I'm so happy to have found such a lovely nursery. My son loves coming and I will have no worries in sending my daughter here also. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. I look forward to the weekly photographs sent on the app. The range of activities provided is wonderful and my son loves to tell
me about what he has been doing.

My daughter has attended Early Birds Private Day Nursery for over a year now and we cannot fault the care she receives. The staff engagement, consistency and support are demonstrated in every aspect of that care. We especially appreciate the communication via the app and how they consider her individual
needs and development. A warm and caring environment that is helping her to thrive and we are truly grateful for everyone's efforts and energies!

Both our boys have gone to Early Birds Private Day Nursery. We couldn't be more happy with the care provided. One is happily settled at primary school and the other is still at Early Birds and loving every minute. From the day they started, there has never been any issues and we would highly recommend
this nursery. Thanks to all the team.

Can't fault this nursery. My little one has additional needs and has GDD. From starting they have been amazing with her, interactive, proactive and communicate with me to ensure her needs are met. Would highly recommend.

My little girl has been attending Early Birds for just over a year now and is due to start school in September, my daughter who has recently been diagnosed with autism loves attending Early Birds. Early Birds have provided me and my daughter with great support from the day she started knowing she has
speech delay and also undergoing her diagnosis. The staff in pre-school have been fantastic they also have SEN staff to accommodate my daughter's needs and anyone else who is SEN. I am currently working with the nursery towards an ECHP where we had a meeting to discuss my daughter's needs and what extra help we can be given which will help when she starts primary school. Staff are very welcoming when dropping off and picking up, they also don’t hesitate to have a good chat about what your child has been up to that day. The team at Early Birds have been amazing, patient and accommodating to my little girl. I would always recommend to anyone trying to find a nursery.

Our little boy has been at Early Birds for 2 months now and has had an amazing experience. The range of activities the staff offer the children is outstanding and we love hearing about them at pickup time and via their mobile app.

The food offered is always varied, and a wide range of fruit and vegetables

are included in the diet. They are also very accommodating for dietary requirements such as dairy allergies.

Staff are friendly and always approachable.

Early Birds Private Day Nursery is a fantastic nursery with a wonderful very caring staff.
My granddaughter has been attending there for nearly three years. It is due to the professionalism of all the staff that she will be more than ready for school when she will just be four years old.
The teaching/activities
etc that are undertaken with the children are amazing, they really thrive and become confident.
I speak to other parents/grandparents constantly and have done over the years. Without exception, all of us cannot praise Early Birds high enough.
They have a very low turnover of staff which enables the children to feel content, happy and secure.
It is very obvious that all the staff care very deeply about the children by the way that the little ones react when arriving or saying goodbye.
Also, all meals are cooked on the premises and are excellent.
I have highly recommended Early Birds to others when they were looking for a nursery.

My youngest daughter currently attends Early Birds Private Day Nursery and my eldest daughter also attended before she went to primary school.
I can safely say that the Early Birds staff are not only professional but clearly love what they do.
Both of my daughters adore the staff and love/loved going
to the nursery.
They were phenomenal in getting my eldest ready for school and have been outstanding in helping us with our youngest.
Take it from someone who is happy to have both their children attend the nursery. They are as outstanding as the Ofsted report suggests.

My little boy is now in his final months at Early Birds Private Day Nursery. He started at Early Birds aged 2 having spent most of his time in the home before that due to lockdown, so it was a big change. We were also slightly of our little one as he spent the first two weeks of his life in special
care.
Our little one has really thrived over the past two years. I have always found the staff fully supported and keen to deliver excellent care. Several of the staff have degrees and higher qualifications in Early Birds and many have been there for many years.
I would 100% recommend this nursery.

My son loves it here we travel for over 40min to let him attend Early Birds. The staff have always been accommodating and even if my child has certain issues the staff do work with my son to help him progress and take out of my child as an individual. We will not move him purely because he has a really
good bond with this nursery and the staff. This is the best nursery I have experienced and we will continue to use Early Birds until my child goes to school in 2025.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery since she was 2 and a half, she’s now 4 and will be leaving soon to start school. I think this is a lovely small nursery and my daughter has come on a lot since going, she’s very shy and very delayed with her speech but since nursery she’s come on a lot. They
provide me with support when needed also. The staff are very lovely and caring. Very happy with everything overall.

Both of my children have attended Early Birds from being a few months old until school transition. We cannot fault them, they’re absolutely amazing and after 6 years of our children attending with them we see them as extended family now! The staff team are child-led, engaging and compassionate to the
children and families. They have a genuine understanding of child development and work hard to meet individual child needs. The food and activities provided are so well thought through, as is communication through the app and at drop off and pick up. The staff team is really consistent, no high turnover like in other nurseries. It’s clear they all love what they do and my children have thrived there.

Our baby's first day in the Early Birds Private Day Nursery left me in tears.
Before starting, the nursery was completely aware of our baby's disability in both writing and words. However, after the first day of admission, we were abruptly told that they will not provide any more care for our baby
due to her condition. No reasonable adjustments were offered, the staff just asked us to withdraw our baby without any time notice. We asked to speak to the manager and the staff said she was away and in agreement with them and told them to speak on her behalf. We as parents of a disabled baby were shocked and devastated by how we were mistreated. The day after we called to ask for a refund, that was when the manager apologised and offered us a place again, claiming the incident happened without her knowledge due to her absence. Very unprofessional, unorganised and unacceptable.
We highly recommend to not send your loved one to this kind of setting.

Current Review Score: 9.1 (9.111)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.1 (9.111) out of 10 for Kids Planet Coppull is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.3 out of 5 from 11 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.8 out of 5 from 9 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.311 for Kids Planet Coppull is calculated as follows: ( (101 Excellents x 5) + (7 Goods x 4) + (6 Satisfactorys x 3) + (18 Very Poors x 1) ) ÷ 132 Ratings = 4.311
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.8 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Kids Planet Coppull is based on 9 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 3.9
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 50 number of registered child places is 10. 9 Positive Reviews ÷ 10 = 0.9
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
