Playdor Nursery School Burnley

During my child's time in preschool she has made lots of memories and has built a really strong bond with her key worker. She has come on so much in her confidence and learning and it has prepared her so well for school.

Because of how much my son enjoyed himself, we decided in January 2025 to take our 2 year old daughter here. She loves it. Hates the days she isn't in. She been able to make friendships with other children and staff. Definitely recommend playdor nursery in Burnley.

My little one has been attending for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. The staff are amazing and the venue itself is immaculate. I couldn't ask for more. His speech has come on leaps and bounds.

Playdor Nursery School is the best nursery I have ever seen. My daughter likes it very much.The staff is very much talented, kind, lovely and professional. They perform a marvelous team with good leadership. They provide the best care for my daughter. I can see a huge improvement in her. At Playdor nursery simply everything is amazing.I would like to highly recommend.

My son has attended Playdor since he was a baby right through to preschool. During that time, I have watched him grow into a wonderful little boy. I have no doubt that the staff at Playdor have played a huge part in his development. They've taught him so much, and I know he always has a wonderful time when he goes. His key workers in each room have all taken their time to get to know him and celebrate his milestones and developments, and I genuinely believe they care deeply about their children. I am sad to be leaving, and wish they had a primary school he could move on to! Thanks to everybody there, you've done and continue to do a brilliant job.

Playdor Nursery Burnley is by far the best nursery all staff are friendly and very informative, and they keep you up to date with all activities and how your child’s day has been. My nearly 2-year-old has been attending Playdor since he was 9 months old they have taught him so much and supported him massively with talking, walking, playing and even learning how to eat independently. They work with you to ensure your child is getting exactly what they need. Since day one they have reassured me and kept me updated via the app and verbally. Every day all staff I come across say hello and address my child by his name even if they don’t work in his room this gives a personal touch and gives the impression they are all a big family! Overall a fantastic nursery would recommend to all family and friends.

My little cousin had been going to this nursery since she was 9 months old. She absolutely loved it. She would come home every day happy and excited to go back. The staff are so kind and lovely. I would highly recommend this nursery.

In the first week I loved the attention one teacher in particular gave to the kid, became the kid's friend.

The staff are so friendly and always greet us with a smile we chose this setting due to the lovely atmosphere. They have helped with the settling-in process can’t recommend the nursery enough, good job.

I am saddened to note that my daughter's progress significantly declined when she moved into the preschool class. Her knowledge, particularly in areas such as the alphabet and numbers, started to regress. Our daily interactions with the practitioners upon pick-up focused solely on her meals, rather than the learning and developing activities. Regrettably, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this nursery to other parents. The challenges and lack of confidence we have encountered throughout our time there have been disheartening.

Staff are very friendly and always giving detailed feedback on each child. Very supportive and understanding staff.

Our son has come leaps and bounds whilst being at Playdor. We have noticed giant leaps in his development. The nursery staff are amazing and look after him so well.
