Overall an absolutely excellent team and nursery, I wouldn’t want my child to go anywhere else!

My child loves nursery - she has transitioned to Tonnely excellently; this is due to the staff and how well they communicate between each other to make sure it was smooth. My child is always happy, and this is down to the staff; they go the extra mile every time - the activities are always catered to the children's needs and are always fun.

The meals were outstanding and helped her become less picky with her food. I was so sad when her time ended there but they sent her off to school happy knowing nursery had got her ready for the next chapter in her life.

Fantastic nursery. Highly recommend having a look around for your little ones. All staff are very welcoming, kind, and caring. My little boy loves coming to nursery and always has a smile on his face when he first goes in too when he comes out. Always kept up to date throughout the day with updates through the app. Always doing different activities daily and learning different things. From the staff care, attention and the educational activities they provide on a daily basis. We really couldn't ask for more. It's a relief to know she is in such capable hands.

As a grandparent, I am very happy with the nursery. I pick my grandson up twice a week and he always comes out very happy. The staff are lovely and always tell me about his day what he got up to and what he has eaten. My grandson's skills have grown so much since starting here. Highly recommend this nursery.

Staff are always friendly and keep us regularly updated. We have never had any issues, we always pick up our little boy with a smile on his face. He is encouraged to be independent and an individual where he can explore in a safe place.

Kids Planet (baby room) provides an outstanding service for our little boy which makes working life so much easier. I am so grateful for his key worker. Nothing is ever too much, she is an outstanding practitioner who really cares for my son. I am very happy with how the staff interact with my son and encourage his development in so many ways. My son's keyworker is also available to answer any questions and worries which makes it easier to leave my son. I can't praise the nursery enough for their amazing care and the opportunities they give my son.

Clear targets set and explained. Good communication of progress and behaviour when in nursery. Informative and reassuring.

They provide him with a range of new and exciting activities that are designed around his needs, wants and interests. They have open communication lines where I am supported and guided. Staff and management are very supportive. I highly recommend Kids Planet Wallasey.

My daughter attends pre school and is absolutely thriving here, she’s been attending Kids Planet - Wallasey for over a year and we’ve seen her really come out of her shell, she’s become so confident, made so many friends and loves all her key workers, I highly recommend this nursery to all my friends.

Our son enrolled in “The Baby House” at 9 months old and we are so happy with the service we have received. He settled in extremely well and has a good relationship with all the nursery workers. He is developing well and feel the variety of activities at the nursery assist with this. We would definitely recommend this nursery.

I also love the fact that there is an app which is accessible to parents and that you get regular updates about your child, what they have been doing, what they are eating and their development, I feel this is beneficial as it can also help parents do activities at home with their child in order to help them progress.
