Partou Habergham Day Nursery & Pre-School

My son has been attending this nursery since August 2021. During a very difficult time of lockdowns and pandemics. We were still made to feel welcome and at ease even with all the restrictions. Fast forward to now, our little boy has grown into a happy, sociable, funny, confident little lad with what appears to be some very good little friends at this nursery. He loves the staff and always enjoys a cuddle with them in the mornings. It's hard to believe he only goes 2.5 days a week with how well he has developed, and the ladies at Habergham are a credit to him. Honestly, the fees are the main thing for me, we would send him more if we could but the costs are incredibly high, but we also don't want him to miss out on making friends and building on his independence. It's such a wonderful nursery and setting, highly recommended!

My son has come on leaps and bounds at the nursery, the staff are very good with him and I feel they get to know him on a personal level always having time to discuss anything that is going on and supporting in family life. Food is always made fresh in the kitchen and activities are always set out in the morning. My son literally runs into the nursery, it's brilliant.

My daughter has been going to Little People of Habergham Nursery for 18 months now. I saw several places before this as I was a very anxious 1st-time parent and I wanted somewhere my child could build great relationships with her carers and with the other children. I knew straight away that this was the setting for my girl and for me. Little People of Habergham is a little home from home, it has a very loving and personal touch and my daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending, she loves coming to nursery and has a great relationship with all the staff members, she picks and chooses who will be her favourite each day. If you're considering this nursery for your child, go and have a look around, you won't be disappointed.

We have had a great experience with this nursery. Both of my children have attended this nursery and there isn't another nursery I would send them to. My daughter loves it at nursery and has made great bonds with other children and the staff at the nursery. The nursery manager also has been very helpful and goes out of her way for the children and the parent partnership.

My little girl started here when she was 9 months old. I was very nervous to leave her but she settled in very quick. With that, I can only assume it's down to the staff members being very comforting towards her. She is now 16 months old and gets very excited when we arrive. She has such a good bond with her key worker which puts my mind at ease when I have to leave her. They are always very quick to contact me when my daughter is feeling unwell. They always keep a diary of what she has eaten and how much sleep shes had everyday, they always give me an update of what shes been doing that day too. I couldn't recommend this nursery and the staff enough.

Lisa and the team try to make it a home-from-home, and the fact it's not a huge nursery means this can be achieved. They don't do daily updates via an app with photos. I would have liked this but I do appreciate and respect the rationale why they don't - that it takes time from the children. However, you do get updates on a monthly basis about your child's progress. The nursery has an eco-friendly approach where possible which as a family we love. My child has an allergy and they do provide an alternative for him and make sure he is included in everything. My little boy has made some amazing friends here.

Amazing nursery! My son went here up until starting school in September. He started Little People when he was six months old and has loved every second of it. My daughter now goes to Little People; she is one and has been there since she was four months old. Cannot recommend this nursery enough; the staff are amazing with the children.

Excellent nursery - thought and care goes into every little detail into ensuring your child has an enjoyable day. The staff are always pleasant and polite and have your child's best interests at heart. There's an array of toys and activities on offer each day, and the meals provided are healthy and nutritious.

It has been lovely to see my daughter grow and develop with the help of the staff members at Little People of Habergham. She joined the nursery when she was 11 months old, and I could not imagine sending her anywhere else. All of the staff are welcoming and approachable. I feel as though my daughter's key person has made such an effort to get to know her personally and understand her needs. She loves attending on her nursery days, and I look forward to seeing her progress through to pre-school and keep learning.

My eldest daughter went to Little People of Habergham and now my youngest attends, the staff are caring, compassionate and attentive. My daughter generally gets upset when I leave her and the staff have been amazing with this giving not only my child reassurance but me also. They have various activities going on throughout the day and plenty to play with, they have a good outdoor space and a slide room which my daughter loves! The chef is lovely and makes nutritious meals and snacks. The manager and deputy are great as are all the staff! 5 stars

We chose this nursery as it was close to home and convenient for us and grandparents to pick up. After looking around and meeting the staff, we decided this was the best nursery for our child. He absolutely loves going, loves the chef, loves the food, never cries on arrival, is always smiling and happy to see the girls. The manager is so helpful, supportive and commuted to any of our needs or wants for our child. Overall, he is now going to be 1-years-old and has come on leaps and bounds since attending Little People of Habergham.

They take a big interest in what he's into and ask for photos of him outside of nursery. They are very careful with his allergies and keep me up to date on everything.

My 3 year old son has attended Little People of Habergham since he was 13 months old and he really enjoys being there. It is a lovely, clean and friendly nursery. The staff are very attentive and caring and my son loves them all! The nursery manager is always organising fun activities and always letting parents know about all the fun they are getting up to through emails, newsletters and social media. My now 6 year old daughter also spent 3 years here before starting school. I would definitely recommend this nursery, I can't fault anything about it.

My son has only been coming since March and I’ve already noticed his confidence has improved, he's a lot better around new people now and not as shy. He smiles at staff when I drop him off, I know he’s enjoying himself and he loves being around other little people and watching everything that’s going on. Staff always tell me what kind of day he’s had, what he’s done, what he’s eaten and take very good care of him. I’m more than happy.

I’ve been overwhelmed with the support and guidance I’ve received from Little People of Habergham Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Burnley. It’s been an anxious transition putting my eighteen month old into nursery after being together constantly due to lockdown. I’m blown away with how my little ones taken to nursery! Her confidence has skyrocketed and she is so happy when I collect her. The girls are wonderful and always take the time to chat about what the children have been up to, how they feel we can conquer little challenges such as nap time and also take such an interest in how they’re getting on at home. One hundred percent a home from home for my little one. I couldn’t be happier with the care and service we are receiving. My son loves coming to nursery to the point that he runs into nursery pointing with a massive smile on he's face. Since starting, he has advanced so much and I can only thank the staff for what they have been doing with him. The staff are always very friendly and take an active interest in his life, what he's been up to and always remember the little details that you have told them that make all the difference. I only wish that we had started my son at Little People of Habergham Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Burnley a lot sooner than what we did. Absolutely amazing nursery and staff.

Little People of Habergham Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Burnley have been nothing but wonderful!. Unfortunately, due to leaving the area, we have had to pull him out but could not recommend this nursery enough. They are so loving, giving and family oriented! All of the team bring something special and unique to help with your child’s development and do nothing but encourage your child throughout their first years. Not only do they make it an enjoyable experience for the children but also make you as a parent feel at ease, knowing that they are safe and in great care. They are always informative of what goes on throughout the day and the kids always have a fun activity week by week to look forward to. Little People of Habergham Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Burnley are amazing in every way from management, cooks and the rest of the staff. We will miss this nursery so much!

My little girl has been going to this nursery for the last one and half years, on and off due to Covid-19. It took her a little while to settle back in but now she loves it. I would definitely recommend to everyone and would use again if I ever need to in the future. Staff go above and beyond to make sure my little girl was happy here.

Wonderful nursery with friendly staff that give good updates. A good focus on the child's development, nutrition and safety. Our child joined at eleven months and has come on amazingly well since being there. They also consider the child's carers with updates and weekly themes.
