many friends whilst being here. The facilities are perfect for him! Really safe and plenty to keep his body and mind active. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and they take the time to learn who each individual child is and what their needs are! The updates on the app are great and we love seeing what he gets up to when he is here.

My little boy started in February. Myself and my husband are really happy with the nursery so far. The staff have been lovely, very helpful and very friendly. They have supported our every request and our little boy is happy. We also really like the updates on the app. Thank you to all.

My daughter is flourishing at nursery, she has grown so much in confidence and really come out of her shell. She has begun to transition into toddler room and I feel very happy with how they have settled her in. She loves baby room staff but has gone to toddler room with such confidence. I know my child will continue to thrive.

Brilliant holiday club, my son loves it there. So many different activities for the children to enjoy. Staff are friendly and engage well with the children. He always has a good time. My daughter is looking forward to going when she’s old enough.

My daughter has been attending the holiday club for about two years. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. My daughter looks forward to going to see what activities they are up to.

My son is so settled and happy at Kids Planet Norbreck. The staff are lovely and they do such a good variety of activities throughout the day. Very happy here.

The activities they do are imaginative and also teach the children life skills. Brilliant all-round.

After School Club is always well maintained, with plenty of activities to keep the children occupied, and a wide variety of snacks to choose from and my son always loves his time at After School Club. The staff are all friendly, tentative and welcoming and are always coming up with new ideas and themes of activities to get all children engaged and enjoying their time at After School Club.

My child loves coming to nursery she wakes up excited every day. She speaks fondly of her teachers who all give fantastic handovers and seem genuinely interested in the children they look after. My daughter tells me all about her day and the different activities offered she particularly enjoys singing and dancing which one staff member especially takes care to do with my daughter. The children all seem to be wrapped up warm when outside, their noses wiped and hands and faces kept clean. Which I can imagine is very hard to achieve but the nursery staff take care of these little details. Which as a mum, makes me feel so comfortable leaving my daughter with them. My daughter is a fussy eater and they have been supportive in ensuring they encourage her to try new things whilst ensuring she manages to eat. I cannot fault the nursery or the staff I think they are all amazing and I appreciate them very much. I highly recommend this nursery.
