Busy Bees Preston Hospital

My son is in preschool and he completely loves it. The staff have worked so hard recently with the pandemic. All the staff have always been happy and greet us with a smile every day even with the ongoing challenges they have faced. The special events Busy Bees have continued to arrange for the children are lovely. If I ever have a question its always dealt with quickly. My son is treated like a little star and it makes me feel happy and safe to leave him there with the staff who really do give their all. I will be so sad when September arrives and we will miss the Busy Bees family x keep up the excellent work and I hope you are all recognised for all you did to keep our children in care in recent times.

I always recommend this nursery to all my friends worried about putting their children in nursery, the staff go above and beyond to make you and your child or children to feel comfortable and happy. My son amazes me every week he comes come and has learnt something new and also had fun, which is what it’s all about.

The staff have been brilliant with my son who has severe allergies both through consumption and touch and they have gone above and beyond to make sure he is in a safe and clean environment. At meal times they have him on a 1-1 basis so that he can’t get access to any food to which he is allergic to. He was very unsure at nursery to begin with but the staff within his room have helped make him settle though play and attention whilst providing a positive learning and social environment for him to be in.

My child is enjoying his time in the Nursery and learning every day. He is getting more confident and social. Excellent Nursery and friendly staff.

My daughter is in the baby room Willows and I’m very happy with the way she is looked after by the staff. Her development and confidence has grown so much since starting this year and as a family feel she has settled very well.

My child’s development has come on heaps and bounds since starting the nursery. She is a friendly little girl who has made lots of friends and enjoys going to nursery to learn and play. She enjoys the meals and the menu has good varieties of food.

Even though each child has a dedicated key worker, the staff all have a good understanding of the daily events and each child's needs and I find that I can speak to any of them about how my son is doing and any concerns I may have.

Fantastic, friendly and caring atmosphere. Both our children have looked forward to going each day. Fantastic staff, great place to look after your kids.

Management are attentive and caring towards any specific needs and the chef creates some lovely well balanced meals.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees at Preston Hospital for almost a year now. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are amazing: they always seem as excited to see my little girl as she is to see them. My daughter races into nursery every day and I have no guilt leaving her there as I know she is happy to go.

During her settling in period when she was a bit tearful, they handled us with great care and understanding. They do loads of art and her clothes are never ruined! They take care of her belongings. Nappies are included in the price so I don't have to worry about providing them. She loves the food and she's developed using cutlery really early which I believe is because they encourage this at the nursery. Tricky issues are handled with tact and discretion. The management are unbelievably flexible, helpful and organised. This is the 4th nursery I have used (as I have 2 elder kids) and it is the place that I have been happiest with. There is just a lovely, happy vibe as soon as you walk through the door.

Fantastic nursery, our child is a fussy eater and since going to nursery her eating has massively improved. She really enjoys going and the staff are all lovely and very helpful.

Fabulous setting - both of my children have attended since they were 13 months old. Both settle extremely quickly, clearly enjoy their time there and look forward to going back. Staff are attentive to their needs, especially with medical issues/allergies.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery to my friends and family.

The teachers went out of their way, each day and week over Christmas to make each child feel special, we also loved our Christmas gift from Santa. Thank you.

This is a brilliant nursery and I'm glad that my daughter goes here.

I'm looking forward to seeing my little boy's development with them as he gets bigger and moves up to the older classes.

Busy Bees at Royal Preston Hospital has been our childcare provider for over 5 years, first with our son and now with our daughter who both started at the nursery when they were just 9 months old. We have always been very pleased with the enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism of all the staff and have never had any issues with the nursery. My husband and I are confident that our children are being cared for and nurtured constantly when they are at nursery and we never worry that they are unsafe or at any risk at all. Both our children have developed hugely since attending the nursery, both in their drawing and writing but also in their social development too. Aside from the important basics such as safety and cleanliness standards we have always been very pleased with the healthy meals they provide for the children and the little extras like Mothers Day cards and birthday cards that they send home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Busy Bees Preston to anyone.

I have and will continue to recommend this nursery to other parents/carers as they fulfil every parent's wishes and the children are their main priority. The children are happy and safe and well, and my daughter asks every weekend to go to nursery.

I came with my sister to view the nursery as I was also looking for my own daughter. The nursery had brilliant resources and lovely staff and such a shame it's to far for my to bring my own daughter as I would have loved to send her with her cousin as Busy Bees was excellent.

My grandson attends nursery full time, since the age of 8 months. I pick him up daily, and he is always happy and socialising when I arrive and he rarely wants to come home. He speaks highly of the teachers and runs into nursery each day. He plays so well at home, and his development has come on leaps and bounds since January. I speak highly of the nursery to all friends and family and would encourage anyone to attend :)
