Really friendly staff, always helpful. My 3 children love coming to nursery.

My son has settled into nursery well, whilst starting off with separation issues. The staff were amazing and used their expertise to assist with this transition. He is happy at nursery, is always clean and well fed. We never have any issues leaving him.

All staff are lovely but I really like two staff from the toddler room. My son loves seeing them and I feel as thou they have a good bond. Never had a bad word to say as all the staff are professional and the nursery is always clean. The staff always help with any questions I may have. A particular member of staff always goes into detail about my son's day. The manager is always smiling and welcoming, couldn't have picked a better nursery. My son has achieved so much since starting.

Staff are friendly and approachable. Always encouraging of the children and positive. Always informative about what the children have done during the day.

I am really happy that my son has settled so well into the toddler room, he is really happy and content. All the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome on arrival and when collecting.

We are absolutely delighted with our daughter's progress since joining Jack and Jill Day Nursery. All of the staff are amazing! They are so caring and fun. Our little girl has the best time and has learnt so much. We can't recommend Jack and Jill Day Nursery Oxton highly enough.

We are very happy with the care and support provided by Jack and Jill Day Nursery. We are constantly aware of her developmental progress. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery thanks to a variety of challenging and exciting activities. Jack and Jill Nursery are very good at keeping in touch with us if any problem arises and we are kept up to date with the Tapestry App, which we really appreciate.

Lovely staff who nurture my son. He is in the baby room and so needs that extra encouragement, especially when learning to walk. I get updated on his day in detail and my son has developed a relationship with staff. It's a lovely environment highly recommended.

The staff are delightful, and seem to genuinely care for the children since a charge in management several months ago, the standards have improved and are even better than before. I am very satisfied with the quality of this nursery.

I moved my baby from another local nursery which wasn't meeting my expectations. My daughter really enjoys her time at Jack and Jill Day Nursery Oxton, she has really developed since starting. I love that the staff are all friendly, keen and motivated and they pay attention to us and when we come in we are given detailed handovers. The nursery is clean, welcoming and my daughter's needs are catered for. I am given reassurance from nursery staff that I need. The children get fresh air daily playing in the gardens. I love seeing the photos of my daughter at the end of the day on the app and from all of the information I can see how happy she is.

A huge Thank You to you all for looking after my son for the past two and a half years. He started as a 9-month-old and left is leaving as a clever, independent young man. Thank you all for all of your support!

As a current psychologist and former nursery manager, I know a good nursery when I see one. At my granddaughters nursery every member of staff gives her eye contact and smiles. They are such positive role models and she thrives in their environment. I would like to congratulate them all in working together to provide a lovely, friendly, caring nursery where she is safe to grow, develop and learn through fun and with kind nurturing care.
