Kids Planet Crewe

It's the best place for children to be when they are not with you. Our son started to go to Kids Planet Crewe when he was 3 years old last year. From the first day, staff were supportive, friendly and caring. Never had any issues, all the time we have been given all information about our son's activities every day. Our son has a speech delay, so a beautiful teacher in pre-school was and is working hard with him and supporting us. Helped us to see a language therapist quicker and helped with potty training too. He's very excited to go to nursery to see his friends every day. I feel calmer knowing that he is in good hands and with amazing teachers.

My child has been going since October when he was 9 months old, the staff there are amazing with him. I love the parent app as it is always regularly updated so you know they have eaten, slept, had their nappy changed etc. They also put pictures on the app with a description of what they have been doing. This really helps put your mind at ease, as leaving your child after having 9 months with them is a daunting experience, but the staff and the regular updates on the app really help put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this nursery to people, as they liaise with parents to find out what you do with your child, so there is an easier transition into the nursery life meaning minimum disruption to their routine. I also went to my first parents evening there, and it was lovely to speak one on one with my child's key worker, to see where my child is at with his development etc. I really can't fault this nursery at all my child really enjoys going, and this is down to the staff.

Our daughter has just finished this nursery after 3 and a bit years, having started in the baby room. Next week she starts school and I have no doubt she is as prepared as she can be thanks to the support and learning experience she has had with Kids Planet Crewe. As full time working parents it was the most important thing to find a nursery that our daughter enjoyed going to and who would look after her as much as we do at home. The fact that she is sad to be leaving and heading off to school means I know we found just what we were looking for. All of the staff at the nursery are friendly and supportive and I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking.

My boy has just finished Kids Planet, and he has loved every minute of it. He has come out more confident than ever, ready to start school. This nursery really takes pride in caring for the kids and helping them learn and grow. We picked the best place for our boy and are sad to leave. All staff are friendly and caring; thank you, Kids Planet, for everything.

My daughter started nursery during the pandemic, my self and my partner were so nervous about leaving her at such an early age however the staff at Kids Planet were amazing and made us feel at ease. She settled in very quickly in the baby room and has developed so much since starting. Would highly recommend this nursery.

When our daughter first started going to nursery we were a bit nervous but she has been going a while now and she absolutely loves it and wants to go every day. The staff are great and are very informative on pick up telling you what your child has been doing through the day and what they have eaten etc. Would highly recommend Kids Planet to anyone looking for a nursery for their little ones.

All the staff over the four years we've used Kids Planet have been amazing, both our daughters have flourished here, they've both always enjoyed attending, I would highly recommend Kids planet as the staff are always so lovely, nurturing and understanding

A lovely run nursery! All the staff are lovely, my daughter enjoys going so much. The app is so mind easing as I can keep up to date with everything she does in the day. Always a good selection of meals. Highly recommended.

My daughter started at 7 months old, the staff were absolutely brilliant with me and my nerves and worries. My little one settled in straight away, no tears, and cracked on with her fun-filled day. There is always something they are doing and the children are always occupied with lots of fun activities, which I get to see through the app. The app is also brilliant for seeing what my daughter has done throughout the day from feeds to changes along with photos of activities - settles my mind completely. The staff in the baby room are absolute angels and I can’t thank them enough for everything and the progression my daughter has made! Nothing is ever too much for them (my daughter has allergies) and they adhere to this with 1000% care and attention! I have recommended this nursery to a lot of my friends and many have started or are going to. Can’t praise this nursery enough!

Kids Planet is an outstanding nursery. My daughter has been going since she was 6 months old and she has a really strong bond with the staff. She always talks about the staff, always goes in smiling, comes out smiling and talking about all the different activities that she's done in the day. Everyone is always so supportive and friendly and they really care about the development of my child. I'm truly greatful for everything they do.

My children have both been attending Kids Planet Crewe since they were both under a year old, the staff are amazing, caring and enthusiastic. This can be reflected in the fact that both children look forward very much to attending on their allocated days. The staff at this setting all have my utmost trust with the children, they are all highly skilled, polite and the communication between staff and parents is excellent!

My little girl loves the nursery and the staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and is looking after my child at the highest level. When she had a bad day, ladies offer lots of cuddling and comfort. Every day my girl goes to the nursery with a big smile. I cannot thank you enough for everything you do!

My little boy joined at 7-months-old, and I was a complete wreck sobbing at the introductory day! Management comforted me and made me feel so at ease, making me feel like they really cared about him settling in. Now he absolutely adores two of the girls who evidently love him back! The staff really do care about the children, and it really shows; they do so many activities really helping them grow. I thought nursery would just be for childcare, but here it's so much more than that! Couldn’t be happier with everyone at Kids Planet Crewe!

Amazing nursery! My little girl has come on so much since joining, I can’t thank the staff enough for making not only my little girl comfortable but also myself as I was a bag of nerves when she first started, they go the extra mile with everything, for example, my little girl has just moved rooms and they made her a beautiful leaving certificate with photographs and a little verse on the back, something we can keep forever! The staff actually really care which is a massive weight off my mind when leaving her there! Keep up the fab work.

The only thing I have marked it down on is the outside space as I feel it does need updating.

Fantastic nursery. My son has attended since 10 months old and we have been pleased with everything in both the baby and tots rooms. A lovely variety of activities are provided for the children, and it’s clear he enjoys going. The staff have really helped encourage his bond with other children, as well as helping with his speech - both areas he was slower to grasp. You can really tell they enjoy their jobs and are great with the kids. Management are also fantastic and very approachable. I will definitely continue to use this nursery, both for this child and if I have another in the future. Would recommend!

Both of my boys have come to this nursery and have thoroughly enjoyed their time here and it has brought their development on in leaps and bounds. I have had no doubts about leaving either of them as they are in such good hands here.

They have helped with the eating habits as my daughter did not like finger food, but thanks to the team she does now.

Super flexible with dates and times. Love the parent zone app and photo's during her days. Lovely friendly staff. Good room sizes and well equipt to suit needs e.g sleep time and playtime. Personal touches e.g photo on a peg. First day at nursery hand and footprint.

We have been using Kids Planet for four years so far and have more years to go as we have two young children. We have been very happy with the care they have both received so far. They both enjoy going to the nursery and have a great bond with staff and other children. At present, the nursery seems to be making a few changes which we look forward to seeing.
