I can not recommend Treetops Oaklands enough.... the nursery is outstanding in every way. The staff are brilliant and very loving and caring. They make leaving my son very easy for me to return to work. The manager goes above and beyond to help in any way. The manager showed us around on our visit
and it was clear to see she was very passionate about her nursery. Herself and her team are amazing.

The staff at Oaklands are fantastic with my 2.5 year old daughter and 10 month old son who attend one day a week.
They always ensure they are doing fun activities, messy play and learning games. The meals are healthy and nutritious. They were also able to accommodate an extra day at short notice. I
would recommend to other parents.

My granddaughter just loves going to Treetops Oaklands Nursery and she absolutely loves the slide in the big garden. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. She always tells me about the fun things she has been up to on the way home from nursery and they have a lovely menu.

My little girl is 8 months old and has been attending the nursery for a few months. I am amazed how far she has come due to all the support and encouragement from the staff. They made going back to work a lot less stressful and I can't thank them enough. I would recommend this nursery to anyone nervous
about leaving their little one as they were welcoming and couldn't do more for my girl. Thanks!

For the past six years of my life, I have been dropping my children here. My son is in crocs at the moment, and he has made the bestest friends and enjoyed some very special memories. The relationship you have with your child's key worker is a close bond. They know everything about your child's day
and give you great feedback. If I need an extra session, the manager will always help you and she is so approachable and understands how juggled a working mums schedule can get! My daughter who started there six years ago, now in school, still comes with me to drop her brother off, and every member greets her with a smile and asks her how school is going. The staff are more like family! X

I have placed both my children in the care of this nursery. They have loved every day there. The staff have provided home from home care, with continuous stimulation and encouragement to develop and prepare for school with confidence and ability. I will never be able to thank the girls at Oaklands enough
in the care they have given my children over the years.

Had felt apprehensive about leaving my little boy at nursery whilst I went to work, but the girls at Oaklands especially in the baby room were so welcoming and so great with my little boy that he settled in well and seems to look forward to going to nursery each day. There is never any tears and he
happily waves me off.

Current Review Score: 9.1 (9.062)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.1 (9.062) out of 10 for Busy Bees Wirral Neston is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 5.0 out of 5 from 6 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.1 out of 5 from 6 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 5.000 for Busy Bees Wirral Neston is calculated as follows: ( (72 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 72 Ratings = 5
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.062 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Wirral Neston is based on 6 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.1 = 3.6
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 65 number of registered child places is 13. 6 Positive Reviews ÷ 13 = 0.462
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
