Kids Planet Norbreck

What a brilliant nursery! From the moment my son joined he settled instantly, which was surprising as at his old nursery I was told he was quiet and shy (which he is not) his first day at Kids planet Norbreck they were so impressed with him and ever since then he's had the best time, the staff are incredible, so kind and caring! You know your child is safe and happy and he's come so far with the help of everyone. They helped me with potty training which I never expected but it helped massively and within 2 days he was fully trained during the day. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Since my daughter started 3 months ago the staff have been absolutely amazing helping her settle in and ease my mind with her transition from a childminder setting to a nursery setting. Being a much bigger place you can imagine how daunting it was for both me and my child and the staff have been incredible including her key worker.

I'd also like to mention the manager, Alex. She has been a fantastic addition to the nursery.

Thank you again for everything-you've all made such a special difference in his life.

Both our boys attend this nursery and the care which they receive from all of the staff is amazing.

We're confident that they are in good hands, we receive regular updates and our children are content and love the staff.

We would like to specifically mention Morgan and Ruth who have looked after our two boys brilliantly. Leanne, Abbey, Kelly and Charley are fantastic and Amanda is very hands on and accommodating.

All members of staff are wonderful and I would name them all if I could.

We have viewed other nurseries and nothing compares to this. The layout and rooms are great but the staff are the reason this nursery is great.

Lovely nursery, can't fault anything, all staff are amazing and my son has settled in really well, the rising 3's room is set up really nice and always plenty of activities to get involved it, so so happy with the care my boy receives, massive thank you to all the staff for the care and support.

Couldn't ask for any better place for my daughter. The staff is amazing, always with a big smile. The nursery is very clean and offers different activities for little one every day. Amazing. Keep going...

The Rising 3 staff and toddlers staff are amazing and really help my children. Always with children and bringing things home. Outdoor family food bank is so helpful and the musical wall at the entrance is amazing. Pre school garden is fabulous. the Last few months there's has been incredible changes. we love the nursery. Social media is really good.

Very friendly staff, makes my child feel safe and she enjoys coming here. Meals are good and she enjoys telling me about her day when she gets home. She learns a lot and implements it when she gets home

The nursery is lovely staff are so lovely and welcoming. Would highly recommend I feel my child is very safe. I feel safe when my child attends this nursery and look after my child wonderfully. my child was very anxious starting nursery but they comforted her and welcomed her hugely.

Norbreck- Kids Planet is such a fantastic nursery, I've had two children attend this place one who has moved on up to primary school and my youngest who is still in preschool!

The staff are brilliant with not only my child,but also myself. He absolutely loves coming to nursery has made many of friends, enjoys all the well thought-out activities planned by the staff, he is happy and feels safe in the setting which is a parents main wish!

It's a very clean, well organised space the staff very clearly care about the children, their wellbeing and creating them the best platform for a fantastic future!

I will forever be greatful for the staff and the constant support, education and guidance they have given and continue to give my boys!

My son wants to add that he really enjoys the food and he always has extra, so super greatful for such a fabulous chef!

Fantastic nursery. My daughter loves coming here and adores the staff, who I trust implicitly. Her days are filled with fun and are still educational. The food is wonderful too. Would highly recommend.

I find the experience of my daughter at the nursery extremely positive. With proactive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff. My daughter is thriving and very prepared for school! My daughter loves her key workers and I can't praise them enough.

Kids Planet have gone above and beyond for my little boy, he's come on so much in his speech and language and engaging with activities. the nursery provide amazing care to my son and always ensure communications are detailed and always have the reassurance my son is provided with outstanding care.

My little boy is absolutely thriving having come to nursery here. The staff are amazing and have helped to make him the little character he is today. He has made some lovely little friends too. He is coming home showing what he has learnt every day. He loves his keyworker and all the staff in the baby room. Definitely recommend this nursery without doubt!
