Brookvale Nursery

My two children started part time in the Nursery since January. I can see how happy and content both of my babies are being apart of brookvale nursey, no tears or not wanting to go, they both happily go straight in. I can see my son has come on leaps and bounds in such a short time, his speech being the main one! The staff are all fantastic and lovely bunch of ladies, all very friendly and no amount of questions is to much.

Excellent nursery!!! My daughter really loved it, lot of fun and learning activities! People are very friendly, gentle and flexible. Only the missing lunch for pre-school is a minus, the rest is fabulous

Over the last 5 months we have had a some hard times and the team have been very understanding and supportive to myself and my 2 girls, you can't ask for a better group of people to look after your children and will always make the effort to get to know you too.

My kids have been going to Brookvale Nursery since 2021 and this year my youngest said goodbye as she is starting reception from September. It's been quite a journey for us but staff at Brookvale made it superb and I couldn't be happier seeing both my kids there. They would come back home every time happy, tired from various activities and excited to go the very next day. They could do all the messy activities like playing with water, sand, mud, playdough, paints, that, as a parent, you would not like to have done at home. The playground of the nursery is very big and it would be used on a daily basis, so kids come home both tired and smiling. Staff are simply brilliant, with their positive attitude and warmth. Very communicative, very inviting but still focused on what is the best for your child. Thank you, Brookvale Nursery, it's been a good journey!

I couldn't be more happy with the whole team at Brookvale Nursery. My older boy attended preschool there for less than a year before going to school and was so well prepared that the transition didn't cause any stress. I have my second boy who started in babies and is now in the toddler room. Every day he is learning new things and honestly having the time of his life there. He loves going in the morning and is just running into the room with a smile. Now we expect our third boy and I am confident that when he is ready to start his journey in nursery, the team at Brookvale will take all necessary steps to support us and the baby for a smooth settle.

I'd like to express my sincere gratitude and sheer thanks to all the staff, my little girl has settled amazingly since September and I can't thank you all enough for all the time, support, acknowledgements and messages of response keeping me up to date with her time at nursery and the constant reassurance the girls give me when she was first starting and always reassuring me being a single worried mum. It's a relief seeing her go to the girls and the smile on her face and how happy she is when I leave her now, just shows how settled she is and feels safe. She loves it and since moving into the toddler room she is just thriving in every way and aspect. I'm looking forward to watching her grow with all the staff's support and encouragement Thank you from the bottom of my heart you ladies and gents are fabulous.

My daughter has attended the nursery for the last 3 years and has had a very positive nurturing experience from day one, all the staff are very attentive and promote independence within children whenever possible and go above and beyond to ensure every child's needs are met.

My little girl started the nursery in September 2023, and since being there, her development has been amazing, they have helped her through her speech as she wasn't speaking much before starting and also interacting with other people and children. They are very welcoming and very informative on the day she has had when it comes to driving or picking up my daughter.

The staff at Brookvale Nursery are just amazing with my little girl they have had 2 out of 3 of my children with the 3rd starting soon! They always go above and beyond to make sure the children are comfortable and well looked after. My little girl has come on so well since starting here last year. She loves all the staff members. Thank you everyone for all the time and effort they put into their work.

The staff are always amazing, friendly and so welcoming. My child loves going to nursery he cannot wait to get through the doors and is always so excited to tell me about his day when he gets home.

Amazing nursery! My daughter is always happy there and excited to go. She's learnt many things since joining that I haven't taught her myself! Staff are always kind and are very easy to contact. They also will contact me if she is upset going in to let me know she's okay and send pictures, which helps a lot as an anxious parent. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Both my children go to Brookvale Nursery, one in pre-school and one in the toddler rooms. They became more confident, improved their communication and understanding. Every day they are happy to return to the nursery. The staff are amazing with the kids.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery from baby through to preschool and throughout that time the staff have been fantastic. All the staff put the care of the children as the No.1 priority. The activities and teaching given to the children offered great variety and fun, we have seen such a positive improvement in our daughter’s development and confidence throughout the time there and can only thank the team for the genuine care they have offered as well as often going above and beyond in delivering. Without hesitation, I would recommend Brookvale Nursery!

Fantastic nursery! The nursery staff are very friendly and provide little updates at pick-up time, which is always appreciated. My son loves going to this nursery, he learns a lot and has made friends. Highly recommend Brookvale Nursery.

Communication via the family app is brilliant and it's a fantastic way to keep track of your child's development. My son has settled into this nursery perfectly and always comes out with a smile. I'd highly recommend this nursery to anyone local.

My children were eager to spend some extra house at Brookvale Nursery again. The staff are very friendly and honest. My children have told me about all the fun activities they have been doing with their friends and members of staff and would love to do it again in the future.

When my son first started nursery he was very upset and refused to interact with staff and children, which was very upsetting for any parent to see. Staff were very patient and treated my son amazing, now my son loves going to nursery now he has lots of fun and has really come out of his shell which is amazing to see. Thank you so much to all the staff for all your hard work. "Five-stars". Amazing nursery.

The facilities are excellent always clean and tidy, the food they give to the children is excellent. I would certainly recommend the Brookvale Nursery to anyone who lives in this area. Our girls have thoroughly enjoyed their time at Brookvale nursery and are always chatting about what they have done and how much they have enjoyed their day and how much fun they have had with the staff and other children. We as grandparents would like to thank the staff and wish them well.

Brookvale Nursery have been absolutely amazing with my child and myself, from the pre visits to my son going into nursery. My child has came on so much since being in nursery. I am so happy, he is very settled and he is really happy there which makes me very happy in my work life knowing my child is settled. The communication with the nursery is amazing and I love the app that is available.
