Kids Planet Haslington

Lovely nursery, the staff are always welcoming and the children are always very busy with fun games and learning experiences, they spend a lot of time outside in most weathers which I think is great. The food is really well thought out and a bit different to what we typically have at home and my little one loves it! Overall great nursery :)

My son is very happy in his Preschool class - the activities that the staff create with him are very engaging and exciting. He comes home very excited to tell me about everything he has done all day. My eldest son is in the Out of School club at the nursery too, and he also loves it. Staff are great, and I'm very confident in the care they deliver to both of my children.

Our daughter has attended Kids Planet since she started in the baby room at 9 months old. Connie has always loved nursery and is now in preschool. She is one of the youngest with a 31st Aug birthday so will be starting school in September but I feel with the help of kids planet she has really built her confidence, social skills and personality and she is excited for the big change! Connie has faced a lot of new things in her diet at nursery and pre school which she won't touch at home so thanks for that too! She has made some lovely friends which will be going to the same school as her and we are looking forward to this last summer term with pre school :)

They progress we've seen is remarkable and we're so grateful for what the pre-school have done.

My daughter has attended Kids Planet Haslington since for the past two years. She is now in pre-school and although only attends two days a week, she is so settled and happy here. The staff go above and beyond to welcome the children and provide them with a wide range of activities to enrich their development. The communication from the team who care for her is excellent and they regularly provide updates on both activities undertaken throughout the day as well as undertaking reviews of her development. I would recommend the nursery to others.

The team have been brilliant with my son. He's been at kids planet since he was 6 months old, his key workers especially have always made a special effort with him and have made life easy for him with adjusting to nursery. A special shoutout to Megan! My boy absolutely loves her and often speaks about her at home! Thank you all.

Our boy has been at kids planet since august 2023 and has thrived since joining, he's loved every room he's been into and the staff have always been incredible with him. He will be leaving to go school in september but our baby will then be joining the baby room and I know she'll love it just as much! The staff here genuinely care about the kids and in the 3 years i've had here I couldn't say a bad word. They are all amazing. X

Such amazing staff, more or less every person in the building knows my daughter by name and she's only 2 - which gives the nursery such a lovely homely feel to it. Each and every one of the staff are so caring and understanding with my daughter and even if she is crying at drop off I know within 5 mins of me leaving I'll get a photograph of her smiling and being happy. They are an incredible team and I couldn't even imagine any of my future going elsewhere (even if I move far away, still well worth the journey haha!)

We are beyond grateful for everything this nursery has done for our family and could not recommend them highly enough.

The staff in TeePee are fantastic, such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. My little one absolutely loves his days there, and I'm always kept updated on the activities he's been doing.

Mason has been with Kids Planet since he was 6 months old, and every step of the way he has been so well cared for. Dropping him off truly feels like leaving him at a home away from home.

He's had the opportunity to experience so many different things and has developed his independence so much during his time there.

Kids Planet Haslington provides a secure and well equipped environment for our children to play, grow and develop. This is supported by a team of dedicated, friendly and supportive staff intent on the care and nurturing of our little ones as they grow from babies, to toddlers. Daily updates via the app help you to feel involved and the periodic developmental reports are insightful and reassuring that they are on track. The outdoor space at KPH is a lovely addition to the indoor space and really comes into its own in the warmer months!

We've now used this nursery for our second child and will soon be sending our third too, which says everything about how much we trust and value the care they provide. The staff are amazing, nurturing and genuinely care about the children. One thing that really stands out is the low staff turnover, which creates such a stable, familiar and comforting environment for the children and parents alike. We couldn't recommend them enough!! This is a lovely nursery, the staff are friendly, supportive and approachable. My two children speak fondly of their key workers and other staff members in their rooms. They are always happy at drop off's and always say they have had a great day at pick up with big smiles. I would recommend this nursery to friends and family.

Our son has transitioned into this nursery seamlessly from another nursery and this is because of the care and support from our sons key worker and her fantastic team. Our requests were listened to and implemented to aid the switch and our son is now thriving in his new fun environment.

Kids Planet Haslington have been absolutely amazing with my 3-year-old son. He has been there now for just over 12 months and absolutely loves attending. He enjoys spending time outside, and the educational play-based learning they all participate in is absolutely brilliant. The staff are warm, welcoming and just brilliant. They are quick to spot any issues with behaviour, milestones and set out a plan to help support. Their communication from the online apps is great, as well as at pick-ups and drop-offs.

The food and snacks are healthy, and he eats everything! They are great with supporting toilet training as well, and work with us families to help support us through these major milestones.

I would absolutely recommend anyone in this area to send their child to this setting. It really is outstanding.

The learning environment is bright, engaging, and well-organised, with a wonderful balance of educational activities and creative play. We've seen such positive growth in our child's confidence, social skills, and communication since starting here.

Communication with parents is excellent - we're always kept informed about activities, progress, and any important updates. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our child is in such capable and nurturing hands.

We have experienced Kids Planet Haslington with our first child and now our second. Both positive. Good communication and we feel reassured that the children are well looked after and enjoy being there.

Nursery is an outstanding nursery. They provide updates throughout the day. They provide high quality care to our child. The mix between indoor and outdoor spaces are really good for our child to explore different areas.
