Heathside Nursery

My Nephew attends this nursery and has done since he was very little. The nursery is well run, the facilities they have are incredible. I love the app that updates parents on what children have done. The pictures they post are fantastic memories for my sister to keep. My newest nephew will hopefully be starting with the Heathside team in a few months! Well done Heathside Nursery.

Heathside offers exceptional childcare. My three daughters have all attended this nursery and loved it every day. The staff are very professional and caring. We love having updates and photos every day via an app.

Fabulous and friendly nursery! Both my children have attended and have had lots of fun whilst learning. My Daughter is always singing songs she has learnt in nursery and loves playing outside in the big garden! Highly recommended nothing is too much trouble!

This nursery is excellent! I have both my children in this nursery and they absolutely love it. Both children have come on leaps and bounds and the staff are fabulous! Daily feedback for my children and constant updates of what they are doing in the nursery. Seriously couldn’t recommend Heathside enough!

Excellent nursery. Our baby started when he was 9.5 months in September 2020 so with covid restrictions in place. However, the staff made us feel at ease helping him settle in. He had an introduction hour and then a 2hr and 4hrs on his own to build up his familiarly to the nursery, ready for when he started fully and he was there for 3 long days. He seems to have settled in well. The staff are always smiling when they greet you and willing to answer any questions you have. The family app is great to see what he has been up to and also what he has eaten etc. There is a big outdoor space which was a big draw when deciding which nursery to choose. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents/carers.

My daughter has been at Heathside Day Nursery since she was 11 months old and she's now 3. From day one she has loved it and continues to. The hot meals are lovely and the app used by the nursery lets me know what she has eaten throughout the day and what activities she has done via pictures. The outdoor space and amenities are brilliant. It's the staff at Heathside that make the family-friendly feel and it gives me comfort whilst at work that my daughter is being fantastically looked after.

I have had 2 children go to Heathside Day Nursery and both have been very much cared for by staff here. Both have been happy for the duration. The staff genuinely care and have been nothing but amazing. They are very attentive and helpful. The boys have loved playing in the large garden at the back. My eldest still shares happy memories from his time here, having left 3 years ago. Would highly recommend.

I have been associated with the nursery for the past ten years. All three of my children have attended Heathside Day Nursery and I cannot fault them. Lovely friendly staff, caring and I have been more than happy to leave my babies here. Initially concerned over the takeover, however, my concerns were very rapidly put at ease. I would and do recommend Heathside to family and friends.

My son goes to this nursery and he has come on so much, he learns new things every day. He’s always got a story to tell me from nursery, he absolutely loves it. He especially loves the lady who looked after him in the baby room from when he started at 9 months old, they have a lovely bond together. All the staff are lovely and look after him like he’s their own, and are always happy to help or answer any questions I may have. They also have an app to keep up to date with what they have eaten and done that day which I find really good. I love seeing pictures of him on there, I can’t wait for my second baby to start in a few months.

Heathside Nursery and staff have been outstanding, having had both children attend Heathside we have found the staff to be so welcoming, homely and most importantly nurturing. We can't thank you enough for all you do. With lots of changes recently the standard of care has remained and the new app allows us to see what our little ones are up to which is so reassuring knowing they are happy and safe.

The nursery have made us feel so welcome, the staff are friendly and the use of the app is amazing. My little one really enjoys her sessions here and she is coming on leaps and bounds. Highly recommended.

We have been a part of the Heathside family since 2016. Both of our girls started at Heathside before their first birthdays and have gone through all rooms. We couldn't recommend Heathside enough. The staff's dedication and care to the children is unquestionable. We trust the staff wholeheartedly. Each room is spacious and the outside space is outstanding and is used regularly throughout the year. We will miss Heathside very much when our youngest daughter leaves to start school next year. Outstanding nursery.

Very friendly staff, informative, and my child loves going every day. I’ve not been able to go into the nursery due to Covid restrictions but the outside facilities are brilliant and what children need alongside learning basics at that age.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. It was really difficult to get my little boy to settle at a nursery but with the help of the staff he has really started to enjoy going. The app is great as we get to see pictures and to know what he’s doing throughout the day. The staff are fantastic and I will be recommending this nursery to family and friends.

I've had both my boys at Heathside nursery. My first son started back in 2012, he was there full-time and been through all rooms, my younger son started back in 2016, and has gone through all rooms as well. They both loved going to the nursery; the staff are lovely and very friendly. They both really enjoyed the great outdoor space. They always seem to be happy to be there, which is really nice to know.

Our son has attended this nursery since he was 8-months-old. He loves going each day, and his development has been great. The staff are lovely and caring, and our son loves telling us about his day and what he has done. The addition of an app has been useful in seeing daily updates, and they have also started including pictures which are great to see!
