Deborah has been running the TicTots Partnership since February 2008. Working across all three sites, she is a qualified teacher leading and supporting the Senior staff team in building their knowledge to ensure the provision of high-quality childcare and education through informed observation. I joined the TicTots team in January 2018 as a key carer and have taught babies, toddlers and preschool throughout the years. I work in the early years because I enjoy supporting children to meet their goals and milestones and watching them become their very own person as they transition through the setting and leave for big school. Another passion of mine is supporting partnerships with families and those in the wider community.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband and two children, and you can usually find us exploring the animals at the zoo or swimming at the leisure centre.

I joined TicTots Nursery in October 2022. I began teaching the children within the baby room, and I am now supporting the toddlers. You can usually find me creating messy play opportunities and activities for the children to get stuck into and explore, using their hands, feet and whole bodies!

In my spare time, I enjoy tap dancing, and I also enjoy making new memories with my husband and my daughters, and you will often find us swimming at a local leisure centre.

I joined TicTots Nursery in June 2013 and have been supporting and teaching the children ever since! I first joined as an Early Years apprentice and over the years have worked my way up through the roles to my current role of Nursery Deputy Manager. Over the years, I have worked closely with children of all ages: babies, toddlers and preschool and have enjoyed every second! I work in the early years because I enjoy supporting children to achieve their utmost potential. I am also very passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs.

In my spare time, I enjoy creating new memories with my fiancé and my daughter, and you will usually find us at the ice cream van buying some sweet treats.

I joined TicTots Nursery in July 2018, and I am currently supporting the children who are pre-preschool age. I enjoy supporting children’s communication, language development, and mathematical development, and so you will often find me at the focused learning table.

In my spare time, I enjoy fishing with my partner and cleaning my car.

I joined TicTots Nursery in March 2011 and have been supporting and teaching the children ever since! I really enjoy observing the children achieving their first milestones, e.g. first words, first steps, etc.

I joined the TicTots team in September 2019 as a key carer apprentice and have taught babies, toddlers and preschool. You can usually find me in the home corner, role-playing with the children and acting out real-life experiences such as making a cup of tea or taking care of the baby dolls.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my partner and my English Bulldog, Ralph. We like to go on long walks with Ralph and explore new places.
