First Class Nursery School (Wirral) Ltd

Disappointed with the nursery as they failed my child and left me with a hundred questions in my head. Picked up my child with a big chunk of hair missing and no explanation as to what happened and the procedure to report it to me wasn't followed. Possible scenarios given to me as to what could have happened and 'we wasn't sure it was her real hair'. As a mum, I feel sick to my stomach not knowing what happened to my child and with the way the situation was handled. I won't be recommending.

First Class Nursery School is excellent. I moved my son here after 2 years in a previous nursery. I was very nervous but had no need to be as the staff and children made him so welcome and he settled in immediately with no issues whatsoever. I only wish I had moved him earlier. The staff are excellent and the learning structure is second to none. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending First Class Nursery. Thank you for making my son so welcome.

I have been very pleased with First Class nursery and both my boys have loved their time there. They come home happy, well cared for and exhausted from various activities. I would have no problem recommending this nursery to people.

The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We could not ask for a better nursery.

My son absolutely loves nursery. He has come on so much since joining and I can not thank the staff enough for their part in that. He hardly spoke and had no confidence at all but that has all changed. They have so many different activities to make learning fun and that keeps him interested at all times.

My child soon settled in the nursery and all the staff are very caring. The management are easy to communicate with. The children do a range of activities and the staff ensure all are involved and engaged.

My son has been coming here since he was 9 months old and he loves it. The staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. My son has made brilliant progress whilst being here and the staff work hard to give all the children experiences to help them grow. Feedback to parents at the end of the day is very good and lets me share in my child's day.

First class is very child centred, the child's interests always come first. Overall, this nursery has provided a safe, happy and fun environment allowing my little girl to learn and develop during each session - thank you.

My daughter loves going to school, talks about her teachers, friends and what she does in school. It makes going to work a lot more bearable knowing your child is in good hands. Staff are always helpful and the manager is always around if you need her. I really did make the right move by choosing this nursery, I wish I had chosen it sooner. I cannot recommend First Class Nursery enough!

Absoultey fantastic nursery , clean and friendly, staff are wonderful, informative and attentive. Security is brilliant and their attention to details of your child's diet routine and behaviour is second to none. Can not recommend enough. My son loves going to nursery here making that transition back to work bareable!

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending First Class Day Nursery to other parents. I know I will be sad when my children leave!

Highly recommend first class, all 3 of my children attended this nursery. Excellent staff, friendly reliable, a lot of the staff still work there from when my 14-year-old daughter attended, hence why I put my youngest in who is now 2 years old. Lots of learning exploring inside and outside the nursery no matter what the weather or age of child.

By my children have been happy there. Communication from the nursery is fantastic and I have had no issues so far

My son has been at First Class since he was 9 months old, and he loves it! His social skills and communication have been developed to the highest standard and he is confident and social as a result! I know the staff love and look after him and it makes it easy to go to work knowing he’s so well looked after. He’s now in Preschool and comes home telling me about the solar system and dinosaurs and singing songs. He has a fantastic time and has also started learning phonics at 3! Always recommend them to friends.

I have 2 sons that attend this nursery, one is still in toddler room at 2.5 yrs old and the other has just graduated from First Class Nursery and gone skipping into school. He has been there since he was 9 months old. I can't thank the manager and the girls enough for all they've done for my son with everything. I have always found everyone friendly and helpful to the highest standard. My son wouldn't be the polite, confident, helpful young person he's become if it wasn't for all of the girls in this nursery. I am forever grateful. Thank you.

Excellent nursery and I would highly recommend it. The staff are all very friendly and the nursery is flexible when needed.

My son has been in the nursery since he was 6mths old and is currently in the preschool. He has always been happy and content at First Class. Any concerns I have raised have always been dealt with professionally by staff who are all kind, caring and approachable. From teaching him to use a spoon to his ability to count in ten in French and everything in between, my son has learnt so much over his time there. Each room has nurtured him and I could not be happier with my decision to send him to First Class. My youngest son has recently started and is flourishing.

My boy started at 9 months old, I was worried about putting him into childcare but bringing him to First Class Nursery has massively put me at ease. The staff are so lovely and it's almost always the same person looking after my son so he's really settled quickly. I looked around a few nurseries but none compared with First Class. It's very homely and staff are so attentive to the children. I like getting feedback on what my baby had done each day. Would definitely recommend this nursery if you're looking for a nice, loving and secure place for your baby.

Over the year my son attended he came on leaps and bounds which made the transition to preschool so much easier. The staff felt like family by the end of his time there! And with my daughter (baby room) they have been incredible as she was very clingy and needed a more tailored and lengthier settling in timetable.
