Both our boys attend this nursery and the care which they receive from all of the staff is amazing. We're confident that they are in good hands, we receive regular updates and our children are content and love the staff. We would like to specifically mention Morgan and Ruth who have looked after our two boys brilliantly. Leanne, Abbey, Kelly and Charley are fantastic and Amanda is very hands on and accommodating. All members of staff are wonderful and I would name them all if I could. We have viewed other nurseries and nothing compares to this. The layout and rooms are great but the staff are the reason this nursery is great.

Lovely nursery, can't fault anything, all staff are amazing and my son has settled in really well, the rising 3's room is set up really nice and always plenty of activities to get involved it, so so happy with the care my boy receives, massive thank you to all the staff for the care and support.

My little boy joined kids planet nursery just before he 2nd birthday in summer and although it's taken a little while for him to settle into a new routine all the Nursery members of staff have all made him feel welcome from his very first day. I feel this has definitely improved with his confidence being around other children. He is constantly learning and is doing great! This is all thanks to the ladies who look after him. I feel he is in a safe environment with staff that go above and beyond to do their best. I have also found everyone professional, friendly, and helpful. I can highly recommend Kids Planet Norbreck. Thank you.

Amazing nursery can not fault it one bit. The ladies in the baby room do an amazing job of looking after my twins! My twins love going to nursery and have such a strong bond with four members of staff in particular and all the other ladies that help out too! Always very welcoming, clean and have great activities to help the children come along with there leaning. They have both been going for just under a year now and have came on so much with the speaking and understanding. Thank-you all for your amazing work and care you provide for my children

Couldn't ask for any better place for my daughter. The staff is amazing, always with a big smile. The nursery is very clean and offers different activities for little one every day. Amazing. Keep going...

My children have settled now after the amazing staff helped with this process. The Rising 3 staff and toddlers staff are amazing and really help my children. Always with children and bringing things home. Outdoor family food bank is so helpful and the musical wall at the entrance is amazing. Pre school garden is fabulous. the Last few months there's has been incredible changes. we love the nursery. Social media is really good.

Very friendly staff, makes my child feel safe and she enjoys coming here. Meals are good and she enjoys telling me about her day when she gets home. She learns a lot and implements it when she gets home

The nursery is lovely staff are so lovely and welcoming. Would highly recommend I feel my child is very safe. I feel safe when my child attends this nursery and look after my child wonderfully. my child was very anxious starting nursery but they comforted her and welcomed her hugely.

Norbreck- Kids Planet is such a fantastic nursery, I've had two children attend this place one who has moved on up to primary school and my youngest who is still in preschool! The staff are brilliant with not only my child,but also myself. He absolutely loves coming to nursery has made many of friends, enjoys all the well thought-out activities planned by the staff, he is happy and feels safe in the setting which is a parents main wish! It's a very clean, well organised space the staff very clearly care about the children, their wellbeing and creating them the best platform for a fantastic future! I will forever be greatful for the staff and the constant support, education and guidance they have given and continue to give my boys! My son wants to add that he really enjoys the food and he always has extra, so super greatful for such a fabulous chef! Highly recommended, a very happy parent.

Fantastic nursery. My daughter loves coming here and adores the staff, who I trust implicitly. Her days are filled with fun and are still educational. The food is wonderful too. Would highly recommend.

I find the experience of my daughter at the nursery extremely positive. With proactive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff. My daughter is thriving and very prepared for school! My daughter loves her key workers and I can't praise them enough.

Kids Planet have gone above and beyond for my little boy, he's come on so much in his speech and language and engaging with activities. the nursery provide amazing care to my son and always ensure communications are detailed and always have the reassurance my son is provided with outstanding care.

My little boy is absolutely thriving having come to nursery here. The staff are amazing and have helped to make him the little character he is today. He has made some lovely little friends too. He is coming home showing what he has learnt every day. He loves his keyworker and all the staff in the baby room. Definitely recommend this nursery without doubt!

My daughter is in the baby room and she has developed a great bond with staff members which is lovely to see. She has started to develop really quickly since joining nursery, and is coming out with new words each week! I mentioned in the morning that my daughter is really enjoying animals at the moment, and a particular staff member set up the activity tray to be animals in the morning to reflect this which I thought was amazing! I feel at ease dropping her off in the morning knowing she is going to have a day of lots of messy play and can explore different types of learning. The food options are also great, my daughter has been eating a wide range of foods, the staff have been great at accommodating to make sure she doesn't eat certain foods that upset her tummy too. All staff are lovely and approachable.

Our son has been at Kids Planet since he was 9 months old and we can certainly see the progress and how well he's thriving. The bond he has had with previous and current staff members are amazing, he always looks forward to coming to see them and his friends. The nursery have been great over the years with supporting us with our needs.

My daughter has been with Norbreck Kids Planet since 8 months old. She absolutely loves coming to nursery. She has recently moved up rooms due to age, the ladies in the baby room made this process so comfortable for myself and my daughter as I was so worried. The ladies in the baby room are amazing, so warm, welcoming and supportive. They go above and beyond. My daughter has settled in really well to the toddler room now, staff have been so welcoming, made her feel so welcome. The food is amazing, the play room areas are amazing, I genuinely can't fault them at all. Thank you so much.

My child loves going to nursery here. There is a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities to take part in, so there is always lots of fun to be had. They offer a wide range of healthy food options. The staff are lovely and take great care of my child.

Always had a positive experience, lovely clean nursery, friendly staff. Both my girls enjoy coming here. Lots of garden space, fruit bowl as you come into nursery which my daughter always picks something from.
