After lockdown my little one is now in Tots room, and even though it’s now different due to rules of COVID when we take her to the entrance and she is met by her key worker or staff, she is absolutely fine and every member of staff has a smile to welcome them! One thing about Kids Planet is that all the staff regardless of if they are in the certain rooms, they all know who the children are and say hello.
We get updates on the app with her meals, sleep, nappies and pictures of her busy playing! She always has a great day! She loves her nursery! And Tots room has multiple rooms and a lovely garden! Thank you!
There are always lots of activities planned for the kids and there are separate areas for them to explore and rotate around during the day to keep their interest. There is always an outdoor area which is visited throughout the day too.
We were very happy with Harrison nursery, and are pleased that staff have remained to continue providing the excellent care as it has changed to Kids Planet too.
My daughter and son started at the nursery in February 2020. We had recently moved here from South Africa. The staff were all very welcoming and were amazing in helping the kids settle into their new routines. All the staff are very professional, caring and always willing to help. Both the kids love their day at nursery and always come home with exciting stories from their day.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you for what you all have done for our two children over the last 8 years. Thinking back all those years ago about finding the correct nursery was difficult until we walked into Harrison Day Nursery. Immediately, we got a really positive feeling seeing how happy all the children were and the warmth of the staff made the decision an easy one. We are so proud to see them grow from babies to the children they are today and we have been so lucky to have you all supporting their development. The support all the team gave us during our daughter's two operations was amazing & something we will never forget. The love and care our daughter was given by the wonderful team on her return to nursery was superb and gave us the reassurance we all needed at that time. We have so many fantastic memories of the Christmas Nativity plays, Pancake Days and both graduation days. We will miss them and you all very much.
Very friendly staff who offer children a variety of educational and fun activities. Very supportive of the children and it feels like a partnership fitting to the child’s needs.
As her grandparents who initially funded her placement at nursery, we were pleased in the way she was looked after as a very young child. The things that she has learned and the way in which she has developed have been truly amazing to watch.
The recent change of ownership to Kids Planet was, to us seamless, and enhanced the development of our granddaughter. We can only endorse what was said at the recent graduation ceremony, that the building blocks for a sound start to her education have been firmly laid. The contribution by the children, via your efforts, to the local community, is immense, visits to the old folks home were so beneficial to all concerned.
Both you and the team are first class and must be leaders in your field.

My daughter started at Kids Planet (then another nursery) at the age of 2, and I was extremely anxious to leave her. We chose Kids Planet off a recommendation from a friend, and I was put at ease straight away. The manager and the staff were/are amazing! As soon as my daughter started I noticed a massive difference in her, she absolutely thrived and came out of her shell instantly. My son also now attends and he absolutely loves being here. The bond they have with their key workers, and the other staff is amazing to see. They all go above and beyond to make sure me and my children have the best nursery experiences, and I can’t thank them enough!
From the moment I entered the nursery, I knew this was the nursery for my twins, the manager and her team have been instrumental in my twins loving, clever personalities. I highly recommend in a heartbeat to anyone. Maybe one day will be back with another beautiful baby to help nurture.
As a first time mum, I was so anxious about leaving him as a baby but he settled in really well and I was updated regularly with pictures and messages about how he was progressing and what exciting things he had done each day and this was so reassuring. All staff seem to genuinely enjoy and have a passion for working in childcare and what more could you want when looking for a nursery for your little one.
What can I say about Kids Planet.... this is a fantastic nursery with fantastic staff and they do so much for the children. My daughter thrived in here as soon as she started.
She has had some amazing key workers which makes it all the more sad for me to part ways with this nursery next week.
My bit for the population is now done, therefore, sadly I won’t cross paths with Kids Planet on a personal level, however, I know I’ll keep in touch with the team and would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
Every parent is apprehensive about putting their children in daycare when going back to work, however, my nerves were quickly settled after a few sessions.
They are so informative at the end of each day and it’s lovely to receive photos and updates throughout the day.

Our eldest son is due to leave preschool and has had four very happy years here and we will be so sad for him to leave.
Our youngest is in the baby house and he has settled in so well and is so happy to go to nursery.
All the staff are so warm and welcoming, the boys have so much fun there and learn so much.
It certainly makes going to work a lot easier for me, knowing how happy they both are.
When she first started, I was quite anxious about her pulling her hearing aid out and putting it in her mouth but, the girls have been fantastic and always ensure she is wearing it and keep a close eye that she doesn't pull it out.
The baby house is set out beautifully and it is always lovely and calm to walk into.
It is lovely to get photos sent throughout the day to see what she has been up to.

Meet the Team (1)
Jane Molyneux is the Nursery Manager for Kids Planet Wallasey. Jane has a foundation degree in Managing Children’s Services, level four in Leadership and Management as well as a level four in Childcare and Education. She has been at the nursery since 2000 and watched the premises expand when Kids Planet took ownership in 2018.
