First Class Nursery School (Wirral) Ltd

Considering my son joined you in December, I just want to let you know how much he has developed and what a little character he has become. I want to thank all the lovely ladies who have helped so far on tiny tots. I wish I had sent him to your nursery from day one and I'm looking forward to watching him develop more with the help of your fab nursery. I couldn't recommend it anymore.

Fab team, really supported me with letting my little girl grow up, from a tiny premature baby to the beautiful confident girl she is now. Always paid attention to every detail with her and gave me the confidence to leave her, knowing staff looked after her like she was their own.

As a nursery nurse as well as a parent I feel my expectations are very high and this is the only place out of many I have viewed that I would place my children. My child has previously been in 2 other nurseries and none fulfilled my expectations. The nursery has done everything to make this the best experience for my children and made me feel at ease each and every day they attend.

My little boy loves coming to nursery, All the staff are great on there and all know my little boy by his first name, and always make a effort with him! I couldn't thank all the staff and owner for everything they do for us both.

The nursery staff couldn't do enough to care for and nurture my daughter, and support both myself and my husband. My daughter loves the staff and is really happy here. The facilities are really great and my daughter particularly loves outdoor play/the garden.

We have made the best decision to pick a first class nursery. Our daughter is so happy to go there every day and since she started there, she is receiving all the attention she needs to grow and develop as a confident toddler. We are extremely happy with all key workers and staff at the nursery are all highly professional and approachable.

First Class Nursery is literally the best nursery I have found. They take into account that the children are individuals, all the staff are absolutely fantastic and I don't have a bad word to say. My little boy had multiple settling in sessions until he was ready and comfortable to leave me. I struggle to leave him with anyone as I'm so overprotective however I have no worries when he is at nursery, he always has a fabulous day and comes home full of excitement he has had that day. I can't credit the staff enough 100% the best nursery on the Wirral.

My daughter and the owner of First Class discussed the problem and a resolution was sought. This time round the owner has been very approachable and has been a good source of help regarding the issue that my daughter was having with Working tax Credits. More importantly, the owner has given assurance that the little one's place at the nursery is secure until she graduates.

First Class Nursery is a business first and last! The owner is NOT child-centred!
