Kids Planet Haslington

We have experienced Kids Planet Haslington with our first child and now our second. Both positive. Good communication and we feel reassured that the children are well looked after and enjoy being there.

Nursery is an outstanding nursery. They provide updates throughout the day. They provide high quality care to our child. The mix between indoor and outdoor spaces are really good for our child to explore different areas.

A true 5* community feel nursery and I couldn't recommend it more.

Cant fault Kids Planet Haslington. My child has been there from 1 year old and has progressed through each room brilliantly thanks to the hard work of the nursery staff. They are all kind, friendly and attentive, keeping regular updates and pictures on the app throughout the day. Great facilities and large putdoor spaces, Couldnt wish for a better nursery 10/10!

The management always have time for you and are so helpful.

I have sent both my children here. The staff are so warm, friendly and patient with the kids. As my kids have allergies they have been careful about their dietary needs. Nothing is too much, supported us with potty training and transitioning kids to new surroundings. I highly recommend kids planet Haslington,

My son has attended Kids Planet since he attended 'baby room' and has continued to progress through each room. The staff have been amazing throughout this process and my son has developed in confidence and during key learning development. He will be sorry to leave but he is equipped to start school in September with the skills he has developed.

All three of my girls have been to this nursery (Haslington) and had an amazing time. The staff are wonderful and a loving environment.

The meals they provide always go down well!

We cannot speak highly enough of the preschool or its fantastic team of staff. They have helped our son to settle in and he loves every day here because of the friends he's made and how everyone has made him feel welcome. The activities are brilliant and the outdoor environment is his particular favourite. The food is fantastic, with a great range and balance. Our son loves helping himself to a piece of fruit on his way out each day too. Overall, a fabulous setting!

My daughter started at Kids Planet Haslington in February 2025 and at first she struggled to settle in. The staff were amazing with her, kind, patient, experienced and she now loves her day at nursery. She also has a dairy allergy which is accommodated for really well and she never misses out on tasty food because of this. The outside space looks brilliant and I can't wait until she can experience playing with all the equipment when she's older. We are really happy with our experience of Kids Planet so far and would highly recommend.

We moved here in January after I changed job and we wanted somewhere closer to future school. After literally only a few days he'd settled in and it felt like he'd always been here. He loves preschool, loves the staff and loves all the opportunities to be outside. The bath water is filthy every night so I know he's had a busy day! The staff are all fantastic and always happy to have a chat, nothing is too much trouble. It's been lovely to see his personality and confidence blossom in the last 6 months. Our only issue has been with invoices (hence missing a star), but that's a head office thing and the nursery manager is always really helpful with anything office based that she can deal with. We love how he does group time every day and how we always see the same staff at handover. His key worker is fab and everyone else in the room knows him inside out too. The preschool team go above and beyond with the activities they offer and really care about every child.

Kids Planet Haslington exceeds my expectations. All staff are friendly and go above and beyond. Having a son with extra needs is always a priority to me, but nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend this nursery every time.

Both or my children have attended this nursery, one still being at the nursery currently. Couldn't fault the staff and management & the setting itself is beautiful. My youngest child who is currently there has additional needs and the care he is getting from them is amazing! He's come on so much with their help! Nothing is ever to much and they are helpful with absolutely everything! I can't recommend them enough! From the very first toddler room right through to the last being preschool both my boys have achieved so much being there! Thank you all at kids planet!!!

The nursery has been Godsent. My daughter has developed so well in all aspects ever since starting here. The staff have become family and they are always so willing to help. My daughter loves them so much and she is going to be so sad to leave the nursery this year. We could never thank you all enough for all you do.

Our son started nursery here in September 2024 a couple of weeks before his first birthday. It was a difficult transition for us as a family but Haslington Kids planet made it much more bearable. The support we received from the babies room staff was second to none and this has continued as he has progressed into Tots. Over the last 7 months our sons development is amazing and I can't thank you all enough you do for the children.

Both my boys go here and have done for the last couple of years. From full time care during the week to the before and after school clubs I can't fault them for anything.

The staff are always happy and welcoming. Communication with the nursery has been great via the app they use. My toddler has settled in so well and now happily walks off into the room when I drop her off.

Our child absolutely loves his days at the nursery and we have seen them develop so much over the last 6 months. The baby room in particular were absolutely incredible with us and made the transition into childcare a breeze!

Their before and after-school care service has been a lifesaver for our family! Both of my kids absolutely love going and often don't want to come home because they're having so much fun. The staff creates such a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment that it's easy to see why the children enjoy it so much. The team is fantastic-always friendly, caring, and incredibly accommodating. They consistently go above and beyond, especially when it comes to helping with last-minute bookings, which has been a huge help during busy times. The holiday club is equally amazing! My kids always come home excited to share all the fun activities they've done and the new friends they've made. It's clear the staff put a lot of effort into planning creative and engaging experiences that keep the kids happy and entertained. I couldn't be happier with this service. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my children are safe, having fun, and being well cared for by such a dedicated team.
