Nursery staff and manager are always super friendly and approachable.
Knowing my child is well looked after in the care of the nursery is paramount. They are always looking for opportunities to improve. If I was to be picky, it would be nice for my child to do more activities outside the nursery, as it seems to happen when he isn't there.

A fantastic nursery with very friendly staff. They have helped my daughter develop and flourish. The staff always have a smile on their face and clearly work very hard. I always feel very reassured my daughter will be safe, secure and happy each time I drop her off.

My son is always excited to go to nursery every day, which I think is a testament to how good the nursery is and how good the staff are. Our daughter has been attending this nursery since June 2019 and she has settled in very well. Going back to work after having her was hard, but seeing how happy she is at Kids Planet has made it much easier. She is very happy when she arrives at nursery in the mornings and has bonded well with the baby room staff. Since starting, she has learnt to feed herself which she hadn't done for us and she now loves eating all kinds of food which she hadn't tried before.
