communication is great-they are always happy to answer any of my enquiries. I receive updates, photos what my child is up to, what they are learning about, links to songs so I can learn it with her. :)My child is happy, and loves going to nursery.

Great nursery. Really friendly staff. My daughter has really enjoyed her years here. All staff very helpful + help with any queries. Great food + drink options. My children are always coming home happy.

My 2 year old son who has SEN is thriving at this nursery. He absolutely loves attending and gets lots of attention from the staff. He settled in really well and enjoys all aspects of his nursery life. I am very happy with how my son has settled in at this nursery given he is non verbal and possible ASD. The staff do a great job and nothing is ever too much for them. Well done to all the staff at Tictots Strand.

TicTots is an exceptional preschool that has provided an outstanding learning environment for my daughter. We were particularly impressed by its well-equipped play area, dedicated faculty, and comprehensive nutrition and hygiene programs.

Excellent provision! The staff are simply amazing and it's very evident they care and love for my child! He is incredibly settled and the daily updates on class dojo are incredibly reassuring. Thank you! Couldn't recommend enough!

Amazing nursery, my son loves his key carer! He's learnt so much since being here, it's now been 2 years! Management are super accommodating and really do help you out when needed, very easy to communicate too which is always a bonus! Thank you to everyone.

Both my children have settled well into nursery, the teachers always keep you up to date with your child's day, both children have come on a lot since starting nursery, highly recommend TicTots. Also all the staff are really welcoming and respectful.

TicTots Bolton is excellent value for money and the setting is very flexible taking into consideration children's sickness/absence etc. The environment is open and welcoming making it comfortable for me as a parent to ask questions about my child. I do feel though the daily forms are not bespoke to each child which doesn't provide much of an insight. I feel my child has developed really well and the staff takes ownership for this. Just a shame as a parent I've not been provided with the opportunity and been declined when I asked for a sit down and chat to understand my child's development areas and strong areas, even though this opportunity was told to me when initially having viewing. Overall TicTots Bolton is a place I have and will continue to recommend. I feel comfortable dropping my child off there and feel the staff have her best interest. Just hope I'm the near future the couple of areas I've highlighted are reviewed and fixed.

Overall I am happy with the nursery.

My daughter began nursery at TicTots in January of 2024, since beginning at the nursery staff have encouraged her to learn so much and her social skills have become amazing! She has come on leaps and bounds with making friends and communicating with staff, she’s learnt to toilet train with so much encouragement from staff and learnt so many new numbers words and colours, I couldn’t recommend the nursery enough! I have never found a fault with staff and handovers have always been brilliant! They show so much compassion and kindness towards the children they look after and offer so much reassurance towards parents and carers! They make so much use out of their outdoor space when the weather is nice and always try to get out with the children to explore the outdoor environment teaching children major life lessons such as road awareness and teaching them about the environment around them, definitely would recommend to anyone who asked!

The best nursery I have used for my children by far, all the staff are lovely, really helpful and my daughter loves going to nursery every day. There are always different activities for the children and I'm always updated with everything she's been up to. It's brilliant, would highly recommend.

Had all three of my children at TicTots, one currently still there. Staff are amazing, friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond for the children and the parents. Regular emails and messages updating you on where your child is up to, what they are doing the following week and upcoming terms. Amazing nursery!

I feel the nursery is very caring and supportive. It could improve in the reports element as sometimes they have not been accurate. Overall I feel my son's development has excelled due to the nursery environment and support.

From start to finish absolutely amazing friendly staff, settled my child in so well showing so much care and support every day. From potty training to daily activities. Clean and organised rooms with a wonderful nutritious food menu. Can’t fault it in any way. Would recommend it to friends and family. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Outstanding service from all colleagues. I feel comfortable leaving our child in their capable hands week after week. They ensure that the kids are looked after and do plenty of activities to keep them engaged. At the end of all sessions, I’m given a full overview of how their day went, including their food and naps.
